Now in this section, I really want to talk about the suitability basics and to get even started with

this, the basics, we have to have some sort of development environment.

And I think there is nothing easier than using remix if you're just starting out, it's an online IDE

and you can reach it on the remix dot etherium dot org.

And yeah, it's really meant for solidity development.

It's slightly different than what you would have in a normal IDE because it's tailored for solidity,

compilation deployment and local testing of smart contracts.

It features a JavaScript console on the bottom over here, and this is really the difference to a normal

vs cold environment which we are also going to do to use later.

But this one makes it super easy to get started with solidity development.

So I recommend to use this.

One thing that I tell you you have to be careful with is the URL, and especially if you are starting

out with with the development and then you go to remix to the Theorem DOT work without HTTPS.

And at some point during your development you switch over to HTTPS remix dot Ethereum dot org.

So you change the protocol from GDB to https.

Then suddenly all of your content will be gone because the content of the IDE is stored in your local

store and that one changes obviously with the URL.

So be careful with that.
