by its natural beauty and rich heritage

and is home to the ancient ruins
of the Angkor temples.

And it is from this World Heritage site
that teams embark on the third leg

of our race around the world.

Daniel and Ryan won the Step Counter task
in the last leg…

…and gained a 30-minute advantage,

so they will depart first at 9:37 a.m.

Teams are now heading
to Thailand's bustling capital, Bangkok.

To get there, they must travel overland,
crossing the border on foot,

and find this local travel agency
where they'll receive their next clue.

on the road and back moving again

because we deserve to be in that top spot.

It's a popular tourist destination

Teams must find this massage station,

where they will receive their next clue.

The first flight is 6:40 a.m.
in the morning.

that both team members must perform.

Teams will now travel
by traditional long-tail boat

to Railay Bay.

In Climb Up,

teams must scale these sheer rock faces
to retrieve two race flags.

Once team members have the flags,

they may exchange them
for their next clue.

In Drill Down,

teams must drill into fresh coconuts
and collect the juice.

Once the liquid reaches the marked line,
they will receive their next clue.

-[John] We're going to climb.

a five-minute makeover.
