- [Narrator] Due to the effects of a magic spell,
Snow White was turned into a little rabbit for one day.
Thanks to her new appearance,
she was able to see her beloved Richard again.
Fearing that she would be caught by the evil queen
once the spell wore off, she had to return home
before nightfall.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- Do you see that group of stars up there?
That one over there is the Great Bear,
and then a little further, next to it,
there's the Little Bear.
- Huh, where?
I don't see it.
- Hey, just follow my finger.
- [Dwarf] Oh, I see it.
- That's the Constellation of the Swan.
(upbeat instrumental music)
What do you think?
(upbeat instrumental music)
Ah, a shooting star.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- Tell me, Snow White, you wished upon a star.
What did you wish for?
- It's late, time for bed, Jolly.
You're too curious for me.
- Me, curious?
Never.
Sweet dreams, Snow White.
I wonder what in the world she wished for.
- You're still up?
- Oh, you scared me.
- Well I guess that explains why you're always so tired
in the morning.
- I never stay up late.
I want to surprise Snow White.
I wish I knew what to do.
I have an idea and you can help.
(upbeat instrumental music)
Snow White, Snow White.
- [Snow White] Who's there?
- [Dwarf] I am the spirit of the star.
- The shooting star?
- [Dwarf] Yes, I want to make your wish come true.
Do you remember what you wished for?
- Yes of course.
I wished I could fly in the sky like a white swan,
over mountains, lakes, meadows, valleys, and oceans.
- [Dwarf] That's an unusual wish, but I'll do my best.
Hey, be careful.
(laughing)
(upbeat instrumental music)
- Have a wonderful day.
- You too.
- And you can count on me to bring you back
a wonderful gift.
- [Snow White] Oh, what do you mean?
- Quiet.
Don't listen to him, he doesn't know
what he's talking about.
- [Snow White] Be careful.
- You can't keep a secret.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- Vet, can you help us?
- Of course I can.
- Thanks pal, you're the best.
- We could really use your help.
- I'm not very strong, but I'll do what I can.
- If we need a big brute, we have Goldie.
- Hey thanks for the compliment, Jolly.
- You know the language of animals and we've got a mission.
How do we get the swan?
- Alright, I'll try.
(makes animal noises)
- Incredible, it's coming.
(makes animal noises)
Are you ready, Goldie?
Let's go.
- Are you guys crazy?
- One, two, three.
- Oh I see, you should have told me everything.
We would have saved some time.
This isn't going to be easy.
- Snow White always does so much for us,
so we wanted to do something for her.
- But there's no way Snow White could fly
on the back of a swan.
She's too heavy, don't you think?
- Are you trying to say Snow White is fat?
- You guys watch your mouth.
As long as I'm here, no one insults Snow White, got that?
- No, no, that's not what I meant.
- Hey you three.
You better hurry if you don't want to get
in trouble with the boss.
Come on.
- Ah, Camomile, what good timing.
- Really?
(rock cracking)
- And that's the whole story.
- You really want to make her wish come true?
- You know so much about science.
Can't you do something?
- [Snow White] It's lunchtime.
- Right on time.
- Is Jolly serious?
It's not possible for Snow White
to fly on the back of a swan.
(upbeat instrumental music)
(sneezes)
- Bless you.
Next time use a handkerchief.
- I didn't have time to use my handkerchief.
Blame it on the plant.
- Everyone knows the wind transports pollen everywhere.
Didn't you?
- [Dwarf] Uh yeah.
- Amazing.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- [Snow White] It's so beautiful here.
- We're almost there.
According to the Book of Knowledge,
we should be turning over there.
- Let's see if it's true.
It is.
- [Dwarf] I can't wait.
- [Dwarf] Here we come.
- [Snow White] Wait for me.
(horn sounds)
- [Dwarf] Superb.
- [Dwarf] Oh.
- I've never seen such a tall plant.
- Incredible.
This species of plant grows only once every hundred years.
- When you make a wish on a shooting star,
your wish could come true.
- What did you say?
- I mean, uh, never mind.
- Jolly, you were the spirit of the shooting star,
weren't you?
- Hey guys, I could really use a hand over here.
- [Dwarf] Oh yeah, let's go.
- What are they trying to do?
- The Book of Knowledge says that it's possible
to leave behind sorrows and worries
and fly happily in the sky.
It's really so.
- Ready, go.
(grunting)
- [Dwarf] Come on, a little harder.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- [Dwarf] Yipee, woo hoo.
- We did it, Jolly, it worked.
- Hurry, come on.
- [Snow White] Wait for me.
- Here I come.
(upbeat instrumental music)
(laughing)
(upbeat instrumental music)
- It's always been my dream to fly in the sky.
- We'll go wherever the wind takes us.
- Wherever.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- See those clouds over there?
Let's fly through them.
- [Snow White] Yes.
- [Dwarf] Let's go, let's go.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- What's going on?
Why did it suddenly get so cold up here?
- [Dwarf] I think we must have gone in the wrong direction.
- Oh yeah?
- I'm afraid we have entered the labyrinth.
(screaming)
(dramatic instrumental music)
- Jolly, Boss, are you guys alright?
- Why am I so cold?
- Hey, where are we?
(dramatic instrumental music)
- [All] Oh.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- It looks like an ice castle.
Where do you suppose we are?
- In the ice country.
- [Dwarf] Never heard of it.
- It's a mythic country where legend says
once you enter, you can never leave.
- What?
That's terrible, let's flee, hurry.
- No Jolly, don't lose control, calm down.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- [Jolly] It's just an ice statue.
- Jolly, don't jump around like that.
- I know, I'll be careful.
- [Snow White] Jolly.
- Oh.
(screaming)
Whoa.
Oh thank goodness I've stopped.
Oh, oh.
She's scary.
- [All] Oh.
- What are you doing in my ice palace?
The oracles warned me there would be danger.
You think I'm unprepared to deal
with the likes of you, don't you?
You've come to destroy me, but you'll fail.
- Well you see.
- It's my only natural enemy, and you
are a great source of that, I can feel it.
I want you to leave and I'll use force if I must.
(dramatic instrumental music)
(gasping)
(screaming)
- Quick, the door is closing.
(gasping)
- [Dwarf] Maybe we can open it together, push, push.
(gasping)
- [Dwarf] This is a nightmare.
- I'll handle this.
- What are you waiting for?
Kill them.
(groaning)
- [Queen] Welcome to my special ring of ice.
You will freeze to death and never wake up again.
- I didn't do anything.
I was just having a good time.
I'm so cold, I wish I could fall asleep.
- Rule number one, don't fall asleep.
- Stop complaining, this is all your fault, Jolly.
You lead us in the wrong direction.
- It's not my fault, you big dummy.
Blame Camomile.
- Calm down.
Camomile, pass me the Book of Knowledge.
- I lost it.
- Oh, how could you?
- Forgive me.
- What?
You're telling me you lost it?
You clumsy fool.
- Goldie, don't be so nervous.
In difficult times like these,
it's important that we all stick together.
- Snow White is right.
- Instead of accusing each other,
let's try to find a way out of here.
These bars are almost unbreakable, but they could melt.
- All we need now is a method for generating heat.
- Exactly.
- Okay, just leave it to me.
- Goldie, don't be foolish.
Exactly what do you have in mind?
- Alright, watch this.
(groaning)
See, it's working, what did I tell you?
- Yeah, and I'm going to help you.
- Yeah, me too.
- So will I.
- [Dwarf] Help us, Snow White.
- [Snow White] I'm coming.
- [Dwarf] If we succeed, the ice country
will crumble under our feet.
- [Dwarf] Hurry.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- [Dwarf] Camomile, where are you going?
You're heading towards the queen's room.
- I know, but I simply must find the Book of Knowledge.
Don't worry about me.
I'll join you as soon as I can.
- [Dwarf] Oh no, it's too dangerous.
We're coming too.
- [Dwarf] I want to help too, Camomile.
- Boss, Jolly, Snow White, find a safe place to hide.
We'll be back for you as soon as we can.
- Well alright then.
- Let's go, Snow White, follow me.
- No, I want to go with them.
Oh it's all my fault.
I wanted to fly in the sky and now I've gotten us all
in big trouble.
The very least I can do is help.
- Don't blame yourself.
- Well let's go and look for the book all together.
- [All] Yay, hooray.
- Did you really think you could destroy my palace
with this foolish book?
How absurd.
(dramatic instrumental music)
You have to be strong if you want to fight me
and you're naive if you think you can win.
What, don't tell me they've escaped.
Find them immediately.
Dead or alive, bring them to me.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- Alright, everybody.
This is the queen's private room.
- Okay, I see the book over there on the table.
- Oh yes, I see it.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- How can we possibly approach the book?
The queen's bound to see us.
- Don't worry, I'll go.
- Don't be ridiculous.
- You shouldn't try to stop me, Jolly.
- [Dwarf] No, Snow White.
(dramatic instrumental music)
- It's suddenly so hot.
Somebody must be approaching me.
I feel their heat.
(gasping)
Ice statues, what are you waiting for?
Catch and destroy the fugitives.
Stop that thief.
- Hurry up and get out of there, Snow White.
- We have to help her.
- I've got it, let's get out of here.
- Go.
- [Dwarf] Hang on, Snow White.
- Camomile, here, catch the book.
- Ice statues, obey.
Get the book and bring it to me.
(gasping)
- [Snow White] I'm alright.
- I don't know why you've come here,
but I won't let you destroy my palace.
- It is a misunderstanding.
We came here by mistake.
We were lost.
We have no intention to destroy your palace.
- Don't you try to trick me.
I will turn you all into ice statues
with the wave of my hand.
(groaning)
- [Dwarf] We're going to die from the cold.
- Snow storm, eliminate our enemies.
- Hey everybody, I found the spell.
It says we have to stand next to each other
in order for it to work.
- [Dwarf] Let's go.
- Since the storm wasn't enough, try this.
- [Dwarf] Hurry up, Boss.
- Oh eternal sun, protector of life,
shine on us, shine on us.
- [All] Oh eternal sun, protector of life,
oh eternal sun, protector of life,
oh eternal sun, protector of life.
- What's going on?
Oh no, I can't believe it.
My palace will be destroyed along with my dream.
- Did you say dream?
Oh, I've lost.
- Hold on, I'm coming.
- [Dwarves] Snow White, darling.
- [Snow White] Pull us up.
- Why are you trying to help me?
- Please forgive me, Queen.
Without meaning to, I accidentally destroyed your dream.
- We were only trying to help Snow White's dream come true.
Please forgive us, oh Queen.
- Come over here, let's help her.
- Don't let go of my hand.
- I always thought beauty was found
in the pale transparency of ice, but I was wrong.
Now though I face my demise.
I understand the true meaning of beauty.
Beauty is found in the heart.
- Oh, Queen, you must hold onto me.
(gasping)
Where did she go?
I think she melted away.
- Oh, what's going on, what just happened?
- We're sitting on a cloud.
- So you mean we're still not out of danger yet?
- I must admit, I'm afraid I'm not quite sure.
Tell everybody what you think, Queen.
- [Queen] In a strange twist of fate, you destroyed
and helped create me.
The ice has melted and turned into water.
The water has turned into steam,
and I am now finally what I always wanted to be, a rainbow.
- But Queen of Snows.
- Oh no, Snow White, we can't call her that anymore.
All that's left to do is slide down
all the way to the woods.
- Me, I want to go first.
(laughing)
- I finally think I understand what happened.
- What's that, Snow White?
- I understand now that if we all join hands
and believe in ourselves, all our dreams can come true.
All we have to do is work together.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- Oh yeah, but how can you make a dream come true
simply by working on it?
- That's right, Jolly.
You just keep on dreaming.
(upbeat instrumental music)
- [Narrator] Snow White keeps hoping
that one day she'll be able to melt
the cold and icy heart of her stepmother,
just as she did with the ice queen.
