Family Connection.

You guys are gonna be

transferring balls from one side

of the beach to the other

using only your heads.

Here's how it's gonna work.

To begin, I'm gonna be

giving you each a helmet

with a square panel

attached to the top of it.

Then you guys are gonna start

behind your line,

and when I say go,

you're gonna pull a rope

underneath that dispenser

that will dispense one ball.

This is where it's gonna

get tricky.

Using only your heads, you will

then be transferring that ball

all the way across the beach,

and you're gonna deposit

the ball into the team basket.

Now, each team

only has 20 balls.

If that ball hits the ground,

it's out.

The team that transfers

the most balls, the fastest,

will win today's challenge.

Since this is the girls'

elimination challenge,

the team that loses today's

challenge will be sending in

one girl for

possible elimination.

The winning team

will also be sending in one girl

from the losing team.

in the middle of The Pit.

To begin, you're each gonna

start in your own lane.

When I say go,

you're gonna race across The Pit

as fast as you can.

When you get to the end,

you're gonna push that

mattress up, as hard as you can,

until it rings the bell.

You girls are gonna do this...
