This old-fashioned method of threshing by hand

which removes the rice grains from the husks

is still used by farmers today.

The best can harvest hundreds of pounds every day.

This roadblock requires teams to thresh either 15,

20 or 25 pounds of rice.

It all depends on who's in the driver's seat.

One team can use this power to decide if they want to be nice

or force another team to make more rice.

because they got first again, but ultimately,

they already had a target on their back

from getting first place, second place all the time.

So now, their target grew even more.

It's not just Jonathan and Ana.

It's kind of funny. Scott and Lori keep coming to us

and saying, "we're the slowest team.

And I'm sitting here looking, "really?

We all love Scott and Lori, but at the end of the day,

I think we all see through the game a little bit.

they probably would have hated my guts at the end of it.

But I know that she is gonna give me grace

and understand that I love her.

I think the biggest takeaway

for me from the race, honestly, is just gratefulness.

We come from the same place

and we have the same heart.
