The Champions have dominated reward challenges.

But at the first immunity challenge they came up short.

Contenders win immunity, sending Champions to tribal council.

Seven strong, the champion athletes formed a majority.

And they made the first move.

Just had to go with the gut feeling of what's best for the tribe.

- The tribe has spoken. - They have.

People's champion Luke put his Survivor experience to good use.

I've got a clue. I'm going to just blindside the shit out of somebody.

He and supermodel David...

..along with Pia and Janine...

..came up with a plan

to get surfing champion Ross and AFL legend Abbey

to flip on the athletes.

..in the toughest immunity challenge in Survivor history...

So, when you're rolling around in the sand and the mud all the time,

you've got to keep clean.

The best way to do that is just strip off.

I can't ever say in my lifetime

Last night, we had the worst rain.

It's just been a major wake-up call of how Survivor is.

Back home it's completely opposite because my whole life is my children.

And then here, I'm just trying to survive on my own.

Oh, I don't even want to look at mine.

I've been here six days.

I haven't cleaned my teeth. I feel really, really dirty.

I think the food is really tough

because you don't have much, you know, variety.

Sometimes we get some fish.

- Hey. - Starter.

But as an endurance athlete, I'm not going to give up.

I might talk about, "Oh, gosh, that was a bad night,"

but I'm definitely not giving up.

I'll be the last one, hopefully.

Did you do another swim?

No. Oh, no. 'Cause those swims are, like, 39 hours.

Like, you're training six hours a day.

So you can't do that with kids. And I did everything I wanted to do.

I can't go further than that.

I just want to wash my hair so bad.

Both of your hair looks amazing.

At home I don't get up in the morning off the leaves and the sand

and pick bugs off me.

I've got this diary and I block it out in one hour, half hour...

So I know exactly what I'm doing every day.

It's all structured. I've got a very structured life.

So, then to be here and go, "Don't have to go..."

It's actually quite nice.

My normal life is negotiations, mergers, acquisitions.

I am a workhorse. I'm a machine.

People ask me what has made me successful.

I am ridiculously competitive and I'm ambitious.

Boost wouldn't be what it is today if I wasn't ambitious.

600 stores, 15 countries, 10,000 people, $3 billion.

People will look at me and go, "Oh, yeah,

"she's the businesswoman that sits behind a desk all day in front of computers."

When I knew I was going on to Survivor

I hired an ex-Navy SEAL who just helped me upping my fitness regime.

So I'm probably in the best shape I've been in.

I hope to be underestimated.

I love Survivor. I love the game.

And to have an opportunity to play it is extraordinary.

I'm not doing it for the money.

I'm doing it to be the Sole Survivor.

Of course I'm going in to win. Failure is not an option.

You know, the amount of times people say, "You know, Janine, I tried."

Well, try harder.

The problem is right now I'm on the bottom of the pack.

When we first started Survivor, the guys, led by Steve,

created the sporting alliance,

which obviously being a businesswoman I was not invited.

There is a sporting...professional sporting alliance.

If we go to tribal council,

this will actually dictate the rest of the game.

If they go, then they'll go, pick, pick, pick, pick, pick.

Simon, ET, Abbey, Ross and Susie

and then the rest with Pia, Luke, David and myself.

We've got to find a crack in the sports alliance

if we want to survive in this game.

as one of the most famous models Australia's known.

She's reached the top of her field.

Unfortunately, that's something I haven't done myself.

I had 12 years in the AFL system...

..before my career was halted through injury.

I couldn't compete again.

I played 98 games.

I think every player wants to reach the century gamewise,

so to fall two games short, it really stung.

So, there is a lot of unfinished business.

In my footy career I didn't achieve a lot of what I set out to achieve,

I didn't play 100 games and I didn't win any premierships.

Survivor is a chance for me to fill a void.

And to walk away with the title of Sole Survivor

will complete something that I feel is missing.

It would be a dream come true.

And then you have me -

undoubtedly the biggest superfan to ever play Australia Survivor,

or any Survivor, for all that matter.

The Contenders have got a grudge.

We've got something to prove now, so every single person on this tribe

is gonna be trying to take the Champions down.

And I'm absolutely gonna be a part of that.

I'm not feeling comfortable right now at all.

Me and Luke, Janine and Pia, we are on the bottom of the tribe.

We need to pull a couple more numbers from the sportsmen's alliance.

I can think of a couple of easy targets.

We really need to make sure I can stitch things up with Abbey.

And Luke can stitch things up with Ross.

If we can get those two across,

then we're gonna be in a really, really good position.

Today's challenge - you will race to dig your whole tribe under a log.

You'll then carry a heavy plank

that will help you move through a series of obstacles.

You will use that plank to create a seesaw

that will lift a tribe mate to collect sandbags.

Once you have all your sandbags, five of you will each hold up a pole

while two of you will attempt to land the sandbags on top of them.

First tribe to land the sandbag on top of each of their poles

wins immunity, safe from the vote.

Losing tribe, it's a trip to tribal council

where one of you will become the third person voted out of this game.

Give you guys a minute to strategise, we'll get to it.

'cause, you know, it was Janine's idea, it went wrong.

Unless there's something else going on amongst the seven,

that we don't know about. But I don't think there is.

Well, I'm definitely voting for Janine

because of today's challenge.

But also, I feel like I'm still strong in the super seven alliance.

I've been told by my alliance members who to vote for

and it's just frustrating me because I don't have a voice.

It just doesn't sit right with me.

and at the moment, I'm feeling very unsafe.

we form a four and we have to try to work out how to, like...

Being a leader in a business, I know that I can actually really dig deep

and do things I never thought I was capable of.

With all the business deals that I've done,

renewing a deal, you've got an outcome.

And the outcome here is to make two of the seven slip.

I've done some big deals in my life but this could be one of the biggest.

When you negotiate with anyone, it has to be as appealing to them

as it would be for you.

So are we just filling or are we talking?

OK, I'm not the strongest woman but I'm not the weakest either.

Each time we go to these challenges, they've got their strongest women,

they've got their weakest.

She's an easy one to be, like, let's stay strong.

The other thing is, what I don't like, is I think we're inclusive,

Seems like over there, it's a bit of a dictatorship.

But Susie, in my opinion, is the weakest link of our tribe.

Coming from a sporting background, if you're not performing,

you get cut from the team and Susie hasn't performed physically

in the challenges that we've had so far.

And Janine, I think she's been performing really well.

You know, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I know. Just gotta stop losing.

I'm a little bit stressed,

going into tribal with only four numbers against seven.

Yeah, I've been definitely putting the hard yards in on Ross.

I need to get in his ear today and see where his head's at.

That's how I look at it, very simple, you know?

Ross is a wildcard.

to get two is gonna be a task in itself.

that we wanna put our best team forward.

but it might give a little bit of a wakeup call for 'em.

It's really hard for me at the moment because I'm completely torn

or split down the middle,

in terms of which way that I go.

I'm a real team player, I'm an AFLW footballer,

I don't wanna upset anybody, I've got so much respect

and trust built within that athlete seven alliance.

I don't know what to do right now.

You know, it's so stressful.

If Susie goes home tonight, it's gonna be a bomb.

This alliance of athletes who have been, like, going together,

playing this, like, moral white knight game,

they are gonna be shook to their core.

Susie is clearly the weakest player right now

and I'm gonna let it be known.

My plan is to expose her at tribal,

just to show how weak she is

and kind of like rile her up a little bit.

Of all the people that have been in the camp so far,

you are the one that's taken a real genuine interest in what I do

and actually asked me questions.

There's a lot of people in camp I don't feel like that.

I have no idea why David came up to me.

He's not really my favourite model anymore.

David, what's morale like back at camp?

Uh, probably not that great.

Once we got to camp everyone started to scatter

and do their thing.

And that's never very pleasant but it's kind of is what it is.

Susie, have you noticed certain friendships forming within the tribe?

Yeah. I think so.

Every single day changes because you get to know people

and it's much a social game.

Everybody starts forming an alliance.

It's really tough out there.

You mentioned alliances. You think that there is an alliance tonight?

I think, um, I don't know. It's really hard to tell.

I think people are hoping to go the same way.

But who knows how it's going to be? It's always a surprise.

Steven, it's easy in this game if you spend time with people,

then you start voting together as well.

Yeah. 100%, you know.

Because I think in the first few days,

you know, there was a couple of people in the tribe

that I hadn't really had a solid conversation with.

But, you know, maybe Abbey was the last one.

And we ticked that box yesterday.

So... So, everything is pretty hunky dory.

What about you, ET?

Do you think there's a solid alliance in this tribe?

It's the unfortunate part of the game.

We've got to somehow work out amongst ourselves who...

..who we're going to vote for.

And it's a tough one.

The challenges have been very muscle orientated

so you've got to lift up some pretty heavy weights.

And I'd say the majority of people are sort of looking down that line.

Janine, as one of the girls on the tribe, does that talk concern you?

Oh, look, not only the talk concerns me,

having my name thrown out there today seriously concerns me.

Your name came up?

My name came up very solidly.

And why do you think that?

It's a really good question.

Because when I actually came into the Champions tribe

I thought it would be actually quite simple, right?

I just thought these people are leaders in their field.

And to be the best you can possibly be

you need the best possible team you could possibly have.

I think there's a couple of strong voices that are sort of saying,

"Well, let's go this way."

But I'm just so perplexed

that a team of champions, we're actually acting like contenders

by not keeping the strongest tribe.

We have to get the strongest team going forward

or we are going to be here every single night.

And I like you, but not that much.

Hopefully if there's someone here wavering,

"Do I vote Janine or do I vote the weakest link?"

They wouldn't sit there and go, "Who do we like the most?"

They would go, "Who is the best team to actually achieve our goals?"

And that's what they would think.

That's what champions think. That's what winners think.

It's awesome to hear Janine speak that way, personally.

You know, I come from a sporting background

and she's just hit the nail on the head for me, personally

in the fact that in a team environment,

you know, if you're in the team, great, but you've got to perform.

And if you don't,

unfortunately you're the one that's either going to get sat on the bench

or dropped from the team.

For me coming in it is quite tricky.

You know, do I go down that component?

Or do I go the other way and potentially, you know,

vote for somebody who I think maybe the majority is going to go with?

Steven, what happens if you're disloyal early in the game?

I don't think it's a good thing to be disloyal at any time in the game

whether it's the start, the middle or the finish.

Certainly not the way that I want to play the game.

I want to stick to my word.

And, you know, I like the "outplay", I like the "outlast",

but I don't really like the "outwit".

Susie, were other names brought up today?

Yeah. Mine was, um...

- Yours? - Yeah.

David came up to me today and said,

"Oh, thanks for being interested in my career

"but I just want to let you know I'm voting for you tonight."

I didn't want to end up in the exact same situation we were the other day.

I wanted to give you an indicator.

I know, but I found it a bit weird, that's all.

You already knew it was coming your way from somebody else anyway.

I found it a shock when he told me.

So, did you take that information and try and turn it around?

Did you try and get that target off your back?

Yeah.

Well, I just had to make sure that, you know,

I spoke to, you know, as many people as I can.

But to me it's a lot to do with the challenges -

being strong and, you know, but also loyalty

and, you know, forming those friendships.

And, I mean, today's challenge was really difficult

and Janine came up with a plan that may not work

but I think loyalty is a big thing.

It's not about who's a better sportsperson or whatever.

It's more about who really when they say they've got your back

really has your back?

I did a suggestion at the start with regard to digging the hole.

Collectively we went, "Yep. Let's give that a go."

Being champions you don't blame anyone else, right?

We all collectively make a call.

And we collectively win it or we collectively lose it.

And, you know, there could have been other things.

Maybe we were a bit slower here...over there,

but you don't point fingers.

Champions don't point fingers.

I just know, Jonathan, in my own 13-year sporting career,

you've got to own your mistakes.

You know, that's where my vote is going.

So, Abbey, what's the vote about tonight for you?

Well, coming in, Jonathan I still am so torn.

We've heard compelling arguments

from both the loyalty and the strength side of things

so I'm still up in the air even now moments before we go and vote.

What about for you, Steven?

Is it tough or is it simple for you tonight?

I think it's pretty simple. There's a plan and I'm sticking with it.

Ross, Steven has a very specific plan.

Do you think his plan is your plan?

I don't know. It's a no-plan plan.

I'm sticking with to what I'm thinking and full steam ahead.

I think it'll be great.

I think we actually will all still get along, like, kumbaya.

I firmly believe that I am both.

I am loyal. I will say what I do and do what I say.

I live by that.

you can only go by what you've actually seen

and if you are going to create a team

to put on to win the next grand final,
