Adam: 11 years ago, Jared Bankowski

was sentenced to death for the murders

of Broderick and Frances Butler

and their daughter Emily.

In all the years of appeals,

not one piece of new exculpatory evidence

has been presented by the defense.

Jenny Butler, the only
eyewitness to this crime,

was eight years old at the time.

She and the people of Philadelphia

have been patiently waiting for justice

and they should have to wait no longer.

The governor signed an execution
