[Peacock in Wonderland]

[Episode 40]

Qing Jian,

you have unjustly occupied Peacock City,

defied the law of nature, and hurt the innocent.

Today, by God's will,

I'm going to get rid of the rebels.

Sir, I guess you have been waiting for this moment

for a long time.

Stop talking nonsense.

Everyone can kill

rebels and traitors.

Qing Jian,

today, you are going to die.

What are you waiting for?

Sir, don't you think you are too arrogant?

All of you were promoted by me.

I can't believe you've chosen to betray me with him today.

Sir,

you just

treat us

as a bunch of obedient dogs.

To you,

we are just pawns

that can be sacrificed anytime.

Now you're talking about goodwill

and betrayal.

Isn't it ridiculous?

Li Zhiyun,

when did you get rid of my men?

When you decided to kill me.

I taught you to be literate

and grateful.

Now the best skill you've learned

is being ungrateful.

That's why

you are my good teacher.

No one can take what I want

away from me.

Sir,

the throne is right here.

Please.

You've been pursuing this position

for your whole life.

Now that your wish has come true,

how do you feel?

This...

belongs to me.

It is a worthy death.

It is a worthy death!

You shouldn't have touched him.

Sir,

I made your wish come true

and fulfilled my promise.

I let you sit on the throne.

Rest in peace.

Mother.

Master.

Master, what's wrong?

Congratulations.

You are pregnant.

But the pulse is unstable.

I'll prescribe some medicine for miscarriage prevention.

You'll be fine if you take the medicine on time.

Am I really pregnant?

Yes.

I excel

in assessing

pregnancy.

Make sure she is happy

and don't let her be tired.

Also, she should increase her nutrient intake.

Goodbye.

Thank you.

Please.

Great.

Congratulations, Master.

We'll have a little master soon.

I didn't expect

the child to come so soon.

Hua Ni.

Yu.

Congratulations.

I'm sorry.

I split hairs

and said those harsh words to hurt you.

Don't be mad at me, okay?

No.

I am the one who should say sorry.

Muyang said

as long as I'm here,

there is hope for Peacock City-State.

But actually,

not just me,

you should be here too.

Everyone should be here,

so that there will be hope for Peacock City-State.

Yu,

I should have given you something long ago.

This is...

my mother's Feisun Tally.

Yes.

We still stand a chance of winning.

What do you think?

Master.

Yes.

We still have hope.

This concerns the fate of Peacock City.

Everyone, don't worry.

I will bring back the Feisun Army

to take back Peacock City.

Get lost.

All of you, get lost!

This position

is boring.

Boring.

So much for the throne.

It's snowing.

It's so beautiful.

Peacock City rarely snows.

The last time it snowed was eight years ago.

Do you still remember

♫The moon is hazy when the wind passes the court♫

the dance I taught you before?

Of course I remember.

♫How can I dream about the past when it's gone?♫

Do you still remember how to dance?

♫When we parted, I understood♫

♫The deep love hidden in your eyes♫

♫I'm waiting in vain♫

♫I look back, but I can't see your smile again♫

Qingqing.

♫I love you so much that I can't write it down♫

Do you know what I regret the most

at the foot of the cliff that day?

What is it?

♫I'm willing to seal away this destiny for you♫

I didn't kiss you.

♫If I don't dream or wait♫

♫Can I forget this life?♫

♫But the wind in my previous life♫

♫Blows past my eyebrows♫

♫If I don't ask or hate♫

♫And if my obsession is not strong♫

♫Let the dream come to its root♫

♫In your city♫

♫I'm waiting in vain♫

♫I look back, but I can't see your smile again♫

♫I love you so much that I can't write it down♫

♫I'm willing to seal away this destiny for you♫

♫If I don't dream or wait♫

♫Can I forget this life?♫

♫But the wind in my previous life♫

♫Blows past my eyebrows♫

♫If I don't ask or hate♫

♫And if my obsession is not strong♫

♫Let the dream come to its root♫

♫In your city♫

Qingqing.

Qingqing?

[Divorce Agreement]

My Lord.

My Lord.

What's wrong, My Lord?

My Lord!

Qiang. Qiang.

Qiang.

I found this in Lord Li's room.

Divorce agreement?

Jing.

Leave.

Yes.

Where is she?

You are in such a hurry.

Who are you looking for?

Don't play dumb.

We finally have a chance to be alone.

Why don't you drink with me?

Looks like you don't like this wine.

It's okay.

Bring our best wine here.

Hua Ji,

pour wine for our distinguished guest.

Qingqing.

Let's go.

-I'm taking you home. -What are you doing?

-Let go of me! -Qingqing.

-Qingqing. -Let go of me!

Qingqing.

Let go of me!

Let go of me!

Put me down!

Put me down!

Put me down!

Qingqing.

Qingqing.

Let go of me!

Who are you?

I don't even know you.

Are you going to let go or not?

Qingqing.

Master.

[Taining Hall]

Love in this world is the most deceptive.

A woman can change her heart easily.

In the past, you risked your life for her.

Do you regret it?

Regret?

I only regret

I didn't kill you earlier.

There is muscle softening powder on the hairpin.

Save your strength.

My Lord.

Hua Ni.

Muyang.

This is getting more interesting.

Let's go back first.

We'll discuss it after we go back.

My Lord,

let's go back and heal your wound first.

Let's go.

Zhiyang,

I'll be waiting for you to come back.
