The Wells Fargo offices in the
east had loaned some money to a man,

who then went to Europe and died
there without repaying any part of it.

Part of the security for the loan was
a dance hall called the Golden Wheel.

The orders from the home
office were short and clear.

when you ran out of here
after you killed Johnny.

None of this
can be proved in court.

But I wonder if you want
to live the rest of your life

knowing you got away
with killing Johnny Lash.
