hey everyone Welcome to our private

event here we're having at the Las Vegas

Barbara Expo I'm Terry Nori head of

operations of level 3 I'm super happy

and honored to announce our newest

member and our production director

Christopher Benson how you doing I'm

honored my man I'm beyond honored I'm

super excited this is a team that I just

look at and just have loved valued their

friends you guys are family and now

making it official to come over and be

able to do this with you guys is beyond

exciting I'm honored to be a part of

this team you guys get such talented

artists that I respect and love so much

absolutely and and I think the bigger

thing for me is what you guys stand for

and what the future holds and so it's

exciting awesome very exciting tell me a

little Chris why why did you pick level

three as that brand that you really

wanted to not just join forces with but

really be an anchor person and have that

position you know part of the reason why

the attraction to me is uh level three

is a bit of a disruptor in the industry

in the most positive professional way as

you try to uh we just gave you an award

from Collective Inc for being the

disruption in the industry um but you

guys do it in the in a way that is

positive is enticing is professional and

gives you know something that's

different and also gives people the

choice and that's the thing I love but

you guys got some pretty interesting

things coming and this is part of the

attraction for me as well is you're not

just thinking about your core team

you're not just thinking about your

entire Global team you guys are still

thinking about the industry and that's a

really different approach so I want to

talk about that and I want to give these

guys a little insight I'm going to let

you spill the beans on what the

opportunity of what's happening because

this could have gone a lot of different

ways this could have gone a lot of

different ways and you guys could have

done a lot of different ways but um I

think for me this is a great Testament

to what these guys are about who they

think about um and while it's family the

family is the industry in these guys's

eyes so tell us my man what's happening

so there's a big thing happening with

little three that's going to be coming

um very soon actually that not many

people really know about and it's going

to be something that is industry uh

changing I would say um but before I

tell you what it is I really want to

explain the reason behind it is because

not only are like you said are we our

product brand and do we influence so

many barbers in our industry and we have

top Educators that work for our brand

but the most important thing is giving

everybody that uses our product that

buys our product that is involved within

our brand an opportunity to own

something and that word own whoa whoa

whoa wait a minute because that's a

whole different ball game what I hear

this man said own something so you're

not you're talking about owning the

products right like like you mean you

you mean like when people buy products

that's you mean they own that's what the

industry stand think talk totally

different I'm talking about something

completely completely different and it's

revolutionary to be honest Chris you

know when I mean own I mean actually own

a share of LEL three and the way that

we're going to be able to introduce it

to the market is through a crowdfunding

campaign so we're actually going to

start a crowdfunding campaign for level

three starting in October 1st 2023 and

that is going to give the opportunity

for everybody in the industry to not be

able to just be a customer of level

three but actually a shareholder of

level three and imagine imagine this

imagine it is the year 1995 right and

you just heard about apple right and

you're you had got it

do you app product probably do too

imagine or you know what I'm not even

going to go to Apple right I'm just I'm

going to go within our within our

industry right imagine imagine wall

imagine imagine these big these big

corporations that really are a

foundation of our of our of our entire

pillars ex you know so imagine having an

opportunity to where you're not even

just you're using a product that you

love but as well you can invest and

actually own a share as that company's

growing and doing more better things

you're actually getting rewarded the

evaluation keeps going up and it's just

it's just really an opportunity that I

don't think is yet in our industry at

all but as well that will change so many

people's lives all right Jerry so like I

I'm I'm gonna play devil's advocate for

a minute because you know how how

hairdressers are how Barbers are um

first I want to compliment you guys

because this could have easily gone to

you know Finding Venture capitalists uh

and I think that's what most do but you

guys took a chance to do something

different because again for me you're

thinking about how does the industry do

this and and if I'm actually love this

product line and I'm buying this product

line and I'm invested in this product

line potentially as much as I'm putting

into this and what I'm doing with my

guest could end up helping me later

right so I want to talk a little bit

about that because you know you've said

a couple word shares you know there's

things like stocks um we hear about all

this street on you know all this stuff

on Wall Street the other thing for me is

um I don't think everybody in the

business and I'm not even talking our

industry I'm talking the world I don't

think everybody knows about like what is

the difference between a share what is

the difference between a stock if I give

you money today in this when do I get my

money how do I have to look at this so I

want to break just some simplified

questions down so the first thing I

wanted I want to ask you is when you say

you can be an owner of this what does

that look like is it a stock is it a

share is it and and what would be the

minimum to get in like if I had some

we had some extra money in my pocket um

what would it take for me to get in so I

think let's tackle those two questions

so I would think first of all um you

have to understand that I think

especially during Co time the industry

and and the world really got

knowledgeable about investing and it

became such a a big thing let's say

crypto I was just going to say crypto

came up up fa what people really don't

understand is what is crypto right right

what is crypto is it something that you

can feel is it something that you know

it's a it's a fre number that goes up

and down up and down and you don't know

what going right left up down to sell to

hold to whatever right so um level three

is definitely the complete opposite of

that right we are a actual company we

are a foundation we have physical

physical uh entities that you're just

not just investing in a company but as

well investing in growth so when you

talk about what is a share so we're

going to be uh live on start engine is

the website by the way amazing so

the campaign page that uh everybody will

be able to invest on but what the most

important thing is is understanding

right like you said what is a stock so a

stock is pretty much a share of a

company right so like like anything else

right you have a 100 B you have a basket

of 100 apples and you own that one that

that apple in a portion of that portion

of that of that basket right so it's the

same exact thing um and the way that it

that you're able to make money from a

stock is not really by obviously

uh owning it selling it and that is by

the company growing so right now we're

we're actually coming in at a very uh

economical

valuation and this is why really the

emphasis behind Barbers uh taking such

advantage of this opportunity because

this evaluation that we're coming in at

right now is really going to be never

found again um it's it's really an

entry-level uh evaluation but we want to

make it affordable and economical for

everybody to be able to invest so

minimum investment is only 500

whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa wait a

minute I can take $500 and get invested

in a part of this exactly you know and

we wanted to be able to have have it

affordable for everyone right we don't

want the people like you said venture

capitalist and that and really the be

the the goal behind it is not really

funds and money and raising money right

it's to give everybody an opportunity to

be part of something to to look at it

five years down the road and we're like

man that was a $500 well spent in level

three and once we go to IPO into the

stock market and you'll be able to get

those go shares goes to stock exactly so

it's it's really it's really a stepping

stone right so for example we'll just

take uh an example of our valuation

right now we're currently going to be

valued at 35 million when we start our

our our crowdfunding campany

congratulations I mean you guys have

only been visit a few years my man yeah

man thank you thank you very much really

it's been a it's been a long work in

Project I'll tell you that that's been

that's congratulations because um for

you guys to be evaluated at that in that

short amount of time tells you the hard

work you put in absolutely man I mean

and and definitely undervalue I'll tell

you where we we we it should have been

at least at a 50 million doll valuation

but we wanted to stay true to our

message and and be able to give so much

uh so much opportunity to people to

really you know $500 $1,000 $1,500 you

can really invest right now if you look

at putting $500 in apple that'll

probably give you not even half a share

right right right putting $500 in level

three right now will give you

approximately 150 shares so that alone

that 150 shares worth $35 million by

2024 it's expected to reach 50 and even

75 million so you've tripled and doubled

or even tripled that investment that you

have did so the the opportunities there

are really are are endless and I

encourage everybody to really not just

be a part of our investment and really

invest in level three but as well follow

it join it in in every way possible

because as we're growing your value your

your money is growing your stocks are

growing and it's really just a special

thing I'm going to equate it to this I

know how much I spend on a Starbucks

every day yeah we all know how much we

spend on the Starbucks every day and if

you go again then you know how much

you're spending every day on your couple

so I want you guys to break it down like

this because I think sometimes we go

$500 or $1,000 or oh my God is it

$10,000 I have to and you could you

could do it at all of those I'm sure

right absolutely but let's talk the

minimum so if we break this down and I

think I get a coffee every day and you

know while we all love that you put it

away by the time I add that up up at the

end of the year it's well over $500 we

can all agree to that it's probably 500

a month um but then that goes away I

don't have a way where that's a

repercussion from Starbucks right so I

want you guys to think about this in

from a from a cosmetologist in Barber if

I took a little bit of that money and

put it into an investment and whether

it's level three or whatever it is and I

look at what that's doing and how that

grows and organically if because I

consume the

I am already helping what I'm doing in

the bigger picture and I think when we

can look at it like that it's not

throwing money away it's putting

something in something that you know is

going to grow now I want you also to

think about this you guys have been

around how long right now three years

three years I want you guys to digest

that if this company is growing like

that in three years what is going to

happen to that as this jettison up

talking five six years so I I that's

that's what I would say to the

cosmetologist break it down simple break

it down to you know lunch break it down

to things like this I'm not saying don't

go eat because I know how hair we don't

eat um what I'm saying is look at where

value sits in your life because we all

can find a little bit of that money

that's probably disposable in some

instances of what we what we disposable

with it right whether whether it's bad

habits good habits or coffee or whatever

but I think it's looking at it and going

what could I take and put into something

that has the potential to help me later

and that I think is the thing we is uh

an industry need to think about is what

can I do now and not just what is the

instant absolutely we can get instant we

get instant from behind the chair but

what is it doing for me long term and

let's start setting people up for

success business-wise for everybody to

win and that really I think is what it

comes down I think uh you're referring

to passive income then yeah you know

passive income is is really that that

one word where not many people know

about it to be honest you know and and

it's sad because at the end of the day

we all work very hard sure and people

put in 12 hours 14 hours a day standing

behind a chair I can only imagine how

hard it is standing on your feet all day

long right but what they have to

understand is like you said you know I

love that Starbucks example because it's

something that yeah we all want it right

but it's not needed exactly not needed

every day you can you can settle for a

curig that will save you $2 or $3 a

couple cou right if you add $3 to $4 a

day times 30 days you're talking $1,200

brother correct you know that is that is

insane amount of money that no hold on

if you're talking four $4 a day times 30

days that's $120 yeah minimum $120

that's let's say you're not even getting

a sandwich right right so if you're

talking over the course of the year

that's over $1,000 doll that you can

have invested in anything let's you want

to put level three you want to say a

different company whatever it is but at

the end of the day we it it's so

important to have a multiple stream

Revenue I could not agree more and just

cutting behind the chair is is is is not

enough honestly I I don't see as enough

second thing is selling product I think

that was that's really that one

foundation and that one education that

we've tried to to implement in the

industry so much that Barbers don't sell

enough product and now you're selling

product but as well now investing and

imagine investing and selling product

all in the same thing in the same

company and and it's all it's all in in

twine I want so I want to Anchor what he

just said so if I bought product I'm

selling it I'm making money right to the

consumer but if I'm also invested the

potential of me making even more money

because in the long term of this

opportunity is where I think people

really need to go wow the more stuff I'm

selling and getting that instant yep I'm

still making money so we're not taking

that away furthermore we want to benefit

that but the bigger picture is is if you

had an opportunity and this is going to

set you up for a different income as

you're talking a passive income um and

helps us alleviate what we're doing on

our backs our bodies taking care of

ourselves then we should be thinking

about this and this comes back to you

guys bringing business sense to this

industry absolutely put it in a way to

where it's like $1,000 do that you

forgot about right $1,000 that you know

you you put in a closet and you forgot

where which closet you put it in or you

put it in a safe and forgot the pass for

right but then magically three four

years later you probably remember it and

it'll be freaking ,000 it's more like

magically how did this happen exactly I

think that's I know I think it's a great

analogy it's not don't and and this is

the other thing I tell about people when

they're investing don't go do it for the

sake of panic right you never want to

invest in that and do it from a sake of

what do I see the potential for this to

be and I love that you talk from a yes

we' think it'd be great with level three

because it's doing it a different but we

want to empower people with just

information bus wise so thinking about

it from that standpoint of um if I could

put this out there what I could do with

this and then also realizing I can help

push this yep becomes a very different

thing it really does you know people

people right with during the whole Co

thing right they everybody wanted to

become a day trader you know and if

people don't know what day trading means

you know it's it's buying a stock right

now at $2 and selling it 30 minutes

later for 250 if it goes up down you

know that's not that's really I don't

see that as a as a as a

you know and especially trying to cut

hair at the same time can you imagine

holding a phone and a Clipper at the

same time trying to sell holy crap but

um it's about it's about putting

investing in it and obviously don't

forget about it right but watching it

grow and watching okay this company now

we are in 30 countries right we're

expanding into 20 more countries by the

end of 2024 we're expanding into s

Beauty we're expanding into so many

different uh sectors color line cologne

collection so much so much really come

in um so it's it's really it's kind of

you know watching a baby grow yeah and

you know first we we we're we're

crawling right now in our grow like this

and it's starting to go like this and

it's going to go like this and and then

we're really we're really uh pioneering

behind just not not just you know

products but excellence and bringing

people like you on board and and really

having them as a foundation of our

company is huge because not only does it

add value it adds also a mindset as

education you know and we go to all the

trade shows we really like to do the big

and small trade shows because like to

talk to our customer we like to talk to

our client and and feel and and get

their get their insights and get really

okay what what is what is a product to

you what is reselling a product to you

this is why we offer so many programs

like our authorized dealer program like

our Barber Shop Salon program to where

Barbers can sign up buy the product at a

wholesale rate buy it for the freaking

right price guys please sign up and buy

it for the right price you can resell

make so much money the client does not

trust anybody but the barber you know

you're sitting with the client for for

over an hour you can really uh Excel him

anything and clients you know always

tell The Barbers their secrets so the

trust level with The Barbers is always

there I and I'd like to to this there's

influencers which we have on on our

Squad there's no question amazing

artists but I like to look at us as

impact players because as you just said

they're in the chair how often how much

are we talking about and while yeah

we're talking about shampoo and some of

that we're also talking about life and

we're talking about what's going on in

all that other time and we're impact

players into our community and that is

the thing I think if if nothing comes

out of this other than this value

yourself enough to invest in yourself

and if that means level three amazing if

that means something else that's amazing

as well we wanted to see the industry

succeed but this is an opportunity that

I in my 30 plus years I only I started

when I was two so um but in my 30 plus

years I've never

seen it it done this way

um and I just I got to give you a lot of

credit to take the chance the

opportunity but I think in that you guys

are giving the industry a huge

opportunity it's uh honestly for me it's

it's it's something we're very proud of

because of the fact that we've seen so

many companies our in our industry go in

in their routes and they've grown to a

very very large level successful they've

been successful but why is it because at

the at the top of the top of those

companies they're all just thinking

digits they're thinking numbers they're

thinking money they're thinking turnover

uh getting the The Profit level to be

the highest right well that is very

important in a business abut but also

you have to be realistic and know your

customer based and you know I'm not a

greedy guy man and we've never been

greedy and at level three Everybody Eats

and and and the owners are the last

people that eat and really the most

important thing is making sure that we

can really spread the word and spread

this movement because it's such a it's

such a movement that the industry needs

and and it lacks in a way to where it's

really it's really crazy because you see

the cosmetology Industries takes off

right new products drop every day new

technology new that but for The Barbers

really there's really not that much you

know there's new technology in clippers

but really in products and that there is

not really not that much so we've really

worked very hard to really try to bring

that to the to the market and and guys

please just whenever you go think about

buying a cup of Starbucks or you

thinking about buying that new pair of

Jordans for $200 and that just think

about it at the end of the day those

Jordans are going to sit on your feet

get dirty and they're going to lose

value and and you're stuck with them you

know versus that $200 over the course of

three years could be worth a th000 2,000

3,000 God knows what we all have it and

I think it's finding the things you know

and and we're not saying go again don't

go pillage your your piggy bank but I

think it's really going what things

could

I slim down still have but also take and

and think about my future and I don't

think there's enough people out there

right now that are going I want you to

think about your future I want you to

win not just today with what you're

buying in our products but I want you to

win longterm when this thing blows up

and that for me Jerry I have not heard

in this industry if ever the best way to

really think about it and I've always

had it as a principle of life for me is

a 50 25 25 right what do you mean that

50% of your income should be towards

your rent your mortgage your car

payments your food whatever it is right

your other 25% should be broken off

between investment and savings so you

want to have a savings right and that

savings could be to where you're saving

up for a car you're saving up for a

house you're saving up for whatever it

is but then you should also have 25%

invested in whatever longterm right

long-term investment because at the end

of the day nobody knows what's coming

what's what's going to happen tomorrow

all right and if you use up all your

entire income your 100% towards to

towards your expenses is you're really

living dayto day and if you're not if

you're only saving you're saving a a

certain amount that is can only multiply

exactly so many times right so an

investment by investing your other 25%

you can see that grow three four 10 20

years down the road you're 50 you're

going to retire you have something saved

up for you that is really special well

you're a bit of a fashion

guy my on today I'm a bit of a fashion

guy um I love bags I love shoes I think

you know let's think about it this way

my all my bags right love a cool bag um

how many bags you need and then how many

bags sit there right and we always have

our go-to you probably have you know a

bunch of white shirts but you have your

go-to abut as we all do so I want you to

think about this is is we get into this

um what are the things that we need

because you have to have your needs and

I think that's the 50% you're talking

about we also have play money that we we

will find if we love a bag we love a and

that be we bu and we buy things just

because of what it is right the label

the somebody else had it iPhones I think

are a great thing when that came out

everybody had to have it they waited in

line days outside so I think if we think

about it like that what are the things

that we need make sure you cover your

Essentials AB make sure that you are

still taking care of what you need in

the salon what you're doing but here's

the thing I want to really like drive

down on in what you said and and tell me

if I'm taking this

right if I'm buying level three

products and I'm selling that I'm still

making money correct but now I also if

I'm invested into this I'm also now

directly impacting what it is that is

happening for the whole of level three

exactly so I'm winning both ways it's a

it's a win-win situation you know you're

not only impacting the Yourself by

buying it and and then seeing immediate

return by selling the product but then

as well you're impacting by the brand

growing and then seeing that passive

return and that's the two way you got to

look at it buy the product to sell it to

make money now and then invest to make

money later and I think that's really

the the mindset as we get people to

start more getting more educated behind

it they'll start understanding okay I

can see my money grow I can see in in

five years what it's going to be you

know we all use apps like acorns and

those things right where you can invest

your change and that it's a very smart

way why because nobody's going to

realize from 95 cents to a dollar that

five cents right but screw it invest it

but that five cents over the course of a

year could probably be $5 $10 so those

are the mindsets that people really

should uh start implementing in their

life and we live in a world where

everything is Tech friendly everything

is so so open and and and all around us

and it's very accessible

and by having such uh different

opportunities that come our way I think

is very very uh special for people to

really just just join it be a part of it

guys whether it's level three or or or

anything else but please invest your

income invest your income invest your

income and also don't accept cash like

you always do you know this is the big

thing with Barbers that Barbers love to

accept cash love to hide from you know

they don't cash is

King the the IRS is Gonna Come Running

behind me because I made this much

amount of money and that and it's really

not you know you the the education

behind it is so much more you know yeah

everybody collects cash but deposit your

cash depit cash deposit in a bank

account deposit you cannot invest by

cash there's no address for you to come

and deliver cash to to invest in level

three or to invest in crypto or to

invest in anything right there is none

so please open bank accounts Guys open

tax ID numbers create businesses be

legit there's so many softwares that you

can use to really run a business

successfully and efficiently and that

mindset of them being scared of IRS and

that they're not they're not looking

looking after us you know they're not

looking after uh uh our industry like

they are looking at so many different

and I think I think people get scared of

the unknown we create monsters on our

head and I think as we as we in the

industry and Leadership starts you know

tackling these questions through

creating these opportunities um allows

people to to make a choice because we

you know this isn't a you have to do

this you have you they can do anything

they want but I think what it is is

empowering people with the information

to go you know if you if you had your

bank accounts if this money is being put

in yes you're going to pay taxes but

also look at the infrastructure we live

in the opportunities we get in this

country um you should want to pay taxes

because this is what allows us to do all

this yeah but in saying that then you

can also leverage the money that you're

making and you can start leveraging

money in a completely different way

because you now have credit you have

bigger credit um so from a business

standpoint being able to see what you're

doing also allows you to project what

your future is going to look like if

everything's cash all the time

you cannot go and keep projecting the

long term of the business and I think

that's the big message from what you're

saying is you know be Savvy about what

you do know the data of what you're

doing use the apps that are out there

that that help this and alleviate some

of this and take care of yourselves and

your family because ultimately that's

what we all want to do we all want to do

that um and I think you've given

multiple ways to do this invest invest

in yourself take care of your people

take care of your guests um be able to

sell the products that you want to sell

and what you stand behind but this is an

opportunity to now help affect that and

also have the long term of what somebody

could be it's pretty amazing my man

thank you man thank you honestly it's uh

pretty amazing it's we're we're super

excited about it we've worked very hard

together on on making this really uh

something that can be finally available

for everybody um and I just cannot

express behind please take up take

this is not an opportunity that's going

to come again really especially at at at

the valuation that we are putting it at

right so you want to you want to invest

in something early you want to invest in

it as it's growing as as the as the
