each with its own pros and cons.

In this detour, teams must choose
between Start the Giggles

or Stop the Wobbles.

Phare Circus is a shining example
of the resilience

of the Cambodian people.

Begun by refugees after the fall
of the brutal Khmer Rouge regime,

the circus is a place
for disaffected young people

from all backgrounds to escape
everyday life

and share their incredible talents
and mind-bending skills.

In Start the Giggles, teams must
memorise and perfectly recreate

a slapstick comedy routine

full of gymnastic flips
and circus tricks.

This challenge requires strong team
coordination and collaboration.

Once they've impressed the judges,
they'll receive their next clue.

In Stop the Wobbles,
teams must master

one of the core skills
of any acrobat - balance.

They'll need to stand barefoot
on rolling cylinders

and hold their positions for
a full minute

before they receive their next clue.

We met one of the performers
from the circus, and he was deaf.

Growing up with deaf friends from
the age of about seven or eight,

that's how we were first introduced
to the deaf community.

And then we're exposed to sign
language every single day

working at Emma Memma.

This was a really lovely reminder
of our charity

that we're racing for.

And just to know that sign language
needs so much more awareness

around the world,
but particularly in Australia.

And so that's why we're here.

a bicycle and a pile of brooms

"and deliver to
the Phalla Furniture Shop."

These handmade brooms are a real
Cambodian speciality.

They're made from dried palm tree
sheets

which grow abundantly around
the country.

They're organic, biodegradable,
and can be made for next to nothing.

When farmers aren't working
in the rice paddies,

they're often making these brooms
to sell at local markets

as a little bit of a side hustle.

For this challenge, our celebrities
must do the broom-maker a favour

and deliver 40 brooms by bicycle
to the local market.

All the brooms must be secured
correctly within the frame,

facing upwards and not sticking
out the bottom.

Once they're ready, one team member
must ride the bike

to the Phalla Furniture Shop,

where the teams
will receive their next clue.

This is also where the team
who came last in the previous leg

will receive their speed bump.

Teams are now heading to
Chong Srok Lotus Pond,

where they'll wade through the water
to pick 50 lotus stems.

They'll then carry them
to the workshop

where they'll craft their own silk.

This scarf is made from lotus silk,

one of the rarest fabrics
in the world.

Originally created for weaving
the robes of Buddhist monks,

each strand is extracted by hand

from the stem of a lotus flower,
just like that.

But getting enough silk just
to make one scarf

can take around two months.

At the silk workshop,

teams must make a six-metre long
thread of smooth lotus silk

by cracking open the stems,
drawing out the fibres

and rolling them together.

Once the judge is satisfied
with their silk,

they'll receive their next clue.

Emma and Hayley are closing in
on our win record as well.

Oh, yeah, they're the biggest
