Two bowls of plain noodles, please.

Plain noodles? Are they enough?

Sir, serve us with the best food and wine.

All right.

It's been so long since I saw such a pretty woman.

That's right.

Come on.

Let me check it first.

Come on. Let's drink.

Can you read it?

As a princess of Masui,

you can't even read your city map.

I was kept in my room.

I had no time for this.

In your room?

Then who are you here?

You know what will happen if you lie.

Hi, there.

Beef noodles for you.

You don't behave like a princess.

You've been stalling for time.

Rather suspicious.

I'm just hungry, all right?

Besides,

even if I lied to you,

what can you do to me?

Just kidding.

Don't be angry. Don't.

We share the world in northwest.

The desert remains

in a state of disunity.

Man, you're dressed up...

Are you one of us?

We don't have a family.

Friends in the desert unite as one.

In this case,

let's make a deal.

Is she the woman you got?

We don't rob you of money or water.

We just haven't had a woman for days.

You go and leave the woman.

What do you say?

What is he talking about?

They want you.

Me?

Yeah. They outnumber me.

I don't have a choice.

But you promised me.

What kind of bandit would keep a promise?

You're so heartless.

Want to leave?

Young girl,

you look pretty.

Go with me.

Quite a character.

I love it.

Buddies, get her together.

Ruo Wen, you punk.

You're not a man at all.

Ruo Wen!

Ruo Wen?

You're Ruo Wen of Desert Rankers?

Chief.

Chief, we're wrong.

We shouldn't have fought for her.

Chief, we're sorry.

Please spare us.

Chief.

Get lost.

Let's go. Come on.

How dare you fool me?

I can keep my promise.

But don't think I'm a real fool.

This is a lesson you should learn.

If I can't get the treasure of Masui,

you'll suffer a hundred times more.

Pick something useful and go.

You...

You...

You want me to carry all this?

But I...

I'm not strong enough.

I... I won't take this.

(Be healthy.)

(Come back safe and sound.)

(Juyun House)

If you don't go, you'll be late.

But you asked me to stay and take care of you.

Good girl.

Let's say goodbye.

Thanks for protecting me all the way.

I'll keep my word.

(Take care.)

Chief, you're awake.

She has left?

She said you are all right.

She gave me the follow-up prescription

and then left.

This is what she left you.

Take care, Mr. Huo.

If we meet in the next life,

let's not worry about each other.

Your Grace.

Have you prepared what I want?

Yes.

Your Grace, go get changed.

All right.

But...

We don't need offerings.

Her Grace is a treasure.

Oh, I forgot one thing.

Do you have a purse?

Purse?

Yes.

No money, though.

Perfect.

Your Grace, why do you grab some soil?

You will know.

What's all this about?

it's Mr. Huo.

At the order and with the blessing

of the Lord of Yunpei,

the ceremony will start momentarily.

(Fengtian Pavilion)

Princesses from all tribes wait here.

No one can get in

until she is summoned.

(At the order of the Lord of Yunpei...)

Princess Nakuo'er Helin of the Nakuo'er Tribe is summoned.

Princess Guhe Shuyue of the Guhe Tribe is summoned.

Princess Qiangxi Meng of the Qiangxi Tribe is summoned.

Princess Shanle Pingqiao of the Shanle Tribe is summoned.

Princess Loukangnan Feng of the Loukangnan Tribe is summoned.

(Fengtian Pavilion)

Princess Zhenqu Youjia of the Zhenqu Tribe is summoned.

I'm Zhenqu Youjia.

Greetings, My Lord.

May Yunpei prosper and reign over the desert.

Get up and talk.

(Princess of Zhenqu)

(Zhenqu Youjia) I have come here

with the treasure of my tribe,

Glazed Jade Cup.

And three boxes of jewels and fancy wine.

Please accept them, My Lord.

What is that?

Quite a nice painting.

But why does this man stand with his back to us?

Let me explain this.

Please don't blame me.

Go ahead.

This is what happened in my dream.

I once dreamed that Your Lordship dominated over the desert,

but I only saw you from behind.

I'm afraid

I had a dream that I shouldn't have.

After I woke up,

I thought about it

and had a painter paint it out.

When you dominate over the desert,

I can give it to you personally.

It's very nice of you.

Why do you sound so humble?

I'm here to serve you, My Lord.

Since I arrived in Yunpei,

I've no longer been what I used to be.

Now,

I'll wait until you title me.

Good.

Leave us.

Is there anyone else I have to see?

Princess of Mizan Tribe.

The last one?

Yes.

Get her in.

I'm tired.

Princess Mizan Yuwei of the Mizan Tribe is summoned.

Sir, please wait.

Who are you?

You're late.

The ceremony is over.

- You go back. - Sir.

I'm Huang Beishuang from Enaqi.

I came all the way from the north desert.

We traveled day and night just to see His Lordship.

Please kindly help me.

It's not that I don't help you.

But His Lordship will see no one.

As for you...

Go back to where you came from.

It took us so much trouble to come here.

Why can't you just tell His Lordship?

What do you think you are?

How dare you disobey His Lordship?

His Lordship means what he says.

Who dares to disobey him?

I don't care how far

you have traveled.

Just get out of here.

If you make trouble,

you may get killed.

Sir,

Enaqi is very far away.

In the past century, we have never been summoned.

Now, by His Lordship's grace,

we received a marriage pass.

As the princess of Enaqi,

I started my journey with the determination to die.

If I didn't make it here, it would be my luck.

But I made it here,

so I was blessed by His Lordship.

Now, if I can't see him,

I have to kill myself right here.

But before I do that,

please allow me to call out the name of His Lordship.

I can't see him.

But if he can hear my voice,

I'll die with nothing to regret.

Get up. Get up.

Don't threaten me like this.

What if you ruin the ceremony?

Such bad luck.

When I can't see His Lordship,

good luck or bad luck

will mean nothing

to me.

I don't mean you have bad luck.

I don't want you to bring bad luck to His Lordship.

- Don't move. - Put it down. Don't.

Then I'd be very guilty.

Don't.

Come on. You...

Fine, fine.

I'll report to His Lordship.

Let's see if he will see you.

Thank you so much.

Now, I have nothing with me.

But you have my word.

I'll make it worth your while.

All right.

You just wait here.

Stay and don't do anything.

Don't scare me.

Oh, my heart hurts.

So much for today.

My Lord.

What?

Princess Huang Beishuang of Enaqi in the north desert asked to see you.

The north desert?

Thousands of miles away.

In the past century, no one from Enaqi

has ever come here.

What took her so long?

My Lord,

she is out there.

If you don't see her,

I'll send her away.

The north desert.

Over the century, she's the first lady

who has come from the north desert.

Fine. Get her in.

Yes.

Princess Huang Beishuang of Enaqi is summoned.

So, you are Huang Beishuang?

Yes. Greetings, My Lord.

May Yunpei

always be admired and dominate over the desert.

What's that in your hand?

Soil?

To be honest, My Lord,

I came all the way here

and ran into some bandits.

Nearly all my escorts died.

Only the three of us survived.

Our offerings were taken away, too.

In the purse

is the soil of Enaqi I got when I left it.

I present it to you, My Lord.

It means I give you my hometown

and present our loyalty

and submission to you.

I get what you mean.

But like you said,

you traveled all the away at the risk of your life

to have come here.

If I don't marry you,

what will you do?

If you don't marry me,

it means my tribe isn't lucky enough

to serve Your Lordship.

But don't worry, My Lord.

We'll always keep in mind

the grace from you.

We'll be always loyal and never betray you.

Good point.

Very good.

I can get you a husband.

What do you say?

I appreciate it, My Lord.

If I'm not lucky enough to marry you,

I have vowed

that I'd be single all my life.

Please let me be.

It's embarrassing, then.

If I marry you...

I don't like you that much.

If I don't marry you...

You said

you came from far away.

It was really hard.

So a hard choice to make.

You care for me, My Lord.

I really appreciate it.

I have another present for you.

Please accept it.

What is it?

A dance I've been practicing.

Do you know in Yunpei,

there are many great dancers?

What if you teach fish to swim

and be the laughingstock?

Even in this case,

I'll make Your Lordship

and these officials laugh.

It is indeed my honor.

Go ahead, then.

Marvelous.

Is that "Phoenix Nirvana"?

So, your dress was immersed in flint powder.

You're knowledgeable, My Lord.
