You will see, this ceremony was very relaxed.
I was lucky to find an angle
which, from the beginning, inspired me.
People was already sitting.
The ceremony was about to start
and, while they were waiting for people to arrive,
I had the chance to do this overhead / zenith angle.
It's a portrait moment,
non-planned.
And I love that you get to see the chairs,
the texture of Oaxaca,
them drinking a "mezcalito".
I have been using these angles a lot...
Overhead shot blows me away.
From that moment
it simply was a very relaxed coverage...
interacting with guests.
Remember,
I had already been with them for two hours while drinking their mezcales,
an hour while we were at the market.
They got to know me,
they had already felt my energy, for four hours.
So, you are not a stranger anymore.
They know you're there to document their story
and people welcome you amazingly.
A friend came with me as a second camera.
We met at another workshop.
I told her: if you want to join me to do this photos, go ahead.
It was very cool.
Here are this photos.
I really like it because it is not a traditional wedding,
because it's not a big high budget wedding,
but it had an amazing soul.
I really loved being with them.
Here is the behind the scenes.
I hope you enjoy it.
Besides I will show you the full slideshow
so you can review it.
That's what I really like,
that it is not the traditional wedding,
neither the "special couple".
This is a wedding with a lot of soul,
with a lot of life.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you, Patreons. See you soon!.
Cheers!.
Damn!. That's hardcore, man.
- He knows, right? - Right
Kiss!, kiss!, kiss!.
- Is she the bride? - Yes, here they come
I want to catch you in this close-up.
F*ck... wait...
F*ck it.
They walked fast.
