Lately all the drama with our staff is really starting to get to me.

And then I get an angry text from one of our customers

about one of my shooter girls.

This complaint that he paid 80 dollars for like...

I said to him when he wants another round he can have it.

And he just had it.

I don't need him to spend that case, pop bottles.

-And I'm just saying... -Stop yelling in my face.

-Why are you holding his money hostage? -I'm not.

When you put shots out, you count how many you have count.

And then you charge a guy money.

Okay, I just talked to him, I just had another shot with him.

He just texted me, Nicole. He's not happy.

I had a shot with him since then.

-You don't hold the guy's money. -I'm not.

We expect our employees to give customers their change,

not hold onto their money as a deposit

for their next round.

That is just not cool.

We hired Blair to manage our staff,

but we have more staff problems now than ever before.

A lot of people don't realize how much shit we deal with.

I just wanted to speak to Simon about what went down there.

The guy who actually gave money wasn't even this Johnny guy.

We sold out at TCU Place, 1300 people.

With Tyler headlining it's really attractive to us.

I definitely want Tequila sponsoring us,

and I'm thinking to make Tequila the official after party.

Make announcements, "Main event brought to you by Tequila."

That'd be great if we could get our name behind Tyler on that,

we'd like to help out him there.

So we decided to sponsor Tyler in the main event.

We put ads in the program.

We provided champagne for the fighters after the fight,

and we gave them a bar tab.

Now I hope it pays off.

Simon has been a perfect complement to me.

I need somebody that's single, that's social,

that's a hand shaker, and Simon's been that person.

The club life is pretty much nonstop.

The drinking is every weekend and sometimes a portion of the week.

My blood results came in and I had to go in and see my doctor.

That blood requisition to have your liver enzymes checked.

So the one that is usually increased when alcohol,

when there's alcohol consumption,

it is normal value 10 to 50 and yours was 154,

so that's three times the normal.

So the blood tests showed that my liver enzymes,

my OGG level was pretty much through the roof.

What happens in that doesn't come down?

One could try and just, you know, stop from drinking alcohol all together.

We do get overtired and we do consume a lot of alcohol,

and we party and I have to really start looking at my health

All this stuff's gonna happen and it's gonna be great

for the promo, and it's gonna represent me.

Mitch talked me into this provincial bikini competition,

telling me that I had really good potential.

I'm just really impressed with how you've been doing.

And what you've done over our tenure

that I really wanna show it off to everybody.

Gina's got a good hip-to-waist ratio, great genetics.

I believe that she would be an incredible ambassador

of the program that my company offers.

It was very important for me to do well

because I really wanted to help Mitch with his business.

I felt like a soldier training for war.

What are they looking for exactly?

For these bikini competitions there's a high standard of,

you know, the looks, the appearance that needs to be

you know, in the show.

Mitch has been training me for 10 long weeks.

I'm almost ready.

So the day before the competition, Mitch sets up a photo shoot.

I figured that we'd give Gina a top of the line photo shoot.

that we're gonna do some photos in the street.

there's a lot of people here.

I got every table booked. We got a lot of tables.

It should be a full night.

The whole club is booked for tables,

so I'm kind of happy to say that we have no tables left tonight.

Me, Blair, and Chunk are trying to have a good time and enjoy it.

We rarely get out when it's all three of us together,

so it's been great so far.

But this no drinking thing is kind of hurting.

I've never seen Simon not drink.

Watching everybody pound drinks is hard.

I'm sipping my little water over here.

I don't know if Simon can make it the whole night without a drink.

We're about to find out if Blair's gamble is going to pay off.

Just lots of questions, and staff's driving me fricking nuts.

Got a couple people calling in sick.

So I don't appreciate that at around 9:00,

getting texts like that on a Saturday.

So now I have the job of trying to find replacements.

We need enough people to sell booze or this night's gonna be a bust.

And after all the money we've put into sponsorship,

we just can't afford screw ups like that.

Partying at the club, dealing with staff problems,

those are the things that drive Simon to drink.

Even can she come after the video?

I tried. She's designated driver.

-Designated driver. -I know.

At least two or three guys.

Saturday too.

I need Tyler to win so we can bring to party back to Tequila.

It's time to get to Tequila to get this party started.

That's where we're going.

Tyler's win works in our favour.

Now we need everyone to follow him down to the club tonight to celebrate.

Right now we just wanna concentrate on the walk,

the presentation,

how you're gonna be perceived onstage.

Because if someone came and worked as hard as you,

and looked as good as you and has a better stage presence,

they're gonna win.

So one 1,000, two 1,000, we're going fast.

Not only do you have tolift weights and diet,

you have to take classes in learning how to walk.

It's important to train these girls how to walk properly on stage,

to pose properly.

And getting that technique down is critical

to winning these shows.

When you turn, you just wanna go...

Look back, pull the hair, and step.

I put a lot of time and money into this

and I'm just hoping she does well.

I just wanna go on that stage and get it over with.

I have to look at my health.

Stress level's starting to increase,

starting to wonder if anyone's gonna show up from the fight.

As we're waiting for the MMA crowd to show up,

my bartender pulls me aside

and tells me that her money was stolen out of her tip jar.

I grabbed Mitch and Kurt and we head down to the office

to look at the security footage.

See this is where I think it happened.

I think these guys in here because, oh, empty.

Okay, let's back it up. Yeah, there it is.

Empty, right? That was full?

Well there was something in it before.

Oh, dude, it wasn't empty and it's even moved I think.

-Am I wrong? -Okay watch.

Oh yeah, there is it. He took it.

-It was the same guys that were here. -Yeah. There.

You can see it down there.

Well let's go see if we can find them.

We finally pull these guys off the dance floor,

and by this time I'm really choked and pissed off.

I can take you down to my office

and show you something about money being stolen

out of this tip jar on video,

or you can give that girl her money right now.

They don't wanna return the money and I'm furious.

But the situation escalates very quickly.

We finally get them out

and then all of a sudden one of the guys gets back in through the back door.

He wants to deal with me in the office.

Sir, go get my money.

Your buddy stole money out of my tip jar.

That girl's tip jar, right at the bar, man.

You can take a tip jar like that and then put it back

right when your buddy's there talking to you.

So you're telling me you didn't know anything about that?

When he's sitting there talking to you about it?

Sir, if I ever did anything like that...

Look, boom, put it right back.

If I come to your house, I have to respect you sir, no?

Respect me? Your friend stole from me.

In a way, in a way, I'm a guest to you,

and you're like hosting, you know.

You're my customer, but you stole from me, so you're a thief.

I care about a stolen tip jar.

So this guy's trying to tell me that he had no part in this,

and that he didn't take the money.

I'm not sure I believe this guy's story,

but I didn't have any proof so I really had to let this guy go.

So, it's been a couple hours since the fight ended

and nobody's shown up.

The problem with after parties is there's never a guarantee

that everyone's gonna come.

This industry, it's a really good pat on the back

when it's doing well,

but it's a kick in the nuts when it's not doing well.

The main fighters, other than Tyler,

went to a competitor's business and didn't come here.

Seemed like as good a time as any to bring out

the second bottle of champagne.

Tyler deserves to celebrate

even if none of the other fighters showed up.

I love that Tyler came down after his fight.

I just wish more people would've followed.

All night I'm scrambling to get bartenders,

and then the night's a total bust.

-You need to do another shot. -No, I'm not supposed to drink.

Are you not supposed to drink on camera?

No, I can drink on camera. I can do whatever I want on camera.

Oh, well then have a shot.

-Then have a shot with me on camera. -Oh, all right.

I figure I still have some time to get this together.

At least I hope I do.

We spent a ton of money implementing Blair's changes.

I'm not sure any of it is gonna pay off.

Tequila's not the same place anymore.

The music's changed, there's new staff,

and now my doctor's telling me I can't drink.

The fact that I'm 38 years old

and I don't have a life outside of the club

is staring me in the face.

I feel as though something's missing in my life,

and something's gotta change.
