what's up everybody welcome Adobe live

right from Adobe Max you can hear the

hype Adobe Max is starting right now and

welcome to my guest the one and only

Tony Haron hey hey hey the one and only

CLA hey we're super excited to have you

here at Adobe live as you can probably

hear we're live at Adobe Max in London

so we finally brought the Adobe Max in

the UK we are so thrilled for the

amazing announcement that are going to

be revealed today and to and I going to

be doing like a reaction and uh watching

the keynote together so the keynote is

about to start are you ready I am

absolutely ready are you ready though

that's what I really want to know we're

definitely going to have a ton of fun

together here uh we have our amazing

colleagues that are getting ready to go

on stage and by the way for those of you

that are watching I am clly I am Adobe

senior Creative Cloud evangelist based

here in the UK

so I love to see you in chat make sure

that you uh let us know where you

if you missed out and you couldn't get a

ticket you can watch the entire Adobe

online so we got Ashley and it's

starting yeah we're here the keynote is

starting so good keot hype Squad yes

so we oh we have like the super kyot

music there as well yeah amazing so

we're actually we're actually having the

uh live happening so that was exactly

the music that you heard a moment ago

there so um it's amazing that we can

actually hear the keynote right away

from our booth it's going to be super

it's going to be a fun ride it really is

going to be a fun ride I think we're

going to all enjoy ourselves and to be

like I'm on fire what about you so good

absolutely love it so um as you can see

here we start to see the first uh images

that are coming through from the actual

keynote stage stunning visuals as always

absolutely stunning and by the way if

you hear a little bit of a delay from

our environment and the video is because

we are with about like 15sec DeLay So

what you see on the screen of course is

a little bit delay compared to the

actual stage we're here yeah I think GED

is actually going via Jupiter I think

it's actually being sent out to Jupiter

coming back to us here we have literally

Stars that's the satellite things are

for it's so so good look at those

visuals and that's just crazy what's

happening here now I just wonder if

there is a way of turning our speakers a

little bit lower so we can uh help you

throughout uh the actual Keynotes here

of course initially really really big

blast with go go good we are so excited

um just to just to do this with you and

to comment all these amazing new

features so here comes Ashley Ashley's

on with the big

announcements so exciting like and we

are here being quiet as well because

it's just incredibly exciting to see

this happening live especially in the UK

it's the first time that the entire us

team is actually coming here together to

present Adobe Max and to present the

features I think really like Co Max

isn't it

in the past we had Adobe Max year in

London but it's never been like The Full

Experience the full creativity

experience so but this actually really

is like it busing Community Pavilion out

there par really GL so much happing and

you can see Ashley here um presenting

some of the features and some of the

announcement which are focused on uh Ai

and Firefly as uh the main engine that

will empower the way that we create so

we'll have a lot of firly new features

that are going to be revealed a little

bit of a um you know behind the scene

and sneaky peig see the magic yes and

then you have a session as well where we

I've got three three S three sessions

today yeah and you've got Creative

Connections got have two sessions crit

sessions as well and my session focus on

um pretty much the topic of the day

which is a powered Firefly powered

feature injected inside Creative Cloud

so I will strongly recommend you to stay

tuned because our amazing team of

evangelists are going to be coming on

stage and show you give you a first

preview of this announcement that is

getting revealed today at Adobe Max so

we're going to talking about Photoshop

we're going to talk about Lightroom

illustrator in design it's all going to

be going on

Premiere everything that's so so

exciting so I would strongly recommend

you to stay tuned and and check out all

these amazing announcement because they

will revolutionize the way that you work

and uh you know I don't want to say more

I don't want to spoil it but it's is

really exciting what you can do now to

jump start your work this is the I mean

we've been building for this right and

yesterday we had a day here it was

really exciting and now everybody's

getting to see all of this magic stuff

Ashley is talking

about how everything here is being

unlocked with AI how we're getting all

these great things fantastic to

see and and that's the beauty of it you

can literally experiment you can

brainstorm these tools are gen tools

that will allow you to jump start your

work to work faster to be more efficient

I know a lot of people are worried about

AI but I say like right the dragon I

think that the most important thing is

that you learn how to implement this

tool into your work and I mean the model

of course it's being used by Adobe

completely different to other things

that are out there because it's trained

on uh Adobe stock content it's also

trained on public domain imagery so

there's no scraping of any sort going on

which means it's commercially safe all

right unlike other models which aren't

actually questionable uh in some ways uh

around where the data has come from to

build their sets this is very very

different and Adobe is also making ways

to make sure that creators who are

feeding stuff into the model are

actually getting rewarded for that as

well so if they work it's used as part

of something then it tricks over uh to

that and so creators starting to earn

from there too really exciting and and

to after that there is also the credit

credit connection of course I'm like

that's a quick is that PL I'm wrong with

crit con um so there is the content

authenticity initiative that adobe is

one of the founder member of uh that

comes across in terms of content

credentials which are information that

are embedded within your creation so

when you do work with these amazing AI

tool and then you produce an output that

incorporates that AI tool they will

actually be uh have this label and this

information that will let people know

that you have used Ai and this is to

protect transparency but also to have a

connection to the seeds of the um images

that you use to generate as well and

this is to protect creators and to make

sure that we transparency in the

creation I I I'm using it every day it's

because it gets ideas started for me I

think all I need to do is put the idea

into words brings it forward for me and

think okay sometimes you get something

that's so far out of you just think I

didn't think of that how did that happen

and you can I mean one of my latest

posts that I've done is about cats in

space eating ice cream the moon and I

actually spent an entire evening because

it was just so fun and then the helmet

was with the ears and and you just you

know it doesn't mean that you have to

use that output as the final output for

your creation but that can definitely

inform your work so you can just

generate images in Firefly as a mood

board and to create uh to just have a

better visual what you want to create

and then you can go back to your drawing

board and based on the moodboard that

you've created with these new Fantastic

images you can start build up on your

work more and more

so I Ashley there're just saying by the

way that more than seven billion images

seven billion images lots of flying cats

come on that's a lot of cats that's

that's almost more cats than even I

could handle I've got to be honest I

mean it's not quite as much as I can

handle but it's getting there close it's

amazing and

talking so here we have the

implementation we didn't Photoshop an

illustrator we you see behind our screen

we have pH shop and we have illustrator

uh app and this is because the Photoshop

and illustrator are some of our fav

favorite apps we know that we're really

really dear to all graphic designers I

would say that they are the industry

Tool uh to create graphics and they now

have a amazing implementation of gen

directly within these

apps so let's go ahead I want to say hi

to the people in the chat that are

joining here I can see our lovely

um and then we have Oliver feel free to

sharing the link in chat where you can

uh actually take and Tim lovely Tim

yes amazing hey hey

hey so just now by I announcing on their

Firefly model 3 right so

significant real real change to the

model the quality jump is huge just huge

finding that things are more realistic

more detailed there's also more data

inside of them as well so that's all up

lots and lots of exciting stuff to come

but Ashley's just mentioned Firefly

model 3 out there talking about that and

going to show us I think we've got have

a guest coming on shortly right for uh

on the main stage we have our guests

coming along to show some of the

features think yes we have our guests we

the Evangelist they're actually going to

give a little sneaky sneaky previews as

well of things not only that are going

live today so talking about going live

today that means that you can go ahead

and hit your Creative Cloud app and

you'll find updates I know so these

these updates and these announcement

will actually reflect what is the

updates that is inside your apps and uh

as what oh we have from coming up so we

have is going to focus and present the

image image three model so here he is

super color and welcome welcome to

Adrienne on stage it's worked so hard

for this presentation they've been

flying between the US and Europe to

prepare I'm loving that hat by the way

so fun so iconic look so good and uh

there he

goes amazing so what ADR showing now is

the new first of all the new UI that was

released during Firefly birthday just a

week ago and we were in Munich yeah

actually on the day to celebrate a

firefly but this is exactly what Tony

was talking about so this is Firefly

image three model and this is the brand

new implementation that offers a very

improved Quality quality in the results

hug then we have new tools that Hadrian

is GNA run through really really soon we

have structure reference but look at the

Quality the photographic quality and the

colors have improved so much compared to

the previous model we're trying to walk

away from those you know stocky images

or the one you could say that are

generated and trying to achieve a more

photographic look for your Creations

there's been a lot of work by the way

inside the model I was speaking to one

of the designers in Barcelona the week

before last uh when we were there for

off and we saying that there's been a

lot of model in terms of representation

of people as well because a lot of the

things before and this is common with

well a lot of models right they're only

representing a really small part of

actual communities and that has changed

yeah and and in fact proactively Adobe

have actually gone out and hired

specific creators to make sure that

there's representation in there of all

sorts of people right so everything of

people of of different color people of

all different sorts people of ability

yeah exactly yeah that's it it's not

only actually affecting the people but

and the action they are performed in in

my session I've actually selected some

picture for my trip in Morocco and uh

whenever I produce now something like a

vase a prompt as simple as a vase in gen

field but in Photoshop you actually are

able to achieve a base that is in the

context of a Moroccan scene so it gives

me the tiles it gives me the colors and

that's what we're going to see really

shortly here um with Hadrian let's see

what is's he doing oh he's applying

filter he's going to do some of these

things so what my my favorite at the

moment now Lucy street so one of our

evangelist team Lucy Street does a thing

with yarn right she likes to turn things

into yarn and it's epic it's a thing get

into it it's very relaxing even though

you're not actually using yarn and you

literally you see now Hadrian is showing

you where you can find these effects

that Tony is talking about those are

effects that are built within our

Firefly yeah you'll find The Yarn and so

much to

explore and let's go ahead and see we

say sunre in the chat it says uh that I

should have come and open a merch stand

with all crazy T-shirt you made a

killing absolutely sunre this is the

place for Fun Fun exciting stuff um but

look at that so what we're looking at

now is a structure reference so starting

from a drawing and a sketch um we saw

the elephant before so it generated an

elephant and those were the generation

but now what is doing doing is actually

uploading uh the image to use as a

reference in terms of the structure so

when we talk about structural reference

we're only talking about the layout the

positioning of the elements within a

page and this will inform and support

the prompt and let's have a look at the

results and also it's important to

notice here right we should have a drum

rck we need we need we need generation

music so when it's

going and and uh we do wow look at you

can see the trees are there we've got

the elephant coming forward we've got

the now the important thing to note here

as well right is you can't just upload

anything it has to be something that you

have the rights to you have to affirm

that in the dialogue so if at any point

right something is is questioned in that

way then you can show they can show

where the actual image came from and

then if it's not yours then that

becomes your problem yep so and uh Adan

did such an amazing job showing that off

and I think that that's perhaps the wrap

up for Firefly right now and uh there is

more coming up so stay tuned uh but look

at that I mean that was so impressive so

it kept the elephant it kept the little

running elephant but then we have the

moon and we had the the position of the

trees and I find that so useful for

creating mockups y so I actually um done

a branding for a cafe and then what I've

done I created like little boxes of

where I wanted my cup and it wasn't like

a drawing it was just like a little

sketch so by uploading it I was able to

have my flyer for the cafe and my entire

stationer and even a cap exactly in the

position which I wanted to lay it out

it's amazing so useful I did the Easter

bunny on Easter weekend with structure

reference and I tried to make the sketch

as vague as possible right and you can

see it it's there it's on my Instagram

you can find that at Tony hmer go and

check it out and you'll see the actual

me draw it in Photoshop and then that as

an image and push that into

Firefly and uh I think that what we are

having here is a a style match so

differently from the structure reference

when we are matching style is just to as

the words say to match absolutely we

have some pictures here behind see um we

have a a Style Match which will actually

pick up the look so the look and feel of

the image and that's a big difference

between the structure reference and the

style reference look at that so now it's

producing a series of images so even if

we have different animals they are

actually within the same style and good

I think done a fantastic job showing how

the difference look like Y and here they

are so you can see that now the style

are very similar to each other they con

they have the same color palette

although the structure is different uh

but now you have con that's exactly what

ad said consistency of look so imagine

if you're doing like a website or if

you're creating something that has to

make

um that was absolutely amazing and it's

done so the first feature is already out

let's see where it permeates everything

else in Creative Cloud that stuff coming

along which really good that's exactly

what is coming up and it's great by the

way here on the Adobe live Booth we've

got people who are coming past waving at

Ashley by the way just going across the

main uh considerations for Adobe Firefly

in there also and might be interested to

know this is the enterpr team this is

the Enterprise kit yeah yes so it's

talking about Brands and keeping those

things together absolutely um but there

is a huge every team has to comply with

certain ethics guidelines associated

with this it really is so so deeply

considered so let's see who we've got

who we got in the chat right now we've

got still got lovely Tim the laptop safe

next to cla's water bottle which

is cla's cla's open water

bottle uh thank you for the reminder

away so for those of you who don't know

ton I have a little bit of a history

with a liquids and laptops I tend to

spill very Clum way and that's that's

actually how we met on a train that was

the beginning of our friendship because

actually uh the laptop didn't break

killed my

laptop so let's go ahead what is

happening here we're getting lost in the

chat so we have Ashley on stage focused

on Firefly Enterprise features that

allow you to uh keep consistency in your

brand and really style the model to

whatever works for your um for your

company y we have a lot of pictures here

so we are presenting we're listening

we're doing a watch party we're pausing

fidgeting so the minute talking about

the different services available from

Firefly things that are going on things

that how it's powering uh different

things in so many so many things now so

oh and we have some music here as well

so nice loud stuff going to be starting

different things from here we're going

to start getting product managers and uh

yeah all coming on talk I'm just I just

cannot wait I'm just here like I heard

actually coming out for for the next um

in terms of the release for Photoshop

illustrator basically what is your

favorite app we love to see uh also I

can see here key saying Firefly

Enterprise you can train your own data

exactly so that's that's exactly

what Ashley was going uh was showing

before uh how you can train your own

model in order to create something that

keeps the guidelines of your brand so

it's a fantastic way to policing your

branding as well making sure that

everything looks consistent you can lock

the colors that you can use so

everything stays on brand what's going

on here and so we're going to see more

so in a moment I think we're actually

going to get the first of our product

managers going to come along and do a

firefly demo involving things like

structure reference they're going to

talk about speed and things like that so

we'll be finding that I think any moment

now we're going to be expecting somebody

on stage with Ashley so she's just

is introducing now is uh welcoming these

new uh image three features that we've

seen and presenting with Hadrian and

then Ashley has been talking about

within uh credy Cloud so we're gonna see

these AI power feature injected inside

illustrator Express and Photoshop and I

can give you a little bit of AD upap

there we're going to have our amazing

evangelist my lovely team Anna mcnut is

Gonna Come On Stage soon then we have uh

Michael fugoso and then Paul TR with

Jordan so make sure to go and give a a

because they're the people that are

the how and wise of different things

inside a firefly and how we're going to

overview I love a little stream of

amazing yeah that's all that be

fantastic so um again Deepa is on stage

to introduce y one of my former

colleagues there Scott coming past hi to

introduce Photoshop so Photoshop is the

first one coming up I was looking to see

which one was the next reveal uh sorry

we are like as I said we are real live

at the events so there is a lot going on

around us um and there is all the

activation in front of us also we have

Firefly activation we have the community

Booth so much going on at this amazing

event so the first Focus is on

generative F and generative expand

within Photoshop yeah those are featur

that were released at last year Max in

La y it's so all good a hot tip by the

way just just while deep is talking

about this is you sometimes get people

that are making like rough selections

and then they're typing something in as

a prompt and not getting quite what they

were expecting so if you can here's a

hot tip for you if you try and make your

selection approximately in the shape

that you want you're going going to get

a better better result generally from

doing that so do try and do that if

you're not exper getting the experience

you're actually after does inform it

gives it more of a clue yes it's very

very important and and you know you'll

be surprised of how much selection do

impact um the results yeah I actually

have a little bit of these uh um thing

happening at my session as well I have

to make a really accurate direction for

a portal and it will dramatically change

the way in which my result we generated

and I can you insired me actually for

the portal yeah so you're G have a

portal in your got a portal in my

session today and it's you know it's

down to you but I mean I've got some

things that are typically me also as

well but we we we are we we are we it's

tyal for us to merge our our amazing um

creative creativity and for those who

know I actually pivoted to graphic

design because of Tony so the fact that

I inspired you I'm like is going onp

like I've been inspired by you for so

many years thank you and here we have

our creators I had the pleasure to meet

some of them yesterday um during uh um I

had a fantastic job with ba yesterday

she you have to see um Jack is there

honestly so so cool Jack was actually

live if you head on my Instagram at I am

CL you'll be able to see the first take

and the first interview with J mik us

yesterday all these amazing amazing

creators that are like at that they're

making super awesome stuff with these

tools I absolutely love to see these

features in

actions with them uh so so exciting

let's see Pamela and I love our

International uh these uh particular

teams are you can see people from all

over the world and uh the implementation

that they have all the features within

the app so I can hear uh from Beyond the

SC oh we got Claire oh my God honestly

I'm a fun girl right now because all of

these people are absolutely mindblowing

creative so Mike Will CLA Lon Jack

Watson those are some of the amazing

people that You' just seen here uh

within the screen and we are into Terry

so we just moved right away into Terry

um Terry is our incredible arobi Express

arobi Photoshop adobi Lightroom uh

evangelist also known as Tech Terry

because he does all the reviews of all

the amazing Tech um whatever you can

find from cool

pixel so let's see and what we're

working on we're working in Photoshop so

we have a really cool first reveal of

image 3 Model within Photoshop see it

now so now we have the background

removed in a click and it's so good so

good for unbelievably good distracted so

if you see on the screen we actually

have a mask that means that is you know

you can always go back you haven't lost

your pixels or pixels the dog yeah

everything is there but now the most

important thing here is that you have um

two options you can go ahead and import

your image and go ahead to your usual

route of creating a composite or you can

uh generate it generated from scratch

which will allow you to jump start your

work and save time in terms ofing light

matching colors matching perspective no

I've got another hot tip here oh ter

this occasionally happens where Firefly

has misunderstood something that's

coming so that's why you get the orange

thing at the top uhuh so two Hot Tips

first one is if you copy your prompt

sometimes if it's long but the other

thing is so here's the thing right when

you're generating sky so if you've

removed a background you want to change

the sky Firefly actually looks down at

the whole image right all of the pixels

that are there so it can harmonize the

things together and sometimes when you

generate a

sky you end up with stuff that you're

not really expecting in there as well so

replace sky and the sky uh replacement

edit is still the best one at the moment

to use the sky that's the difference

between I Ai and geni I think I I tend

to have this conversation quite a lot

when we talk about this because uh we

have a um you know all the previous AI

feature like content aware field and

people are still wonder um what are we

working on when we you know what is the

difference between gen and AI yeah so

what is happening

here oh look at this so these font

classifications nice way of doing it no

less clicks always good less clicks

right so you're not going to the top for

the filters and then having to click

into one thing for a drop- down menu or

a popup menu with is you now got

everything you need on the side and it

searches everything all 25 plus thousand

fonts well the the biggest change is the

change in the workflow because before we

did not have access to fonts in

Photoshop at all no so uh you only had a

button that it would take you to

fonts.com so you actually have to leave

your workflow and just go to the website

so this is a long awaited change for

design and implementation where we

finally have the opportunity to browse

all the 25,000 Plus without leaving

photo

before we to leave photosh no matter

what and by the way this is an update

that you can see both in the option bar

and in the panel car panel properties

panel is not yet implemented within the

contextual taskbar so if you go there

you only have the link back to fonts but

of course it's getting built I mean we

are in better for a reason things are

still happening it's Engineers are

literally working 27 hours a

day so good the um that whole experience

of fonts just being able to click having

the font aut aut atically SN you know no

button based thing so less of a Target

to hit because that is a problem for

some people and this is a thing that

adobe are intensely aware of right is

building user interface that works for

everyone as much as it can right so

finding a small Target to actually click

on to do something is not ideal so you

can see active responses to that in here

so we we get we got oh look at that we

got the remove tool this is Sneak so

what it's showing here is like a little

little a selection brush right now I

think is that yeah it's the remove tool

y so with the remove tool look at that

what is happening

yeah let me see what he's uping there

yeah know so that is actually the the

new selection brush that's working on

there slightly different thing with the

overlay on that so

yeah check that oh that's the adjustment

brush yeah no it's not on the adjustment

brush yet yeah still on the selection

brush just here so still working out oh

we got the adjustment brush to come

we're doing sneaks now

this is Tony and Cloud snakes hi welcome

to Tony and Cloud

snaks so I'm literally learning this as

we go so you can uh literally use so

many things just changed over the last

couple of days it's like we're doing

this now so exciting to to learn this

with you and this is so

exciting so look at that here we go

foreground and the background so first

we had the implementation of people so

you can just select the entire person

and then you can choose the skin the

neck or the hands the full body or just

the face the hair the eyes and you know

to be fair I've used that before in

Lightroom and I did a lipstick to my

picture sometimes made my high color a

littleit you always lipstick I don't

believe you you I promise that I

did course someone asked me to do like

we need six head shot I was like six

head shot I've been using one for theast

last 20 years probably so yeah Andrea

from the Photoshop team said to me in

Barcelona she goes are you going to

dieye your beard blue for Max and I said

yeah I don't see why not that kind of be

good and uh I would have loved that well

I got two things I got uh firstly my

sister-in-law and my girlfriend both

saying like you know you've got white

hair right in your beard I'm going

really they said yeah the color all

stick and I said okay then well maybe

not but now I could test it out I can

see what it actually looks like yes just

check out all of that stuff look at that

go Terry and by the way the um amazing

thing that I wanted to share is the fact

that the fonts is actually in the main

GA release so uh audience yeah so it's

on your main Photoshop app uh and if you

want to know how to access the beta with

all this implementation simply head to

your Creative Cloud um panel and that's

where you will be able to actually

access this Beta app it's public you

don't need any specific permission for

it everybody can actually access it

watch this this I don't know if you've

seen this yet so this has been on Early

Access for the last few months the blur

also available in mobile now I'm not

sure if this is going to kind of drip

down to mobile just yet but you can see

this is a visualization of depth that's

going here you can see that's bracketed

underneath you've also got different

kinds of blur types across the top so

you can say how much blur and then also

how you'd like the blur to be introduced

do you want bouquet do you want all of

these there's a cat eye in there all of

these different types that will give you

slightly different results so look at

that this all within the camera row

filter so now just live adjusting that

dep like straight away and you're seeing

the visualization happen I love light

amazing look at the bker changing yeah

it's just so good and mean this at the

moment it's not going there's blades and

there's all sorts so to go with so look

at that you see so now just change the

blur typ

there go on Terry we have ter

so so much so much coming um look at

that there is so much honestly that is

hard to BU mind everything that has been

shown in uh one minute and I know that

there is more more Photoshop coming up

right now I think we have DEA coming

image 3 Model implementation within

we're still working in Photoshop beta

for now but those implementation are

coming to GA really soon uh of course

you want to make sure that everything is

nice and sharp before everything gets

released in the may now people in the

real world contest it in real world now

actually that's do you know that that's

an important thing because right this

these features are in the Photoshop beta

now some people might think oh well I

haven't got the beta do you know you

actually have so if you go to your

Creative Cloud desktop app and then you

go to the all apps tab if you scroll the

bar across you'll see a little flask

icon and beta applications are in there

and you can install those you don't need

any special on

the sometimes it goes on the left bar it

keeps changing as well it does go one

but the icon is the same minute it's at

the top I think but but yeah it does

yeah but the icon is the same so you can

download you can run it in side by side

with your current you know main build of

Photoshop if you want to so if you're

doing work that you think okay this

should only be in my main build of

Photoshop you can do that but then if

you think okay I want you know it's

lunch time I want to have play time with

this stuff then go ahead and do it but

that's where you find it it's important

that you do that you can all this I can

see Anna Shadow she's coming to scen

amazing welcome welcome to Ann here in

the screen um she's coming directly from

the US she's my colleague actually uh

based in New York and uh she will be

showing us these amazing feature

implementation in the

beta she one of my stops coming up

actually in New York shortly so

yeah she's an amazing photographer so

you can also hang out and take some

pictures so go and check out by the way

Anna's Instagram she's got so much

amazing content in

there and uh this is the first first new

implementation so there is a new

workflow within the taskbar I think that

Anna is starting from an image uh

created within

Firefly as I said she L traveling and

taking pictures so I'm not surprised

about this scene of mountains and a

campfire so good because it's definitely

Anna sort of style of creating this

amazing um landscape picture I think

they traveled with aan for quite a long

time her and her boyfriend James right

so they have this gorgeous gorgeous

landscape or of nature but here it is so

here the here's the brand new feature

here we go generate image so from

Firefly Firefly so this is a farfly

implementation in Photoshop it's the

first time that you see this fannel um

this is a brand new workflow that allows

you to pull in exactly you know

literally Firefly injected inside

Photoshop you're not only we have the

new panel but also we have with of

course the text to image prom but then

you have further capabilities and

features like the filter that we've seen

before so you know materials the yarn

that you were talking about everything

is in there and everything can be uh

used directly within Photoshop you know

my new favorite at the moment and in

fact my session open sneak another sneak

my session opens with this uh later on

uh is cut paper ooh yeah I'm loving that

in a minute I I love I love the feeling

what would it look like in cut paper and

we can have S saying regarding Terry

demonstration that I can attest of the

person recognition and masking works

extremely well well let us know if you

have downloaded the beta if you

downloaded the uh um actually update but

look at that look at what Anna is

creating so she was able to uh create

and mask an image directly from

Photoshop look this you can create a

brand new image without leaving

Photoshop so is directly in

there and uh um you don't have to leave

your workflow that is the most important

thing like everything is built in right

there in

the so look at this so this is two

separate pieces of content but we're

going to get that blend for so it's not

like switching to a layer mask and then

starting to brush that stuff out which

of course you can still do and will

still do right so it's not getting

anything taken away it's just your

getting a bit of an accelerator with

doing it you're going to see here

the generation coming up right

now that's the entire point right like

make your work faster yeah um so you can

create more Y and uh of course inform

you with more ideas but look at that

it's done a fantastic job so that was a

combo of using the generate image and

then patch win with Gen fi so that's a

fantastic way uh and and use case to

actually work together with these two

features we have the little bear playing

guitar such a

treat that is so

cute there you go and you can see there

of course the layers CU it almost work

like a collage but it's just a very

realistic put together collage yeah wow

look there we go so again we've done the

remove background that we seen with ter

real quick from the contextual taskar

one click remove background and now we

have there our lovely bear sitting so

good so that contextual taskbar is I am

that has won me right over I'm using

that all the time now at first why no I

didn't I thought why is this thing in my

way yeah when I'm trying to do it but

then I thought well okay it you know

it's there and then I suddenly needed it

CU I was working really quickly on

something and and all of and so what I

tend to do is I pin mine to the bottom

of the screen which really you can get

out of the way cuz that was like the

main destruction element that you don't

want but the Contex taskboard is built

within workflow so depending of the tool

that you select it's got automatically

suggest you the next steps within the

workflow so it's very intuitive to work

if you're a pro it allows you to move

very faster if you're a beginner it

allows you to discover new workflows as

well absolutely so here we have a genx

fan so Anna has now used the crop tool

and again this is a a workflow within

the contextual Bar connected to the crop

tool got that option selected up there

like you were saying it's the important

part there look at that this is so I

tell you what though I am getting

hovering art director

Throwbacks kind of expecting add more

wolves oh that is so funny so all we

need is a balloon in the background now

so come on Anna serve us up a balloon

that's really need there some wolves we

can hear Anna been really really excited

I canot wait I cannot wait to see what

is coming next because we can hear the

reaction live she really really excited

um about the next step coming in here oh

look we're going to get some Reflections

so this this really shows an analysis

and awareness of the image that you've

got there that it's going to understand

that content and then flip it and drop

it into a liquid medium uh not literally

of course but he going to drop it into a

liquid

medium ex to see the result how cute is

that scene already it is lovely I love

the way that the bar like absolutely

fits the image it it always looks like

he's been there like yeah playing the

guitar being super cute I'm so excited

to see it on I'm on well if I was

sitting down I would be on the edge of a

seat but I'm I'm moving around a lot so

there's a lot of stuff going on there

and of course the crowd in there are

just tweeting and reeling and everything

there look that so we have the water

feature with a bare reflection in it and

the fireplace and of course you always

get three variation of it and of course

we have generate similar now which

isation um that allows you to use your

output uh to inform new variations also

we got another cute little button there

in the uh previews that you can see just

on the top left hopefully Anna is going

to show us that really really shortly

yeah then huh so we'll see how that goes

in a moment so come on

hypnotized by just simply looking at it

gen field to blend to images yeah I

think that that was a fantastic way uh

of showing but now we are moving to a

new feature I can see uh I can hear

actually from the stage uh what Anna is

doing right now is actually creating a

selection around the bear yeah uh and

bless her I mean she's doing that on

stage we're talking about creating

selection she's using the lazza tool and

we uh are going to be revealing the

reference incoming reference image yes

so we are creating and we're using

Jenner Jenner feel like we always would

by using a text prompt which is a textto

image implementation within

Photoshop but here is the super cool

vintage

jacket and we will be used this image as

a reference I know lovely Maddie would

be really really enjoying this I bet

MD's if you're watching at home man we

miss you MD yeah we

do so we have the jeans jacket that is

getting uploaded as a reference image

and that means that um yeah exactly we

have the content that is going to inform

and support our prompt um so you will

see that now while Jenner Jenner Phil

will look at the image and he's looking

at the bear and of course he's going to

do a fantastic job by adding a jaet to

the bear which by the way he could have

done before anyway the main difference

now is that we are actually adding an

extra layer which is our reference image

that will give it will guide and will

give us control regarding the output so

we are like drum roll here and hopefully

is coming

up boom there we are here it is so we

have the

te amazing that is so

cute so

cute so so good and of course three

variation full wardrobe for the bear

yeah exactly I I'll just go with the

straight denim collor if I was you Mr

bear that i' you know kind of look how

cute is that you know that sort that

sort of f St the fa sheep skin really

makes you itch you know that come on Mr

bear and now we're talking about brushes

oh here we go yes the adjustment brush

is something that I love we're talking

about a not gen feature which is super

exciting also to have new features that

are not gen within Photoshop the new

adjustment brush allows you to use the

contextual taskbar to apply and to

create a mask and to apply your

adjustment layers in just a clear

dynamically you can just do it straight

away

I love that to be fair like I love to

use it for um like changing View and

saturation so you can change a color of

things what uh I think what was an is

doing is she doing she's doing

brightness contrast on here yeah just to

give a little bringing that look at that

making that nice and that's that's

crunchy that's what I you know I like

crunchy so that is crunchy hey Anna

thanks to the crunchy love

it epic right amazing

oh here we

go she has to sign oh okay ping

signature style yeah check

this oh so we have the adjustment

presets coming up so and I know that

there is a present for everyone watching

as well everybody's getting a prey so I

will get your phone out because I know

that there is a a little bit of a

present coming out yes I just allow you

to uh have as word says presets of

styles already compiled so in one click

you're able to uh add any of the preset

but most importantly you can create your

own and so if you're a Lightroom user as

well you'll be familiar with this CU

Lightroom has had presets for a little

while so you'll know it will be very

very familiar to look at this though you

know and of course you get this ligher

to see how much you want to apply for

it look at that bunch of layers so in

one click with the preset you're able to

add many different layers

all at once in one click something that

I would recommend you to do whenever you

hover and click on them they will get

applied to your layers so if you perhaps

it happens to me sometimes you have more

than one happening you can just simply

delete the layer everything is not

destructive H and everything is there y

uh but most importantly uh you can also

create your own and add your own so I

know that there is a Deepa coming back

uh really soon and thank you Anna for

this amazing app of course that's her

her artwork on the Photoshop beta so

beta you'll actually see a composition

created with the same workflow that you

just seen a moment ago um created by

of well we made a ton of cats to be fair

the because she really wanted to do like

a colorful bear so they were so so uh

fun and delightful to watch the process

beloved Mich get Mich uh but we're gonna

have claraa switch in really soon uh

announcements lately at the keynote what

what would have been some of the

highlights oh that's so so so many I

mean generative image generate image

directly in photosop you know you've got

a blank the blank canvas is the most

terrifying thing in anybody SC joury

yeah what am I going to make and then

when you've got an idea yeah you've got

the words floating around in your head

but you've got you know you got a

formula an image now take those words

lift them out from your head put them

down and suddenly you got feedback I

just got to tell you we got we got

Michael on here right now know by the

way is just so we'll come back to the

highlights maybe in a minute but because

Michael is epic really Michael is

amazing I know he has such a great

energy in showing some of this pieces

homies yet though he hasn't said he

hasn't said hom

I didn't hear he will don't worry we

still have time we still have time I'm

in my comfort zone when he says homies I

know I feel like feeling relaxed oh

we're doing generative Rec generative

recolor with an

illustrator let's see yeah well know

there's so much CL yeah there's so much

inspiration here too like if you're

feeling a little stuck in terms of like

your different color palette that you

want to use it's amazing what generative

recolor can include here we go

so the other thing back in Photoshop of

course is is also the remove background

which is so good so good yeah I know

we've been seeing all I know we just um

caught the Photoshop all of the

generative expand generative fill um

it's incredible if you again like you

said just want that inspiration it

doesn't necessarily mean that AI is at

the you know the final product

but is

Michael just have a little bit of a

technical glitch to I don't know if you

caught it's okay we just keep the show

going wow

wow I'm gonna check out here in the chat

too oh we have Sean hey Sean thanks for

joining in s everybody loves Michael we

have um's thec guy he's so cool he is

easier we saw this he did this in his AO

demo oh so where he yeah he created an

AO demo based this is a lovely

Precision on there so Precision very

very smart very a lot of people use

third party stuff at the minute to do

that yeah not necessary anymore okay

great so you don't have to leave the

tool today it's been there for a little

while now it's a good few weeks been

there oh yes

hello stream I know this is the joy of

being you know live on the show floor

that right in front of us we have all of

the activity going on so excited to

bring you live

and diens

awesome here we go here we

go design does need a little bit of love

it does yeah it does that's the number

one thing people ask me about every Max

yeah not enough new and in design well

good good point because we definitely

have that in there

it I know got to stick with the Space

theme course so cool you the space thing

as

well I think this is I

so one of the things when you're

generating prompts is to start thinking

like a director like art director yeah

start specifying the shot you want so if

you want a wide shot tell it you want a

wide shot if you want an extreme closeup

tell it you want an extreme closeup then

start to add other things into your

prompts around the detail so tell it

basically the framework that you want to

start off with you want a medium closeup

of the person going to get you sort

upper body and head then start to say

I'd like it to be highly detailed like

to be high definition so you can specify

up to Ultra HD you can speci 4K and

you'll get all of those extra bits in

there speci whatever you want the better

you're able to craft your prompt

together you're happier you're going to

be sooner yeah just do you do you have

any advice for those who are crafting a

prompt for the first time like a

specific order that it should be in or

um

generally what works for me the best is

to put in the so the shot is the first

thing I put in as if I was telling it to

somebody like an art director and saying

right okay this is going to need to be

so you're establishing that parameter

what is in the shop okay from there and

then all of the technical parameters

after that right the things that tend to

work but you know a great way to explore

prompts to learn about them is to go

into the fireflow website fire.

adobe.com

and you've got things there that you can

click on and see the prompts that

generated them exactly and that's the

most helpful way to do it that's super

fun that's really fun I know we had the

stream in Munich before we had a great

time and I know like I know so many

different options and it's like telling

a story too you know like you have to

have the setting and then adding those

details um but I again I know I love the

community tab too and Firefly web that's

a really great way to to do that and of

course Firefly surfaces in so many

different places I mean we not done

anything with Express yet present in

Express doing a whole lot of stuff there

so

yeah so this was a feature that was

introduced initially uh in beta last

year and then made it into the main

General release product uh in October

last year so this is mockup right so

what he's going to do here is take a

piece of artwork okay and an

image here and then so here we go you

can watch this if you not seen this

before this really let watch Magic

happen and this kind of shows the state

of image analysis that we're getting at

the moment from Firefly related stuff

really truly understands look whoa look

at

that that's amazing and it automatically

fits so this could work with any shape

that you put in there any kind of

product I mean obviously if you got a

complex shape with lots and lots of thin

angles then that's going to be

problematic okay but the the target

audience for this really is uh people

who have to produce product Mar cups so

for that it's really really good but the

fact that you can move it around you've

got you've got controls there to scale

rotate move things get it exactly you

can blend it exactly the opacity too

right yeah so you can change it and and

quite often that's a good formula that

works so he's just splitting a couple of

things apart here right now just doing a

quick recolor on that artwork and you

can see it's propagated back to that

look at that yeah it's even blending in

so nicely with um like condensation on

the can so kind of just trying to see

his opacity uh controls there he hasn't

yeah Michael you're robbing me of the of

the

bar oh that's cool let's get robot

tattoos robot tattoos that's a new stand

in Adobe vags right we need to we need

to

stand um I'm gonna check out in the chat

here too we have H sren has some

InDesign has always seen as the nerdy

graphic designer tool a you see to me in

design is like the conductor of an

orchestra yeah oh I like that analogy

you know so the other applications

they're like band members in the main

but illustrator is the thing that brings

it all together and gets it ready for

publish and that's what completes the

document completely and he's really good

at doing it MH you don't need to

introduce stuff in there just for the

sake of introducing stuff right this

this this new edition that's really

useful people will use that you've had

search similar in in design for two or

three years now so you could bring if

you had content already on your layout

and you wanted to search don't stock a

library you could say search similar

from a right click and it would

automatically open the libraryies panel

and start that search for you and that

was that was the early days of this

technology so that's you sort this just

takes it up level completely

definit and again this is all

commercially from when cardi was here

earlier we were talking about the real

differentiator great work real

differentiator here with using Firefly

is that this is commercially usable

right so other models at the moment

can't say that but Adobe can because of

where they're sourcing the content from

not only that uh just in case you didn't

miss this uh in case you missed this

earlier when I was talking about with

CLA right ad doia actually if your image

or content is used in a generation they

pop you a credit on there I mean it's

small it's a small it's better than at

all and if you've got popular content

that's being used then you'll earn from

it so that's that's ethically solid oh

completely and I know it's been really

great just being you know internally

Adobe and seeing all of this oh I love

it so cute so cute this is giving me a

little bit of like Wall-E Vibes also

with kind of an 80s feel yeah I love it

so right we're going to get some

generation now yeah let's

see so text the

vector yeah and speaking about that Tony

you know um just seeing from the

internal side of adobe the content

authenticity initiative Adobe is one of

the founding members so being able to

use that commercially safe I know there

were a lot of questions during our

community event yesterday about this um

it's great to see to be able to use that

resp responsible usage exactly and and

and being able to shine a light on the

work that artists are doing and making

sure that they're getting credit for

that and compensated for that um so it

is I mean every product team there's a

there's an overarching Ethics team at

Adobe that look after that I think

they're a division of the legal team I

think but every product team and product

manager has to complete ethics reviews

and anything involved in this and they

have to be super super detailed yeah I

was talking to a couple of the manag

prod yesterday and it was a really

interesting conversation about the level

of detail that they go into it's a real

commitment to making this proper yeah no

it's so important especially adobe's

everything we're here at the community

booth and so everything that we're doing

is showcasing artist's work making sure

that that's at the Forefront of

everything

so so we we've had elephants now we're

back to the Rockets now we're back I

love you we had to we had to tie it in

we had to tie it

in

so so I mean I know at the moment we're

doing all the product stuff but we've

all got a crazy

schedule coming up for the whole day I

mean I know it's going to be we're here

live all day until 5:00 p.m. local time

um and then it'll be fun the Adobe live

Booth is going to turn into a DJ set so

we'll be we'll be showing some behind

the scenes on our Adobe live Instagram I

know we'll be here we'll be here Tony

and I are going to be the DJ surprise

goes out to LinkedIn all at the same

time right I don't have to worry about

conference how do you have time to be

he's on it all the time anytime there's

somebody has feedback he's all on it all

the time I know on a Sunday I'm like

Andy take some time this is how

dedicated our Express team is they're

working around the clock we passed in

the corridor yesterday morning before he

came into our session and uh he was

everything it's I don't know it's an

amazing te him and Tim Lou both of them

image this really captures the attention

in the feed um if you are a marketer or

just want to draw a little attention to

your site oh I love that that's making

me a little dizzy a little bit of a

paralax thing on a boat you know so at

the

weekends when uh when I was not supposed

to be doing any

work of course I kind of did you know I

had a few hours on my own what am I'm

going to do I'm going to mess around in

Firefly for a bit Yeah so everybody that

presents you are presenting yourself so

you noce we all have to to pay homage to

the demo Gods because they had people so

you know they to make sure the internet

stay stable going to be working so I

just thought I wonder what the demo Gods

would actually look like and

so I created I wish we could bring this

up right now well actually you can see

it on my Instagram because Tony hmer

because I poed it on there and so there

are the three demo Gods yeah there's

hadami that's

HDMI there's uh connection right which

is the goddess of networks and then

there's Kash the god of software oh my

God I think I think we need to make this

a whole character series we might need

to make some stickers out of this

too we need to and I would put them on

my laptop to like make sure that I'm

like I separated them in uh Photoshop I

did the whole remove background thing

who and then saved out the separate

parts that I wanted to animate just two

parts the actual deity themselves of

course and then the background bought

them into Express gave of a gentle

pulsing animation to the background and

then a flash that goes over the top of

the put it together and you've got this

lovely smooth animation in just like

that it would take me longer to do that

in Premiere oh yes easily or even in if

you put something into character

animator the same it takes a I mean not

so long but it takes longer than it

would in express everything about it is

that you don't have to save it it's

export ready it plays immediately and

ready for social too for your Instagram

channel so be sure to check those out

here so we have a question here actually

from the chat regarding um from Firefly

based off of images and permissions um

so how how we train the Firefly model so

everything on Firefly is trained with

Adobe stock um so unlike other AI models

that maybe are using images throughout

the internets without per permissions

Adobe has permissions for all of these

items or all of these images and then

uses that to train so for example if you

typed in Mickey Mouse or Donald Trump it

won't be able to generate um an image

that way and that's why it is safe and

uh Adobe has the permissions and it's

commercially safe to use so just wanted

to and if you have further questions

we're happy to chat and there's public

domain content in there as well so

things that have been made by other

libraries that have made public domain

and again they've been looked at by

actual humans so that's kind of thing

yeah yeah Adia bought those in

absolutely for sure commercially safe

only one yes which is really and making

sure that artists are recognized and

compensated for that

work so I think when uh coming up next

in just a few minutes we've got

coming along next from the express

but you know when you can feel something

like who is looking at me I feel I feel

the energy I know it's great I'll have

so if you've seen any of her content

before um with the doy Express she's

great so this is going to be a smooth

smooth I'm curious for those who are

watching how you're using Express

because I know there's sometimes I talk

to creatives um creative professionals

and say like why would I use express

like I'm using some of the more robust

tools but I think in particular if you

need to create fast images for social or

you need to send something to a client

where you're maybe locking some of those

layers where they can go in and change

the text easily and they maybe not don't

have Photoshop or don't know how to use

Photoshop it's really helpful but I oh

here we are with Jordan so for me the

thing that turned things around for me

with because design I'll be honest right

when I first looked at it I thought why

would I use that yeah exactly the same

thing

were would I have to do loads and load

of thumbnails not just for my own but my

cents for their stuff as well yeah lots

all the time and if I do that if I have

to open that up in an application bring

in all this stuff and that was the thing

that changed it for me the fact that I

could duplicate this and then reformat

it to a different size so so easy do it

for Instagram in a square boom that

helps so much now I need to change it to

like Tik Tok boom done

and versus how long would that take you

then to have to reformat that add in and

especially with that generative expand

being able to change those sizes

immediately for social for all of the

different um channels and outlets now

all the time yeah and especially with

the scheduler I said to Andy for the

longest time when I can add more than

one account then I'm in

yeah and so now I can add three

finally it's just I just look at it now

think wow how did I go from not at all

to what I'm looking at right

now this is what I love about Adobe to

it's like we are here we're the team we

we're you know my team is the community

and marketing team Andy was working on

product and it's you know we're here and

just available to talk to the community

so it's great a lot of companies I don't

see that

so sand says Jordan I think Jordan's

going to do that right now I think

and I've got to give a shout out to Liz

by the way lovely Liz Mosley because she

she was very instrumental in me shifting

stuff across the the whole thumbnail

thing so why are you doing that why not

do it when it could take so less time

okay well maybe it's worth a look yeah

and now then now now I don't even think

about that it's good news for my clients

as well because they actually they pay a

bit less it's off my table a lot quicker

easily yeah you and if the client wants

to change text or something then you can

lock all the other layers because I know

sometimes we're guilty of it marketers

go in and we and we can mess it up

always very wary of that I want an

anti-marketing button I know like no

you're banned um but if it's just that

you lock all the other layers except for

the text then it's very easy for us

to now check this out so this is the

thing that I didn't know if they were

going to cover yeah so this is

translation and it it the level of

language support is crazy even Catalan

even Catalan know even in Catalan a

Catalan model in there I translated so

look at

this wow the translations so David oku

and a lot of people on the'll be be on a

live later be sure watch I mean he

impresses me all the time so first time

I streamed with David oku was Adobe live

in 2020 and uh when everything was like

we were indoors yeah all of us all the

time and uh David in The Green Room

suddenly Tim is German and uh suddenly

just went in German talking to talking

to Tim and go davidu speaks German David

oku is fluent in German I did not know

here's the thing okay Andy yesterday

giving everybody an overview of the

translate thing at our gathering

yesterday right and uh he he chose Dutch

as a language just randomly he just

scrolling up goes let's go with Dutch

and then he says I have no way of

knowing yeah how good the translation is

but there it is it's in Dutch suddenly

David just turns around and says yeah

that's all good because he can speak dut

coffee said this is this is good I know

David will be on here later David oku

but um these are great to know because

when we do streams in German David I'm

going to be reaching out to you oh

actually there is

good perfect because um unfortunately my

German is uh subpar yeah

Mish so

we will we will need that

support so here we go so cool with that

translation I mean because imagine

imagine you have um you know and maybe

it's an Etsy page or a different a

business that you have and you want to

be able to have flyers in every

different language it's like boom

immediate well again that's something so

one of my clients big multinational they

deal with people in pretty much every

country yeah so before that whole

process of doing that and checking it

and getting that done took a time yeah

now I've been able to say to them okay

not a problem in Spanish German French

anymore also if you want to do it in any

of these other languages I can support

that for you it's amazing and it just

adds value to what I offer to them oh

absolutely and it just does it boom like

so quickly so quickly and the accuracy

is amazing

yeah oh bet scheding oh my God I know

such a lifesaver

and not only this

I um sandin says the translation from

English to French is very

good and Paul um hey Paul thanks for

joining says we have just been shown

example of being able to translate and

text using Express please remember the

difference in English between UK and

America too y than especially with the I

know yeah the the youu especially that's

something I always you have two examples

here col

color and

color I know I've seen that also before

with like castillan Spanish and then you

know Latin American Spanish depending of

course there's like some VAR so Andy

from from the product team team was uh

we had a chat in Barcelona when we were

all in Barcelona together and uh she was

gauging my Spanish at the time yeah and

then she threw me a couple of curve

balls yeah because uh she's Argentinian

yeah and very different yeah and and it

was like what I

know and of course Andrea again from the

Photoshop team I know so much uh really

good talent in the product marketing

teams coming from hisan now yeah it's

really cool I know her accent's so nice

kind of Handy cuz you live there so I do

yes I mean you've got like a dreadful

view from your apartment I don't know

how you oh I I don't know how I survive

it's it's the great place to work remot

I get through I survive every

day I have to generate it to get a view

like that I know Firefly please generate

skyline of

Barcelona you you got you had a you had

a vac last week I did I did I did the

Camino de

Santiago so walking 100 kilometers um

over over five days it was pretty

intense I came straight to Adobe Max

after this um but I'm it was a beautiful

experience I'm so glad I did it amazing

your photos incredible it was it was it

was beautiful just like through Villages

and yes so very nice really recommend

I'm loving the flowers too I feel like

it goes really well with the yeah a lot

of colors on the on the Adobe team

today as div show we adding new power

creative ex CL and with Express you can

quickly shared a lot and as you've

already seen you have a lot one of the

things you know that I I've often talked

about on Adobe live which is worth

mentioning you know because people will

have questions about how they're going

to work with these Technologies

and the weird thing is a lot of people

look at it to my mind the wrong way

around I think well this is going to be

quicker which means you know it's it's

effectively my I'm being honest my

client's going to pay slightly less for

that and so I'm going to earn less money

wrong way to look at it yeah you can two

more in in billable segments of time so

for the longest time my lowest billable

segment has been 15 minutes so it

doesn't matter if I do it in 3 seconds

or I do it in 14 minutes 59 seconds

that's what gets builded of course yeah

and so if you are smart about the way

you catalog your work you actually

potentially earn more because you're

doing more with that time client is

happier share the thing with your client

say yeah well these things are slightly

quicker now so drop what client doesn't

like that

yeah it's a win-win

situation that get and it it draws you

in more work yeah exactly if you're able

humans they talk yeah because think of

all the other resources you might have

to higher out too so for example if you

needed a translator to translate all of

those pieces it's already automatic now

or if you needed another you know

specialist to come in it would be all

the way all the yeah much easier

need to go and live stream this whole

experience I was like do what now yeah

and so this is um this is the the one of

the presidents of the Society of of Arts

Barcelona okay very cool who um who

knows about my drawing work which I

don't make live that often but she sees

my drawing work she's seen me draw live

no just ask me that was my big I was

waiting to find my brother and my

girlfriend well a r girlfriend early in

early in the early early morning guess

what I'm asleep no no no no this is the

best news ever you have to be awake for

this um that is amazing okay you need to

exciting thing that has happened to me

remove brush which is properly in the

product that uses on board right AI so

that's on board the adjustment brush the

adjustment brush I've been getting some

great feedback in the community event

yesterday really good what do you want

to change you want to change it locally

go for that M yeah really good for new

users and that's the main a yeah works

for everybody well and I know you and

clot will be live after the keynote ends

um so you'll be talking about some of

the new the new features yeah play

around a

bit and we have let's see Ashley's

and you know that the I mean everything

just I think of all of my video editor

friends that spend hours and hours you

know so uh it saves so much time I mean

the things that uh the things that have

been in for a little while that have

just got a little bit of an uplift

essential sound and essential Graphics

you know making the new enhanced audio

things that are in here in fact real

that we were working on last week for

the social yeah I got a there's a sort

of a joke thing with a keyboard

clattering yeah and um I got a message

can the audio from that be lifted a

little bit just to lower the flattering

now normally that would be into audition

find those frequencies change all of

that stuff now click on the clip click

on enhance audio amazing identify as

dialogue and that's it yeah and I think

we're seeing that well this is in the

the new generative that's coming this is

crazy good yeah it's amazing you know

for IM for storytellers

this is a real real like look at this

it's incredible imagine you didn't get

the exact shot as many diamonds as

you've got oh

yes I

wish it's um amazing like imagine you

didn't get the exact shot or you didn't

have a specific prop and you just add it

in it's

amazing look at whoa now scrub that

timeline and it's like rotoscope the

whole thing

El yeah we see in

here yeah we want to hear your feedack

like how are you going to use these new

Premier Pro features too and you want to

hold on a shot or a character for an

extra

beat intelligently adds frames with

firefly extending your footage so you

have the exact media you need like here

where we extend this shot of the woman a

few frames as we continue to innovate

hold of any of the

uh totop app on whether it's the side or

wherever it is this

there was so much noise and the couple

was devastated that they couldn't have

that sound and he just used that and he

said it was incredible like he would

have had to send it to a sound engineer

or but the footage was saved so great

great example to

see ear

um what what was your favorite um

release here today I know it's a hard

because there's so much so much that was

announced today I mean I'm still still

completely on the boil with generate

image that's just one step removed from

going into a website to doing something

to downloading it to bring fact thinking

about it's about three steps removed but

yeah I'm getting all that stuff I'm

still slok to that remove background is

I can't believe how powerful that is I

really can't and I've been trying on all

sorts of images doing things with fur

and hair and it's doing brilliant job

brilliant job yeah but also the stuff in

express that whole thing with

translation module is because it just

took me completely bicc yeah I think

that's hard that's what I'm excited

about to that Express translation piece

and especially because the Adobe

Community is so International and we

have so many different languages and

most of our content is in English so

it'll be nice to be able to create

images um I know for example we have a

really big community in the Philippines

um so it'll be nice to be able to put

some content into gag too and share that

out yeah I mean what's not I know

there's so

much um maybe we can bring up the uh

schedule again there too and I can go

through all of the different um pieces

that are coming up so I'll talk through

each of them uh we have um Tony and

cloudy will be next um talking about

some of the new features um that are

launching with the Joby Max London then

any Atkins who is live on the stage now

um but you can catch the full stream at

here with Anna MCN who is one of our

evangelists um talking through graphic

props for film making which is really

cool I was looking at her portfolio and

didn't realize that she also um did the

graphic props for the no for for Annie

the The Grand Budapest Hotel which is

one of my favorite West Anderson films

in her book she goes into great detail

about all of that stuff I mean I am I'm

a super fan yeah but uh her book goes

through all of that

unreal just unreal incredible and then

you watch the film again and the great

thing or the strange thing in many ways

about what Annie does is it's not meant

to be noticed right it's me you know

it's not meant to detract from the

action and from the storytelling that

goes on it forms the stage for the

storytelling not meant to noce that much

yeah but when you do see what she's done

and then you rewatch it and start saying

huh yeah

well and that's so much about Wes

Anderson's films too there's so much

nuance and if you watch it the first

time and then watch it again a second

and a third time there's so many pieces

that even in the set that maybe it

alludes to later in the film as part of

the story line so I need to watch it

again it's been a while since I've seen

the movie yeah no really good I mean

even even things like handwritten labels

on Keys MH you know things that she's

put together so it's consistent yeah

throughout to work with W Anderson

amazing amazing I know I love his

aesthetic it's it's so

beautiful um and if we can look at the

schedule too there's a couple other

pieces that are coming up so you'll be

able to catch Annie Atkins here and of

course ask her any questions if you have

questions live um and then we also have

Deepa super Manan who is somebody called

Clara G yeah somebody I don't know who

that is I've heard of her I think of her

I think she I think she's around um

that'll be uh great to hear from her

since she you know works on the Adobe

team as part of our senior leadership

talking about what's coming up with

Photoshop and gen so you'll get really a

behind the scenes look at one of our um

senior leaders at Adobe and then David

oku who we just ran into who apparently

speaks five million languages um he's

the Rosetta Stone he's the Rosetta Stone

David oku uh has some incredible designs

that he'll be sharing how to make it pop

with Photoshop and AI um and Adobe

Illustrator we have um some pouches he

actually created I maybe I can bring

those on stream so we can show them to

the camera um during his session but um

he and then yonas also created um some

beautiful oh and we see Georgina hi

Georgina um some really great um pieces

for our community Booth so we can go
