on a theme from "Ecclesiastes".

"In the day of prosperity,

there's a forgetfulness
of affliction...

And in the day of affliction,

there's no remembrance
of prosperity."

Now, gloom and despair
are abroad in our land today.

as I have in my recent travels.

that one of our number

has suffered grave hurt,

But for the more fortunate...
