This week our

semi-finalists will face two

more tests of their abilities in

this last attempt to get into

next week's finale.

They'll each perform one latin

style and one ballroom style

dance.

start with a latin style routine

accomplishment and I didn't get

any critiques from the judges so

I'm feeling great going into the

semi-finals.

There are so many things

about it that are hard in ways I

couldn't have anticipated.

Injuries, the mental toughness,

that was the type of stuff there

wasn't a way to prepare for.

I've loved being able to come

into my own as someone who loves

to perform.

Important thing to bring to

the semi-finals is energy.

This is the first time there

will be two full dances.

Our first one is a latin dance.

It's a jive.

Jive is the perfect dance to

showcase that energy.

I'm excited.

Jive is already a tough dance

to begin with.

Since it's the semi-finals it's

time to add fast paced

choreography so ariana can tape

into her full potential.

This routine is really

physically demanding.

I am not slowing down because my

place in the finale is at stake.

all that?

Technically this routine is

really hard.

A lot of rhythmical action and

physically demanding.

That's going to be our biggest

challenge.

How do I do that?

Straighten your legs.

I can't believe we saved one

of the hardest dances for the

semi-finals.

I need to be able to master the
