Youโre watching an extended episode of
Battle of the Eras."
Stay tuned after the episode for the final word
from the eliminated challengers.
Previously, 40 of
the greatest Challengers of all time competed in
the first ever Era Invitational.
Wow!
And now, each era must battle amongst their own
and fight for their fate in the game.
But only the strong will survive to reunite
with their era and continue the battle
for the title of Challenge champion.
Standing in their way are four of the most iconic
eliminations from the past.
My God.
Use your power!
Go, go, go, go!
Go, CT! Go!
Each era has made their decision
in the Chamber,
and now it's time for the action-packed conclusion
of the Era Invitational.
Look at this!
- Oh, my God. - Yo!
As a fan of The Challenge, I'm very excited to
find out what we're gonna see.
I'm just so grateful that I'm not a part of this bloodbath.
Knowing that Nia's going up against Amanda
is, like, the best thing ever.
Nia is an absolute beast, and Amanda
is the worst thing that has ever happened to Era Three,
so we need to make sure that she goes home right now.
Oh, my God, it's a bunch of different eliminations.
- Straight to a Hall Brawl? - Are you serious?
Wow!
You make your name when you go into elimination.
You make your name in the sand.
One-on-one, head-to-head.
You can't hide behind other people.
Are you kidding?
Whoo! TJ!
Holy , bro.
Whoo!
Welcome.
Let's bring down the losers from each era.
From Era One, Katie and Mark.
Come on down. Era Two gave us
KellyAnne and Ryan.
Era Three,
we have Nia and Leroy.
Come on, Lee.
And Era Four,
Nurys and Theo.
Yeah!
What a lineup
of eliminations we have.
And it's so nerve-racking
because my girlfriend
Nurys is gonna be down there.
We all know Nurys can bring it,
but let's be honest, she's the smallest girl here.
So it's tough. It's tough to
walk into this. I am definitely
extremely worried.
After the challenge,
our winners had to select
one man and one woman
to go against their era's losers.
So, Era One, who did you choose?
We chose Aneesa and Derrick.
Go, guys.
Fight hard, y'all.
Get ready for a show!
Let's go, baby.
All right, Laurel and Bananas.
We chose, uh, Brandon and Cara.
It was a tough decision.
When it comes to Cara, both Laurel and I have
a bit of a checkered history there,
so Cara and Brandon.
I'm definitely cheering for KellyAnne.
I'm sick of trying to coach
Cara Maria, and I don't want,
like, an anchor tied next to me.
Sometimes that's what I feel like it is
when I play the game with
Cara Maria. It's like,
how do you not see that the reason why
everyone doesn't like you is because
you isolate yourself?
Let's give them a show.
I'm so pissed.
It's bull.
But I'm excited 'cause I'm feeling like
it's gonna be something physical,
and Ryan's gonna get this work.
To be totally honest, I mean,
we can afford to lose a KellyAnne and a Ryan
and still be, you know,
in the hunt to make it to the final.
All right, Era Three. Tori and Cory.
We had to go with Tony.
Me and Tony have our backstory.
We put that aside, and it just came down to, obviously,
these three guys in front of me.
I do feel bad
about Tony being in this position because
it's just the way the cards fell.
I am always gonna look out for Jordan and Devin, so
it's a no-brainer.
And for girls, we went with Amanda.
I don't think
it's any secret that we're not
the best of friends
and these other girls here, I'm building
new relationships with, I think.
If it's gonna come down to...
...creating a good team with some good energy,
then we're gonna have to
extract some of the bad energy
from the team, so...
You better hope I don't come back, bitch.
-You better hope. -I'm so scared.
You better hope.
I'm terrified. Really.
Please, Amanda.
All right.
Tony and Amanda,
come on down.
If you saw in this challenge
that we just went against each other,
do you think that's not gonna happen again?
You want to put in the smallest girl on the team
against the biggest girl on the team?
Why? So Nia can
come back and whup your ass?
But she's not known for having big brains.
Let's just say that.
You would think that Cory would-would
look at Averey and look at me
and be like, "Okay, Averey, I don't know her."
When Cory has me, on the other hand,
and he knows that he's my number one guy on my era,
like, does his beady little ferret eyes
have nothing behind it? I don't get it.
- Your pussy ass chose me. - You're fake for that.
The one person that you're my number one here.
- You never told me that. - We talked about it
when we were in bed. What are you talking about, bro?
-When? When? When? -Did we not say "We're here for Nelson,
let's do this together"?
-Like we don't have nobody here. -Yeah, but that's all
you're giving me. "We're here for Nelson,
let's do it together"? That's all you're giving me.
And I said we don't have anybody else here, right?
- For what? - It takes two people to make a decision.
And there was three people you could have chose from.
Do you have a number one here? And did I have
-a number one here? -No, no.
-And we talked about that. -Well, guess how you start to
gain number ones.
Guess how you start to make leverage in the game.
Good luck, 'cause guess what?
Everybody thinks that you're a pussy for doing it.
And guess what? I hope I come back,
'cause I'm gonna throw every challenge
and we're never gonna win,
and I'll keep doing it until you go home.
I've done it before, I'll do it again.
Oh, my God.
Amanda.
That bitch don't give a.
That's what I love Amanda for.
She's a damn truth sayer.
There has to be one truth sayer
in this house of
bull liars.
Damn, Tina. Stop cussing.
Don't talk to me ever again.
-Good luck, dumb-o. -You're a pussy.
-Good luck, dumb-o. -Good luck when I come back.
All right, Michele and Horacio.
Theo asked for Paulie,
and Nurys asked for Olivia...
...and we gave them what they wanted.
This is the site
where we settle beefs, because we've got
Nurys and Olivia, fresh beef,
and we've got Paulie and Theo, old beef,
all about to be settled.
Big beef stew right in the sand.
Through the history of this game,
four eliminations
have defined each era.
Era One gave us Balls In.
Era Two battled it out for that pole,
in Pole Wrestle.
Era Three gave us
the best elimination of all time: Hall Brawl.
Go!
Era Four gave us
Take Shelter, in one of the greatest upsets in history.
We're almost there, CT! Go!
And tonight,
you'll be playing one of those games.
Wait, what?
Let's go!
Oh, my God.
Let's go!
Whoo! We got the bangers,
people.
What more can you ask for?
Wow!
TJ has heard the calls
of The Challenge fandom,
and TJ said, "Yes, Challenge fans,
I hear you, and here you go."
Yeah!
The eliminations for each era
will be played in the order that they premiered.
So, Era Three, you are playing Balls In.
- Which means you are first. - You stay there.
Everybody else, get in front of your eras. Let's go.
All right, Era Three,
as you can see, there's a giant circle
right here in the middle of the Arena.
Another circle with a goal.
To begin, one of you is going to be playing offense...
...one of you playing defense.
When I say, "Go,"
the offensive person's job
is to score their ball
in the goal in the middle.
The defensive player
has to keep them from doing that
by any means necessary.
First person, two out of three,
will win tonight's elimination
and stay in the game. Loser goes home.
- Good luck. - Yeah, let's get it going.
Yeah!
It seems like I always get physical
every time I come down here.
Like, I don't know why a puzzle
wasn't an option, but fine.
Sucks that I had to be on a team with
everyone I hate in my era.
I think Cory and Tori
are two frauds in a pod.
I know that none of my team wants me back,
so that makes me want to try way harder.
I don't know, I think I have a pretty good shot.
Pray for me.
I personally like Amanda. She and I have got along
really well. But it seems like there's
a lot of bad blood between her and a few up there.
I'm here to do the dirty work,
and I feel like I'm the perfect person to do that.
She's small, she's scrappy,
so I'm in for one, but I'm confident that
I'm gonna come out on top.
Tori, you owe me one after this.
All right, Amanda, Nia,
Zero-zero. Ready to go?
- Let's go, Nia. - Let's go, Nia!
Let's see what you got.
Challenge history! Who wants it?
- Let's go! - Whoo!
Let's go, Nia. Stay focused.
Yup, shuffle your feet.
I'm just thinking in my head, like,
if my son were to watch this,
I want him to be proud of his mommy,
so I'm just gonna do the best I can,
and I'm gonna show him that even if you're the smallest,
you got to have heart.
Slide them feet, Nia, slide them feet.
Go, go!
Go, go, go, go!
Run, run, run!
-No! -No!
Wow.
-Wow, man. -Wow!
This is why I love Amanda.
'Cause you can say whatever you want about her,
but the girl has no fear in her heart,
and she's proving it tonight.
Use your power! Hold onto the ball!
Amanda is scrappy.
She's fierce. She is not to be underestimated.
I am taking her very seriously.
She wants to get back in that house and cause chaos.
So, there's a lot of pressure on my back.
All right, the score is one-nothing, Amanda.
Nia, you gotta pick it up.
- Right through her. - Don't be afraid, Nia!
You're big! Let's go!
Go!
Go! Go, Nia, go!
- Let's go! - One-nothing, Amanda.
- Don't be afraid, Nia. - You're big!
Let's go!
Go! Go, Nia, go!
Oh, no!
Go, Nia!
Nia, go! Go!
Yes!
That's the confidence!
My confidence is really brewing right now
because this intense feeling of do or die
in the elimination, I have felt it before,
and I have survived it several times.
So, under no circumstances can she get this ball in.
Let's go, Nia!
All right, the score is one to one.
Stay focused. Let's go.
Amanda, you win this one, it's over.
Ready?
Use your power, hold onto the ball.
Go, Nia, go. Don't freak out.
Go!
She's gonna take off running in a minute.
Take her. Get her! Get her!
She's out.
That ball's dead. Dead ball.
You got this. You got this.
Score is one to one.
Nia, you score this one, you win.
-Yeah! -Take it!
Take it!
- Contact, right through her. - Get mad!
Nia, right here, let's go.
Yep, yep!
Yep, yep!
There it is! Thank you!
Yes! Oh, my God.
Nia's coming back in the house,
and she has done the Lord's work.
She has banished the devil from the game.
I could not be happier.
Good fight, Amanda.
You weren't supposed
to get a point, good.
I definitely think I made my son proud tonight.
I know he thinks that mommy is fierce.
I just want him to see that even if
you have to go against someone who's bigger and stronger
than you, never give up.
Cory and Tori are not gonna last.
I think everyone sees them for who they are.
Shady all the time, 100%.
So, I hope everybody saw that tonight.
Good work, Nia.
Nia wants to be here so bad,
and that passion
and love and drive,
I can't help but find it
very sexy.
- Nia, good work. - Well done, Nia.
Good job.
I think that Nia's a really dope girl.
Not only is she physically beautiful,
I think that her personality is just a ten out of ten.
I think that she's somebody that I naturally
gravitate towards,
and there is something there.
I'm not sure what it is,
but I'm just excited to see
this whole thing play out.
Get him, Lee.
Winning this challenge
is so important to me because
I want to prove to myself that I could do it.
I always lollygagged through life, through sports,
and even The Challenge up until this point.
I still don't feel like I've given it 100% effort
and went all in.
I don't think I'm gonna be satisfied until I get a win.
- Me and you, bro. - Who would have thunk it?
Elimination one. I hate that, man.
I hate being the lowest man on the totem pole,
the odd man out on your squad.
I feel a bad part for you is
you actually did well in the challenge.
Yeah.
And you down here in the bottom with me,
who did horrible.
Make it make sense.
And it's a lot of legendary people that's going in,
-all three of us in here. -Yeah, man.
You know what I'm saying?
We are a big impact on the game,
but it puts that flame in me even more.
Knowing that I'm going against Tony, it just sucks.
I don't think he's going to be an easy competitor to beat,
but I do feel like I can beat him.
Let's go. Whoo!
Physical has always been my thing.
I honestly do feel like I'm going to be able
to get this win.
Fighting for a lot back at home.
So I'm gonna bring it.
Obviously, I'm the lowest man on the totem pole
when it comes to my team,
when it comes to Era Three, unfortunately.
Me and Lee both have families back home,
so that is in the back of my mind.
But at the same time, I gotta get this dough.
Here we go. Ready to give the people a show.
Y'all already know what time it is.
Tony Time.
All right, Tony, Leroy, you ready?
Go!
All you gotta do is get the ball in that inner ring, dude.
- It's not that far away. - I can easily make it there.
Tony's always been like this happy-go-lucky, like, puppy dog.
Slow, unathletic.
So, this is gonna be a breeze.
Come on, Leroy!
Let's go, Lee!
Oh, good job.
Dead ball. Reset.
Good job, Tony.
He's gonna try and run them over.
It's so tough to watch, you know, my two friends,
Tony and Leroy go at it in Balls In,
but, I mean, I'm cheering for Leroy.
I look at Leroy like a blood brother,
and our friendship has grown on The Challenge.
He's one of the few people over the years, uh,
that has always had my back.
All right, fellas, score is zero-zero.
Tony, Leroy, ready? Go!
All right, Tony, you're up one.
-Let's go, boys. -Come on. -Come on, Tony!
- Putting a show on. - Let's go.
- Score's one-nothing, Tony. - You ready, Leroy?
Let's go, Lee.
Leroy, shimmy shake.
Go!
Go, Lee!
Me and Bananas, we have
a lot of history in this game,
and I consider him a close friend and ally.
So, to hear him cheering so loudly for Leroy...
Lee, get low.
...I can't help but to feel some type of way,
but at the same time, I gotta block that out right now,
and I gotta finish the drill.
Lee, keep running sideways.
Let's go, Leroy!
-Let's go! -Damn.
Up, up!
Ooh!
I wasn't expecting this at all.
Like, Leroy's kind of getting destroyed by Tony right now.
Come on, Leroy!
Ooh!
That ball's dead. Dead ball.
Good work, Tony. Good work, Lee.
Score's one-nothing, Tony.
Tony, you win this one, and you're in.
Leroy, you don't win this one, you're out.
Go!
Go, Lee, go!
Good job, Tony.
- Tony wins. - Hell of a fight.
First time I've gone home first.
It sucks, and...
I'm just pissed.
I just-- I can't believe it.
And, um, this is when it, like,
really punched me in the face.
This is a huge moment for Era Three.
Coming into this game, I had said to my era,
Leroy is one person I won't be working with
because of Double Agents
where him and Kam ran the game by lying to all of us
and pitting me and Josh against each other.
It's no secret that it's either Josh or me.
Very confident that you're gonna be the one going down.
So, I'm secretly stoked.
My guy, Tony Time, takes the win.
Leroy's gone, and there's no blood on my hands.
It is best-case scenario. Let's go.
So, Era One, you are playing Pole Wrestle.
Oh, no!
Oh, my God!
A lot of people say that I'm synonymous
with Pole Wrestle.
Either I do win
and continue my legacy,
or I die.
To begin,
you're each gonna take your place on the pole.
And when I say go,
you will push, pull,
and prod that pole away from your opponent.
Two out of three times wins. It's that simple.
Derrick and Mark, you're up first.
Because of the history on Era One,
the biggest discomfort I find in this elimination
that we're gonna be facing is Mark and Derrick.
They're best friends, it's pole wrestling,
and all I keep thinking is,
I hope nobody gets hurt.
The Pit Bull and the Godfather.
Derrick is smaller than me, so I think if I can
stay over top of him and use my weight to move him around,
that might be a good, uh, strategy.
But I don't know until I get out there
how this thing's gonna play out.
He is the Pole Wrestle king, and, uh, tonight,
I'm going after the throne.
All right, Mark, Derrick.
Dig deep. Let's go!
Let's go, D!
Go!
Let's go! Let's go!
- Drive, Mark! - Use that body!
Whoo!
Mark, put your weight on him!
- Yes! - Yeah, Era One!
Go!
Whoa!
Drive, Mark. Drive over.
Oh! That was cool.
Whoa!
Nice job!
It's do or die.
I've got a baby on the way.
I've got one in high school.
Like, my whole Challenge legacy
is basically on the line here.
There we go!
Wow!
-All the way through. -Yeah! Yeah!
Just stay low. Just stay low.
Just stay low.
-Use your whole body, Mark! -Yeah!
Flip him! Flip him!
Go. Let's go!
There it is.
Time, time!
-Good job, Derrick! -Nice work!
Derrick knows how to use
his size to his advantage.
He uses his entire body weight
and his heart.
Derrick has one
of the biggest hearts for this game, being able to show you,
"Don't underestimate me."
All right, Derrick's up one-nothing.
Derrick, you win this one, it's over.
Mark, you need this one to stay in the game.
I have a very, very close relationship with my mother.
She has been battling stage 4 breast cancer for five years.
I reach for her and remember that she is fighting
a way bigger battle than me.
She gives me the strength to do it and
if I am breathing and alive and moving
in this challenge, I will do everything in my will
to win this thing.
Ready? Go!
Let's go!
Keep fighting.
Dig deep, let's go!
Make a big move! Make a big move!
Come on, Mark.
-Who wants it more? Let's go! -Fight!
Keep fighting!
I can hear Derrick kind of--
I want to call it, like,
chuffing. I think that's what
lions do when they're, like,
calling each other or fighting.
I can tell that Derrick
is in control right now,
even though he's on the bottom
under Mark, looking like he's getting smushed.
-Let's go! -Fight!
- No, don't quit! - Nice job, guys!
-Come on! -Nice job! Nice job!
Way to fight, Mark!
Get that pole! Come on, dig deep!
Let's go!
Wow!
Keep it up, keep it up!
Got it. Done.
All right, Derrick, well done.
Good job. Nice work, Mark!
When I die and my name
is still synonymous with Pole Wrestle,
I'll be okay with that.
I'd be okay with them putting
Pole Wrestle on my grave.
-Nice job, guys. -That was incredible, guys.
I love you, Derrick. I hope you take
this thing all the way to the end and, uh,
the old dog will live another day to fight.
I will be sure of that.
Now, Aneesa, Katie, you're up, let's go!
Let's go!
These mother put me in elimination.
And I'm pissed.
If you were in my shoes
and I was a reason
why you're going in, you would be livid.
And I don't care what selling point you gave me,
I would never leave it up to somebody else
for you to be okay.
Because I feel this is the most
fair and objective way to do it.
I feel CT should handle the women,
and I will handle the men.
I can't just let the team implode.
- Because if he... - Let the team implode.
If it's up to him to pick,
-I'm gone every time, -RACHEL: I'm just saying that,
-sending in Jodi, sending in Jodi... -I know I'm going in.
- The whole team would implode. - It's fine. I just want
-to talk to her for a second, please. -Sure. Go, go.
My first Challenge was Battle of the Sexes with Rachel.
She's been my friend for over 20 years.
Are you okay?
Knowing that Rachel just let this happen,
it just feels awful.
Like, we dated. We're friends.
Like, my mom loves Rachel.
Maybe not after this elimination, but she does.
It's not cool.
And I'm not okay.
Let's go!
-Come on, ladies! -OG ladies!
I don't think I've done a contact elimination
in a long time, if ever,
so I'm nervous, but I can't look like a punk.
My strategy with Aneesa is to tire her out.
I'm pretty strong, so...
I'm just gonna hold on.
Strategy for tonight is grab that pole
and rip it out of her hands.
I think I was the first woman to do Pole Wrestle.
I'm very confident.
Anything contact-wise,
I'm thick, so I'm gonna use that to my advantage.
All right.
Go!
Come on, girls!
Yeah!
Get her, Katie, get her!
-Come on, Katie! -Katie's staying in there!
Get up, get up!
Get up! Get up!
Nice, nice! Nice, Katie, nice!
-Let's go, Katie! Let's go! -Let's go!
I'm like, holy.
Katie's a fighter, and she is
giving Aneesa a run for her money.
I didn't think I wanted anything physical,
but now that I'm in it,
I think it might be preferred, it's kind of fun.
Middle-aged mom in the sand.
Let's go, I'm pretty scrappy.
Go!
Katie pulls out some crazy
wrestling, like, leg behind.
That was dope, girl!
I knew this girl was spunky, but
this is, like, next level.
Era One is strong, and they are
a big threat in this game.
Wow!
Yeah!
Katie, that was a good move, babe.
All right, come on, come on, let's go.
All right, the score is one-nothing.
Aneesa, you win this one, and you're done.
Katie, you lose this one, you're out, all right?
-You ready? -Go to work!
-Go! -Let's work!
Come on!
Don't let her sit on you!
Use your weight!
No!
Good job.
Good fight, Katie!
Good job, Katie!
- Yes, Katie! - Good job, guys.
I thought for a second, I might've had her,
but I didn't.
It's disappointing to leave The Challenge,
but I hope Era One takes it home,
and I wish them all the best.
Let's go!
I was okay for a lot of years,
like, with small wins and making it far.
I feel like I've done myself
a disservice by just getting by.
Unfortunately, tonight just wasn't your night.
I just think something clicked in me at 42, like,
you have all of the components of being a champion
time and time again, like, I could have.
It definitely drives me to want to succeed in this game.
All right, so we've already seen four Challengers eliminated.
But we still have Era Two
and Era Four left to compete.
I'm just wanting to vomit.
For the entirety of us doing Challenges together,
it's always been Johnny and Laurel-- besties--
against me. I don't know why.
It's weird.
Like, get off it. They're obsessed with me.
Why are you so obsessed with me? I don't know.
Laurel finally decided
it was time to bring us in a group upstairs
and tell us, but I was on my way out the door,
and she comes over, and she goes, "I'm-I'm-I'm ready.
We can bring everybody together, and I'll tell you."
And I was like, "You can tell me now or don't
- because I'm going to the pool. - I don't give a."
I was like, "Is it me?" And she goes, "Yes."
And I was like, "Okay."
, dude.
- What? - Cara?
- Why? - What do you mean, why?
Bro, you knew you were good.
- With what? - With her.
- And who? - And me!
- is wrong with you? - And who else?
And who else?
Bananas and Cara, Cara and Laurel.
These people got a lot of history
on our era.
This could blow up in our face quickly.
You're just doing the same
everybody does every season.
-How is this a shock? -I'm bored, I'm disappointed.
Put Cara in again! Whoo!
That'll be different.
You're just pissed 'cause I beat you
- in the challenge. - Cara?
- Cara? - - Johnny, you.
This is the way I look at it. I'm like,
-all right... -Johnny, it doesn't matter about you.
Can I talk?
Laurel is half the decision.
I'm talking to the rational one
in the relationship.
Bro.
It's dumb, dude.
For your game, it's dumb, not for mine.
She never once, bro--
She's had every opportunity in the world
to pull me aside and be like,
"Yo, let's put the past behind us.
Let's squash our."
She didn't say that in there?
It's a dumb move, dude, and you know it.
- Don't, don't. - I do.
Honestly, I think it's human that she does.
So that's a good thing. It's good.
You did what was best for you with thought for your game,
and that's what you did, but it's good to feel bad.
The relationship that I have with Cara Maria
is very longstanding.
And, yeah, we are definitely
at odds a lot of times,
but also, there's a lot of love between me and Cara Maria.
But at the end of the day, Cara is definitely somebody
that's just huge in this game, and my decisions are being made
based on what females I want to see in a final
versus what females I don't want to see in a final.
You don't have to be robot, you know?
I don't want to go against Cara.
Her and Paulie
have been really good friends of mine.
But at least if I beat her,
it'll show my team my strengths.
I actually have
two psychics, I have one for my dogs...
...and I have one for myself.
One of them told me that I was going to have beef
with a younger girl.
I asked, "Is it 'cause we don't have anything in common,
or is it 'cause she's a better athlete?"
and she was like, "Both."
I don't know what's up their ass. And Laurel.
It's not like I'm surprised about Johnny,
but Laurel.
What?
I just want to let you know
that I chose you, and I'm sorry.
It truly was just me.
Paulie and Theo have basically said
they have it out for each other.
If you've been going around telling people
you want me, now's your chance to say it,
and we can finish it in the sand.
To me, I think you're a coward.
If I got to be the one to take you out, so be it.
Paulie chose to have this argument in deliberation.
That's not great for team dynamic.
It's on now, and that's how it has to be.
So I'm sorry, Theo.
I'm only firing back for what happened to me.
Me and Paulie had a big bust-up five or six years ago.
I have waited for my revenge,
and my opportunity is here, and Paulie is there.
He's the only one I got my eyes on.
All right, next up.
Era Four, go take your card, which is...
Yeah!
...Hall Brawl.
Holy.
We got a ball game!
It's all gas, no brakes.
This scares the out of me.
This excites me.
I feel like my muscles are, like, right at this moment,
like, literally, the blood is pumping through them.
I kind of want to just get in the sand and just do it.
We've got Nurys and Olivia,
and Theo and Paulie here, who just aren't getting on.
This will be a really great way for us to try
and get rid of the drama on our team,
Era Four,
we need people on our team that can help keep us a team.
This is how we're gonna get it done.
All right, this is Hall Brawl.
To begin, you and your opponent are gonna start
on opposite sides of that hallway.
When I say go, you will run through
your opponent,
hit the button on the opposite side and light it up.
First one to get two will win
tonight's elimination and stay in the game.
Theo and Paulie, let's go.
Hall Brawl, to me, was just the main event.
Paulie and Theo,
here's a history with each other,
finally coming to fruition.
We've been taking shots at each other one way or another.
Now, finally, we're head-to-head. Let's settle it.
Paulie's gonna you up, bro.
He's shifty as all hell.
I think even in a Hall Brawl,
it-- you know, he'd still give me a hard day.
I'm the guy who exploded
onto The Challenge scene,
made three finals in a row...
Come and get it.
...was in everybody's faces.
Who the helped with the goddamn puzzle, goddamn it?
- Stop, yo. - I'm sick of this!
I mended a lot of my bad relationships.
Cara did not. So this is more important
than any other elimination I've ever been in
because my fate in this game
is not only on the line
but my girlfriend's fate is on the line.
Paulie will always have my back.
He has always been my protector. He has always been my rock.
And he will sacrifice his entire body
for the glory of The Challenge.
David beat Goliath. Let me slay the giant tonight.
Going against Paulie, you know, we got a lot of history,
so to get my hands on him, finally,
after five years of back-and-forth,
I want to hit him with a blow he's never gonna forget.
I mean, listen, man,
we're here for a main event, and Theo and I
are the main event.
Okay? Our history, this classic right here,
everything gets left in the sand tonight.
I've prayed to The Challenge gods
for years to get a physical elimination,
and I'm about to hit Theo so hard,
he's not gonna know what hit him.
All right, Theo, ready?
Paulie, ready?
Go!
Goddamn.
Oh, my God.
That's the sound
of Paulie's soul leaving his body.
Oh, my God.
God, dude.
The lights are bright, my legs are wobbly,
but the only thing I'm saying in my head is,
"Dig deep, you need to pull this win out for yourself,
"for your family, for your girlfriend,
"and to make sure that you come back in this house
and you turn it on its head."
Paulie, you got to go for the button.
You got to go!
- Go! - Go!
Go!
All right, one down.
This is brutal, but there's still
another round, and I think maybe
Paulie will come with a strategy for the second one.
Paulie's smart, and he can come through.
Paulie's clearly giving his all,
but there's not many people here that I trust.
Theo is one of them.
I need to have Theo back.
All right, score's one-nothing, Theo.
Theo, you win this one and it's over.
Paulie, you got to win this one to stay in the game.
You got it, Paulie! Let's go!
It's gonna take everything to go my way
to actually pull this off.
But I'm very confident that I can
because I've hit bigger guys before.
It's all about leverage.
Where are we hitting?
- Here we go. - Go for the button!
Go.
Don't step on his face.
my God.
Oh, my God!
- Damn, Theo, okay. - The way you flung Paulie?
Girl, I've never been more turned on in my life.
I didn't think it was gonna be this easy.
I'm back.
Good job, Paulie!
I felt like I ran into a Mack truck.
I don't like losing, and-and losing in this fashion.
This is just a... embarrassment.
This is gonna be an absolute nightmare
for a very, very long time,
and I haven't even watched it back yet.
Haven't even watched it back yet.
Having Paulie in this house
just makes me feel, like, home.
That's my person.
But at this point, I also have to worry about me,
and my heart's on the floor, I'm ready to vomit.
Going into elimination and possibly going home,
this is worst-case scenario.
All right, this is Hall Brawl.
Olivia and Nurys, let's go.
Give it everything
you've got, ladies, let's go.
This is exactly what we've been building up for.
We want Olivia on one side of the hall,
Nurys on the other,
and we want them to run through each other.
Let's go, baby.
Me and Nurys, obviously, last season, had some issues,
and they were because of me, very aware.
But whatever revenge she wanted,
I'm here to stay, and I'm here to play this game.
So she chose me, and by her choosing me,
I'm gonna, you know, give her the smoke I would give anyone.
Everyone's super excited, they're like,
"Oh, it's Nurys, it's Olivia, you know, the ultimate battle,"
because everything that happened last season,
but for me, I really don't have hate in my heart for her.
And then, also, I'm nervous, obviously,
uh, 'cause I don't want to leave Horacio.
'Cause I know he needs me.
I think it should be Jenny.
Nobody's gonna be mad about it.
-It's not gonna piss anyone off. -No, because... I-I get it.
But it's Nurys's game on the line.
-I-I completely... -And I have to look at who has,
who does she have a better chance of beating?
I know you don't want to hear it, but it is Olivia.
It really is.
Interesting.
Maybe this is the final chapter of me and Nurys's hatred,
friendship breakup, whatever you want to call it.
Let's just leave it all on the sand...
...and move on.
It's definitely gonna be a show,
but I plan on coming back.
You have no wife.
-I don't. -I know. So make me one.
-Make you a wife? -Yeah.
Make me a wife.
'Cause I don't want to be a baby mama.
I want to be a wife with your kids.
Horacio and Nurys are like, you know,
a classic Challenge relationship.
You're making me look crazy.
-You are crazy, though. -No, you're crazy.
They're staying to themselves, they're self-isolating
and they're just doing their own thing.
Just remember, guys, we are in a game.
Obviously, yes, I do want kids. I said I wanted eight.
At one point, I dropped it down to five.
Marriage comes first, then kids.
Okay, I want the ring first.
Oh, my gosh.
-Fight for it! -Get real mad!
All right, Nurys, Olivia, are you ready?
Go!
Go, go, go, go!
Did they agree not to hurt each other?
It's a contact event.
It is a contact event.
Boo!
Come on, give us some heat, give us some anger, girls.
Nurys, you cannot slow down.
First round goes Olivia's way.
This is so difficult to see.
I always thought it would be best for Nurys
to go against Olivia
in anything but a Hall Brawl.
Nurys right now just maybe has to,
I hate to say it, play a little dirty, maybe kick her.
Once you hit rock bottom, the only way is going up now.
All right, the score is one-nothing, Olivia.
Olivia, you win this one and it's over.
Nurys, you gotta win this one
to stay in the game. All right?
Ready? Go.
Go! Fight!
There is nothing like that first taste of a Hall Brawl.
You either love it or you hate it.
But second round, Nurys knows
what it feels to have that impact.
She can prepare herself for it because you cannot hold back.
Get her!
Get up. Get up and go. Get up and go!
-Get up and go. Go! Go! -Keep moving!
Oh, man, Nurys is dragging Olivia
across this hall,
which I didn't even know was physically possible.
Go, go! You gotta go! Nurys, you have to go!
Going into this,
I would bet you $1,000
that Nurys is going home.
So, Olivia, what are you doing?
Why are you holding onto Nurys's foot?
- Like, get up. - Jump over her.
Jump over her. Jump over her!
Go, go! Yes!
Let's go! Let's go!
Get up and go! You gotta go, Nurys!
You have to go!
Right now, I think I might want it more.
I have Horacio in the house.
I want this for the future babies.
All the heart that I have in me,
I'm gonna give this my all.
Go! Go, Nurys! You have to go!
Go!
Get out of there.
-Good fight. Good fight. -Wow!
Ugh! It's tough.
My girlfriend is out. She's no longer gonna be here.
My peace is no longer gonna be here.
The person I can count on with everything is not gonna be here.
Way to go, ladies!
I'm upset to leave Horacio.
I expect him to win.
It's just gonna be really hard not being able to talk to him.
Aside from that, I believe I will be back.
Hopefully stronger next time, and hopefully
not getting a Hall Brawl on the first elimination.
The feud is officially over.
-No more feud. -Good job, ladies.
- Be friends again. - Keep your head up!
You got Theo and Olivia coming back, and I feel good about it.
Paulie and Theo, Olivia and Nurys,
they do have their history, and we don't need that.
I'm feeling like we got a strong team
that doesn't really have beef.
They don't have to know everything
that's going on in my head. Simply,
just gotta put a fake smile
and look strong on the outside.
All right, Era Two.
All the other three games have been played, so
tonight you are playing Take Shelter.
All around the Arena are identical bunkers,
one for each player.
There are also building materials next to each.
You will have 20 minutes to use those building materials
to barricade your bunker as best as you can.
After time's up, you and your opponent
will switch places, and you'll have to undo what they just did.
Your goal is to break into the bunker and light that light.
First one to do that will win tonight's elimination round
and stay in the game.
-Loser goes home. Got it? -Got it.
All right, so everyone's playing together.
-Good luck, guys. -Thank you.
I'm pretty pumped.
This really comes down to strategy.
It comes down to your brain.
I am just gonna knot the crap out of those things,
and I'm gonna hope that I can
squeeze my skinny ass in that gate.
Ryan got very, very lucky tonight.
Any of the other three, he would have been going home real quick.
People know I'm a bull in the china shop.
Gonna have to use my brain on this one a little bit.
I feel pretty good about playing Take Shelter.
It could be either of our games,
where Cara Maria makes up for muscle,
I make up with flexibility and agility.
This is a big win for me.
By going against Cara Maria, it would show
my teammates that, like, I'm really strong.
I'm usually very, very confident
going into eliminations.
This one's got me a little rattled.
This was not what I expected to be doing tonight.
If I come back, I have a very few
choice words for Laurel and for Johnny.
I mean, me and Johnny have always been at odds.
Laurel's always going to be an insecure,
sad woman at the end of the day.
See that right there?
-You gonna bring that with you today? -Yes.
-It's like going to work. -Or I'll smash this over your head.
I'm not moping. I'm just, like, what do you want me to do,
skip around the house,
or stay like that since I lost the--
No. I want you, I want you to stop pulling the Chicken Little,
like the sky's falling.
-You know. -What are you talking about?
You just look like you've been walking around checked out.
Cara's like a little sister to me.
She tries to hide it, but I know her.
She-She's super sensitive, and,
you know, I just wanna make sure she doesn't forget who she is.
I want her to win.
-You getting a little mad now? -You're annoying.
-I'm gonna come back... -Go ahead.
...and in your bed, like Amber Heard.
Wait, what?
Cara Maria, KellyAnne, Brandon and Ryan,
you have 20 minutes to fortify the shelter.
-You ready? -Yep.
Go!
Come on, Ryan! Start knotting it.
-Pull it all the way through. -Knots, knots, knots!
I would say Take Shelter is probably
the most neutral elimination.
This is a strategy-type elimination.
When you send someone into an elimination, you want them to
go home so that they don't come back.
Bananas and I sent Cara Maria into the elimination,
so we're gonna cheer for KellyAnne.
-Come on, Kelly. -Slow and steady!
Where's the beginning? Where's the beginning? Uh-oh.
People know me for being shockingly strong for my size.
Now what?
Kind of having a bit of a mouth on me.
Shut the up!
But not in a bad way, hopefully.
Only time I called you a bitch
was when you were acting like a bitch.
I'm getting married in a few months,
and we're gonna try right away to start having kids.
And my psychic told me I have five weeks here.
So if I lose, I'm never going to the psychic again.
20 minutes is a long time.
Just focus on that one side, KellyAnne.
Go up with the chain, too, Kelly.
Go up with the chain. Go up.
The more complicated it is to look at, the better.
Good job, Ryan. Good job, Ryan.
Stay calm, Ryan.
Logically, in my brain,
I don't need to make this
ornate spider web thing.
It's all smoke and mirrors.
I need to use as much of this chain
as close to the entryway as possible.
Make sure you know where the end is, Ryan.
Brandon, you gotta do more rope.
Get the chain. The chain!
I don't wanna just make a linear pull
with the rope and just go in and out, in and out.
'Cause once you figure that out, you can just pull it out.
So I'm going around.
I'm trying to tie knots in odd places.
I'm looking at all this material
and I'm like, what am I gonna do to fortify this door?
So I just grab whatever I could, throw it in front of the door.
When I step back and look at it,
I'm thinking, okay, this is
messy enough to somebody up, hopefully.
Even it out and make knots.
Cara, you gotta stop stretching the chains.
-You gotta make a nest, Cara. -I know.
Make a bunch of knots, Cara.
I'm the one that does the tying in the relationship.
She gets tied up. So...
unless she is, like, memorizing the knots
that I've, like, tied her up in,
like, she has no clue what to do here.
I don't untie. That's the rule.
Like, you know? So...
The only thing that I'm thinking might be a good strategy
is popping on this big pirate wheel.
Also, for aesthetics. I think it looks great.
You got five minutes!
Tie a knot in the middle of the rope!
I hear them, I hear them.
A knot, a knot, a knot!
Very loud.
Cara, use the middle loop!
Make a mess out of that thing with the end.
Cara, the part that's clunked up--
-make a mess out of it. -I hear you!
There's so much screaming and yelling.
This communication thing is not working right now.
Pull, pull. Pull, pull, pull.
Cara, just keep weaving the chain
in and out of itself.
This is a game where everyone needs to shut up.
Keep going, KellyAnne!
And then tie it tight.
I need them to stop talking so much.
They're actually not helping at all.
Put it through! Put it through that loop. -Huh?
Throw a double knot in there every once in a while,
and then tie it tight.
-Good luck trying to find that. -Use your body strength. There you go.
In Era One, we are all rooting
for Cara Maria.
There you go.
I have always been more
Team Cara than Team Laurel.
If Cara Maria wins today,
it creates a lot of drama with Laurel and Cara.
This will make Era Two
significantly weaker.
Knot, knot, knot!
Make a mess out of that thing,
- like a little beehive. - Weave a knot!
- Weave a knot! Weave a knot! - Fast, Ryan! Fast, Ryan!
- Okay. - Pull it all the way through!
- Yeah, just mess it up. - Nice! Yeah.
- Just like that. - Yeah!
How do you even tell who's doing well? This is just
a show of knots and ropes and logs.
Brandon throwing in these timbers.
KellyAnne's scaling a wall
and pulling with all her weight.
And it is just so intense.
Ten seconds! Ten seconds!
- Don't stop, baby. - You're almost done.
Three, two...
one! Time!
- Look at Brandon. - Good job, good job, good job.
- Yeah. - Good job.
- Ooh, that is messy. - That's messy.
-Yeah. -Yeah.
Now I need you to switch
and get ready to go.
I'm not feeling a hundo here.
It's like when you get a necklace,
and you have a million knots in it,
and you're like, "Do I just throw it away,
or do I sit there, one knot at a time?"
I'm the type to throw it out.
I mean, I bought it for a dollar, okay?
Like, I don't have a plan.
I don't know what my first move's gonna be.
When TJ blows the horn, I'm just gonna have to get to work.
All right, everyone ready?
Go!
- Rope... rope first. - Rope first.
You got it, Cara!
Good job, Ryan!
Yeah, Ryan!
TJ blows the horn and
Ryan goes at it. Shehoe comes out
and he's throwing these bags, and I'm like,
I've never seen Ryan look this strong,
and it's really impressive.
- Nice. - Look at him
throwing them cinder blocks.
Pull that bitch out.
Go, Ryan! Go, Ryan!
The more I throw ,
the more furious I'm getting,
and I just feel like a little
Tasmanian devil
just, like, having a temper tantrum,
ripping this apart.
It's kind of an awesome feeling.
- Yeah, Ryan! - Yes, ma'am!
Come on! Find the end!
Ryan focused, like, just chains
and the rope. He didn't really use
a lot of the other material, and he was just, like,
on one side of the door.
That might help me out because
I don't really-- I'm making him
move around and think. I just have to
focus on one thing when I get to his door.
- Come on, B. - All right, you guys.
Move, move, move! It's almost done!
Go, go, go!
There you go. Good job!
-Nice! -Good job!
All right, KellyAnne!
Okay.
I'm actually very concerned,
freaking out in my head about Paulie,
but with Paulie by my side or not,
there is nothing more that I can do
except for undo whatever KellyAnne did.
Come on, baby.
- That's it. - Damn.
- All right, KellyAnne. - Wow.
Way to go.
Something turns on,
and I am feeling like the competitor that
I know that I am again.
This is getting close.
I'm ready for this win.
You are gonna open that door!
This is the last piece right here.
She's opening the door.
You are gonna open that door!
KellyAnne, all you gotta do is loosen it.
I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
I have Brandon and Ryan, and they're going at it.
But I cannot stop looking at
KellyAnne and Cara Maria.
Yeah, Cara! There you go! Go underneath that!
Go behind that!
You have Era One trying to help Cara.
- Yeah, Kelly! - That's it! That's it!
You have Era Two going crazy
and trying to help KellyAnne.
This is one of the most intense eliminations
that I've ever been a part of.
You're in.
You're on the home stretch right now!
-You're on the home stretch! -Cara, right there.
Keep it up. Keep moving.
This is the last piece right here.
She's opening the door.
Cara, go, go, go!
Yeah!
Let's go, Cara!
Let's go!
Good , Cara!
Cara's coming back.
The big question is where we go from here.
Are we gonna continue cannibalizing
our own team, or are we gonna start
going against the other teams?
So that's the million dollar question.
Um, and I don't think we're gonna know what the...
what the morale of the team is gonna be like
until we figure that out.
She did that out of nowhere.
I'm impressed.
I don't think it's hit me yet that
Cara's walking back into that house alone,
and I'm going home.
Cara, do not fall into the trap
of being friends with these people.
They want you gone.
They do not want to see you in the final.
That was very close. Good job.
I had, like, two seconds left.
We just saw Cara Maria,
who was behind, beat KellyAnne.
At this point, Ryan's ahead,
but it is so close.
There's always a chance that Brandon still has this.
It's tiring. I mean,
my arms are burning. Why am I here?
My baby girl and my baby boy.
That's it. So,
gotta complete the task.
Ryan, stay on that big rope.
Stay on that big rope.
I am in the country that my dad fought a war in
52 years ago.
Just the imagery that's in front of me
just makes me literally
want to rip these bars open
and hit that button.
I have to win this.
Good job.
Stay focused.
It looks like he's getting close.
- Nice job! - Come on, Ryan.
-Pull it through! -Open the door!
Open it! Open it! Yes!
Yes! Yes! Go in!
There you go! Now it's open!
Hell yeah!
yeah! Yes!
That's my girl. Like, he's got it,
you know. He's gonna have
that confidence that he needs, so this was
definitely a win for our team and a win for Ryan.
Yes, queen!
That's my girl.
That's bull.
Leaving this historical season so soon,
it sucks. I mean, it's bittersweet.
To be here is great, but to...
to leave so soon leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
Hopefully, you'll be seeing me on another one soon.
Good job.
I lost, which I don't love.
It was so short-lived.
yeah. You did so good.
Go give 'em hell. I love you.
Good job.
Congratulations to our winners. Great job tonight.
All four of these games
really lived up to the hype.
I'm very, very impressed with each and every one of you. Now,
Theo, Olivia,
Tony, Nia,
Ryan, Cara Maria,
Derrick and Aneesa,
as the winners, you are still in the game.
Go ahead and rejoin your respective eras.
Now, to all the winners,
you either lost the challenge
or you got voted into the sand
by your own team.
How you treat people really matters in this game,
so keep that in mind.
I'm gonna need all of you to get some rest,
because I'll be seeing you at the challenge.
Get out of here.
No? Why are we staying?
-Why are they staying? -They're about to vote on something.
What is going on here?
Normally, what happens when you get eliminated
is you leave the Arena,
you walk away.
I've been eliminated a few times,
and I'm like, "Bye, everybody."
I don't know what's going on,
but something is fishy here.
Yes, you all lost the elimination tonight.
And, yes,
you are all going home.
However,
there's still a chance for you to affect
who wins
$1 million in this game.
Revenge. Revenge.
Now, I told you,
how you treat people matters,
and it does.
So, each of you
are gonna get a karma vote.
them. Mm-mm-mm-mm.
Now, I won't reveal how your vote's gonna
affect this game. However,
just know,
you could be making a million dollar decision.
"Karma vote."
"You were brought into this battle for a reason.
You've made an impact."
"Despite being eliminated, your impact continues to be pivotal."
"Rate the remaining Challengers on a scale of one to five..."
"...five being the highest and one being the lowest."
"The next champion could be in your hands."
Whoa.
Aneesa, I'm gonna give
a five because I really want to see Aneesa win.
I love you, Aneesa.
Cara Maria...
Bitch, I'm gonna give you a five, sis.
So Horacio's getting five,
of course.
Olivia... I'm gonna give Olivia three.
Bananas.
No, Bananas, you get one.
Ryan.
Zero.
Laurel, I wish there was
a negative that I could give to you,
you absolute trash bag.
Get out of here. Take care.
Tori, negative five.
That's what you get, bitches.
Bye.
I think I would have been more upset if I lost
to some of these other bitches in here,
but honestly I prefer to have lost to Olivia.
She deserved the win.
I beat her last season, she beat me this season,
and we're-we're even now.
I'm really not upset to have lost, I'm really not upset
to have-- go out first, to be honest.
I'm upset to leave Horacio.
I think he's gonna have
a little bit of a hard battle.
He's already not in, like, the best headspace,
and I think I am his peace.
His peace is now leaving,
so I hope he turns all those emotions into, like,
power
because I'm expecting him
to stay the whole three months.
I really believe he is the absolute best
male competitor there is
here in the entire cast of Challenge 40.
I truly believe that he will be a winner.
I believe this is his season and nobody up there--
not one person up there-- has anything on him,
so, Horacio, I know you got this.
I know you're gonna kill it.
I know you're gonna make me proud.
I know it's gonna be kind of hard for me,
but I can do this and I know he can do it,
and hopefully when he comes out winning first place,
I will get a nice ring at the end.
Good fight. Good fight.
This was not how it was supposed to end
tonight in the sand.
I got to give my credit to Theo.
I did not expect a big man to get that low.
I was expecting him
to stay higher. The low ground
would have been my advantage, um, and he had a great strategy.
He took a couple steps and dove down,
and we both went low and...
Oh, my God!
Tonight was not... my night.
Leaving first-- this is, um...
this is brutal. I don't know,
I don't know how I'm gonna be able to forgive myself.
It's gonna take a lot of work.
I feel awful that I'm leaving Cara Maria behind.
I hate to think of the fact
that people are gonna be ganging up on her.
You know, I'm gonna be
- in the house alone. - Yeah.
I hate the fact that I'm not gonna be there
as her rock and support system.
I'm gonna have to do
my best not to think about this,
not to replay it in my head,
not to think about the woulda-shoulda-couldas.
I'm sorry, baby, I didn't pull it off.
Tonight wasn't my night.
And if The Challenge calls,
I'm coming back.
I mean, I can't...
I can't end my career on this.
I love you.
I've never gone home this early in a Challenge.
I am sad I had to go against Aneesa
'cause she's one of my favorite people in the house.
I think
my husband will be proud of me.
He was a wrestler in high school.
I am scrappy
and I am strong, and those are
probably my best assets.
- Yeah! - I just wanted
to hold on to it as long as I could,
but I lost to Aneesa.
I'm definitely grateful that
I got to play this game
with the Era One crew.
We've known each other for a long time,
and they're a great group of people,
and I am proud of Aneesa.
If I get a call for another Challenge, uh,
it depends.
I'm getting older
and I'm not gonna have these wrestling moves
for much longer, I'm sure.
I watched the Joss and Derrick elimination from years ago.
I always knew that Derrick was good at this game.
After going in there with him,
Derrick is great.
-Drive, Mark! -Use that body!
Whoo!
I mean, the guy,
for his size and the way
he can maneuver himself
and position himself...
I did a somersault at some point, but anything I did,
he had a countermove for,
and at the end of the day
- I was spent. - Time! Time!
My forearms are on fire,
and, uh, yeah, in this particular elimination
I feel like youth and experience actually playing the game
worked in his favor.
I gave my best, but at the end of the day
he really beat me tonight, so I have no excuses.
Derrick, I love you like a brother, man.
I hope you get to continue and take this thing
all the way to the end.
Round of applause for the mother
that started all this.
I think the thing I'll take away most
is, um, just getting to experience this game again
with some of my best friends.
I started this game in my early 20s,
and I'm 52 now.
I'm really proud of that.
I don't want it to stop,
so if I can stay healthy
and I get the call, I will show up
with my uniform on and ready to give 110%.
Just to be here is a blessing.
And, uh, especially on, you know, season 40,
to be able to rep Era Two, to be a representative.
I'm very honored to be able to...
to hold that title.
Now, at the age of 40, never thought I'd be doing this.
I haven't been on the show in a long time,
and I'm glad that y'all saw fit to choose little old me.
I am not excited to go home.
I didn't fly all the way out here for no reason.
Just gotta find the silver lining.
Life isn't always fair.
You just learn and you keep going.
And what I've learned is:
I gotta get better at unknotting chains?
Some.
But Leroy's dumb ass messed around
and got eliminated tonight, too.
That's like my brother from another mother.
Some good folks in there that I hope do well,
and there's people that I hope
go home next week.
Only words I'd have for Ryan is, uh...
congrats on your lucky win.
Just by me being here, I already won.
Hopefully, season 40 isn't the last one.
You'll be seeing me on another one soon.
I lost.
But I lost to, like, a really good champion.
I think that Cara's gonna kick butt.
And I'm happy that she's the one that sent me home.
I feel like I'm more of a Era One girl, but
there's just so many great people here.
You know, we're family.
I never thought that I'd have
some of those people cheering for me.
Yes, Kelly, that's it! That's it!
- Wow! - Everyone has just been
absolutely amazing. And...
we all love each other,
as much as we have our ups and our downs.
Like, these people are my family.
It was a great matchup and,
shockingly, I had a lot of fun.
Good luck out there, y'all.
I'm happy to go home, but...
I hope you guys kill it.
See you soon!
This elimination was definitely the cherry
on the sundae of eliminations for me.
I went against, like, one of the tallest, strongest girls
who probably have ever played this game.
I was so shocked when I got the first score.
I was like, "Oh, my God!"
I heard everybody in the stands,
where they were like, "What the...?!"
I can get scrappy.
I do have a lot of heart. Like,
I have a lion inside of me.
And, unfortunately, I just constantly go up against
girls that are bigger and stronger than me.
"you" to Era Three.
Cory and Tori are not gonna last.
I think everyone sees them for who they are.
They're always flip-flopping,
they're always switching friends.
And you know what, friends?
When you make new relationships
every season,
there's a problem with that.
Sometimes you just can't be
the fastest or the strongest
or the biggest, but...
I gave it all I got,
and unfortunately it wasn't enough tonight.
Somehow, some way,
The Challenge always convinces me to come back, so...
I'll leave you guys a "Stay Tuned."
You know, there's a quote by Mike Tyson that says,
"Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face."
I had a great plan of what I thought I was gonna do, but...
...Tony was way too strong.
He literally manhandled me
in that elimination round.
I couldn't move
as fast as I thought in the sand,
and once Tony wrapped up with me, it was a wrap.
There was really nothing I could do.
Dead ball!
When it was my turn to go against him,
him charging at me, he was just
way stronger.
Like, way stronger than me.
Definitely a weird feeling,
because I've never been into elimination round first.
I never went home first.
I don't even know if this is real.
I'm gonna pinch myself and see.
If we did this ten times, it probably would
turn out the exact same way.
Like, Tony just has way too much
power for me.
I'm bummed about it,
but I get to go home to my family,
Kingston, Aria and Kam.
I know that she's gonna open the door
and welcome me with open arms.
You'll definitely see me again,
but you'll probably see Kam before you see me.
I think we're gonna alternate.
I'm gonna go home and try to rest and recoup.
Maybe lift some weights and stop all that running.
Tony, it was good playing the game with you.
You absolutely deserve to be here. Keep fighting.
There's no animosity.
It's all love coming from me, man.
- This game is unpredictable. - This isn't a game
where there's room for error.
I can't wait to see the other eras crumble.
I need you two to select the targets
-from each era. -Oh, my...
If they pick you as a target,
you are in the hot seat.
But at this point,
nobody wants to be a target.
This game is gonna get ugly.
We win, or
we're 50% chance going in.
This is the season to take big swings.
He is on the Mount Rushmore
of The Challenge.
Can't trust anybody in this game.
Karma, baby. Instant karma.
Every person I look at,
I have a relationship with.
To win this, you need
alliances in the other eras.
Era Three and Era Four are your biggest threats.
You know what their strategy is,
and if you're not a part of the conversations
and if you haven't been yet, then they're about you.
You wanted to go that way.
We said it was too short. We said go this way.
- You want rivals forever? - Don't you ever
-accuse me of that. Ever! -You got it.
We all like each other enough
that someone's always gonna get the short end of the stick.
That's up the way you came at me. You're my friend.
We're not friends anymore.
This whole team thing isn't gonna last forever.
I'm sorry to burst your bubble. It's not.
I told you how you treat people matters.
Well, I think it's time we switch it up a little bit.
What?!
Are you kidding me?
