[Peacock in Wonderland]

[Episode 41]

[Taining Hall]

Yes.

So beautiful.

Master.

You're so cruel.

You treated him like that.

Don't you care about him?

Who is he?

Why should I care about him?

He is your husband.

He was the one who was with you all the time.

I don't remember

what happened in the past.

If I still love him,

why would I come to you?

Trust me.

You're the only one in my heart.

Fine.

I trust you.

Kid,

I know

all your hardships and difficulties.

You've already done a great job.

Father.

Have you ever regretted

adopting me?

At that time,

people around me all told me,

"Are you stupid?

He's covered in wounds. He won't survive."

But I just didn't believe it,

because I saw a seed of perseverance

in your eyes.

As expected,

you didn't bring shame on me.

Son,

I can be your father

in this life.

I don't regret it.

I'm content.

But I always feel

that I implicate

all those who love me.

I can't protect anyone, Father.

Muyang,

no matter what happens to you or

what difficulties you run into in the future,

whether I'm by your side or not,

you can't abandon the seed in your heart.

As long as you water

and fertilize it diligently,

and put it in the sunshine,

the seed will eventually sprout

and bloom.

I believe in Hua Ni's love for you.

She is not a betrayer.

I've never doubted her love for me.

Then get up.

Drink the medicine.

Come on.

The happy event is coming.

Miss, why aren't you happy?

What happy event?

Don't you know?

Master is going to marry you.

You'll be the Mistress.

What did you say?

Master has issued the order for you two to get married.

They are to choose a lucky day for the wedding.

Even after many, many times of reincarnation,

remember my eyes.

I will come to you.

Now the Feisun Army is in place;

as long as we give the order,

we can break into the Master's Mansion.

However...

Hua Ni is under Qing Jian's control.

In this case,

we can't act rashly.

Right now,

we need to wait for an opportunity.

Bad news.

What's wrong?

There's a notice in the city.

Her Ladyship and Qing Jian are getting married.

My Lord.

Her Ladyship must have been forced.

Muyang,

our priority is to calm down.

We can't act rashly.

The opportunity we've been waiting for

is here.

You may leave.

What's wrong?

To celebrate our upcoming wedding,

I made this wine myself.

Try it.

Not bad.

Are you happy for real?

Of course.

I thought

you would mind that I've been married once.

Since we're in such a good mood today,

how about

we play a game?

What game?

This game

is called "Blind Touch."

If you can guess everything correctly,

you'll get a reward.

What reward?

Take a guess.

A glass.

Smart.

Well,

what about this?

Hairpin?

You're so smart.

Guess one last time.

What is this?

It's a bit difficult this time.

I need to think for a while.

Think about it.

If you get it right,

you'll be rewarded.

I got it right this time, too.

Hua Ni.

Where is my reward?

Reward?

Drop dead!

Do you really want me to die?

I can't believe Qing Jian is marrying Hua Ni.

My daughter-in-law is really popular.

Uncle Li, you scared me.

You must trust Her Ladyship.

She must have been forced by Qing Jian.

Her Ladyship

must still love Lord Li.

Of course I know she had no choice.

Lord Li and Master Rong went to do something big.

But they will definitely

save Her Ladyship.

Uncle Li, don't worry.

Rest assured.

Fine.

For the sake of my son,

even if I have to risk my life,

I'll fight to get my daughter-in-law back!

Get her back!

Moqian,

it snowed again in Peacock City two days ago.

The last time it snowed,

we were still young.

But now,

you're no longer by my side.

Moqian.

Do you know?

We're having a baby.

Unfortunately,

you don't get to see him.

But don't worry.

I will take good care of him.

I thought

I had lost all my loved ones,

but you gave me another loved one.

I thought

I was alone and helpless,

but my mother gave me strength.

Muyang and Hua Ni

have always been by my side, too.

They've supported me

and helped me.

Hope will never die.

I only hope the world is harmonious.

Let's call our child

Xihe.

Okay?

It's an auspicious date and time.

Good luck and prosperity.

Heaven and earth will be the witness

of this marriage.

Master and Mistress,

please go to the Tower of Sacrifice to Heaven

to tour the Peacock City

and pray for the people.

How do you feel

now that you're wearing the wedding gown again?

How disgusting!

No matter what you do,

my husband

will always be Li Muyang.

I'm the one you're marrying tomorrow.

Why are you thinking about those disgusting memories?

Unlike you,

my wedding with Muyang

was blessed by the whole world.

Unfortunately,

we couldn't get on the hot air balloon

and tour the entire Peacock City in the air.

Hot air balloon?

It's not a big deal.

Are you satisfied?

I wish for Master and Mistress

to be of one heart and one mind

and to prosper for five generations.

Look over there.

What is that?

I've never seen that thing before.

Kneel.

Ready to accept Master's gift.

Look.

As long as I want to,

everything in this world

will crawl under my feet.

Do you think the power,

status,

and admiration from the people that you have now

are all true?

Who in the world cares about you?

Do you think I care?

It doesn't matter if it's true love or not.

It is never important.

What I want

has always been the result.

Just like you.

Even if you're so unwilling to,

you are still standing here

and marrying me.

What do you care about?

Do you care about Muyang?

Did you do all this

for revenge

or just to prove to Muyang

that you are right.

Unfortunately,

you can never go back.

So what?

It doesn't matter.

As long as all of you who have bewitched him

betray him and hurt him,

he will understand

that in this world,

there is no true love or genuine friendship.

Everything is a lie.

I'm the only one

he can rely on.

Qing Jian.

No.

I should call you

Li Zhiyun.

You've been hurt,

so you don't believe in love.

You've been testing humanity,

but the test result

doesn't match your expectations.

So, you refuse to accept it

or admit it,

and you want to ruin all the good things.

Aren't our genuine feelings

love?

I forgot.

You've never been loved by anyone, have you?

You don't know how to love, either, right?

Poor thing.

Do you want to die?

How dare you not accept Master's gift?

Li Zhiyun!

Stop!

They deserve to die.
