All language subtitles for 4. Batch Exporting Vlogs (using Adobe Media Encoder)

Parvati Welcome back.

It is Brad here again with another tutorial for you where I'm going to show you how you can speed up

your workflow by batch exporting your logs so that you don't slow down you can keep producing videos

in Premier pro and have your other videos rendering in the background.

In other software by Adobe called Media Encoder so I'll show you.

This is a really really cool little workflow process that I highly recommend and I'll use this vlog

as an example.

So on your screen right now is a vlog that I did when I was in Sydney and it's about 15 minutes long

and just say for example I've just finished editing this blog and I'm ready to export this out now.

As you know we've talked about this.

If you just go control em on your keyboard or if you go File Export media same same and or bring up

this little export window there's two ways that we can do this.

Now we can export just this one vlog and then we can walk away get a coffee go train in the gym you

know come back you know 10 20 30 minutes later or alternatively we can cue this up to export in another

piece of software so that we can continue to edit another vlog in Adobe Premiere Pro.

So the way I've taught you before is once you've got to use settings here and you've gone through all

this and you're happy with it and yes you know you click on here and audio and you're happy you moved

down here and you've got export right.

So says it export immediately with the current settings.

Now I've shown you already that if you click on that it's going to start rendering the video but what

if you want to start using Premier pro to edit another video right now or you have to do is click on

queue.

And as you can see it says add to Adobe Media Encoder.

Q So of course you need to download you need to download Media Encoder and just type in creative cloud

apps.

It's not what I wanted.

I type in Creative Cloud so I actually have it installed as part of my suite of products and I think

you can download is like a trial or something like that just check them out anyway.

So if you click on queue I'll show you what happens.

It will then take the sequence and it will export it to Media Encoder.

So it's going to open up Media Encoder here and what it's gonna do it's going to put it into this list

over here.

We'll just wait for it to load and then what I can do then is I can go back to Premier pro and I can

start working on another vlog.

So for example if we go into this flog here 360 bar and dining and just say for example like this project

is actually on my hard drive which is why it's saying media off line if for example I'm happy with this

vlog hypothetically and I want to export this one then I can just go file export media click okay or

just accept that for now just to demonstrate this to you and then it's gonna bring up the same box and

then I'm going to do the same thing.

I'm going to cue this one as well and that's going to render inside media and Coda if I go back to media

and Kota I just delete one of these.

Now this one here is ready to be exported.

Now we're going to do is click on the play icon here and it's going to start rendering this so I click

play.

It's going to start encoding this and then I can just minimize that or I can go back to Premier pro

and I can then cue this one click on cue.

It's then going to come up in the list here it's going to get added to the queue and then I can go back

to Premier pro and I can work on my next blog and just say I'm happy you know.

So that's pretty much all you need to do.

And it just means that I can then continue working on my blogs without it like without having to wait

for Premier pro to finish encoding my vlog.

If I go back over here to media and Kota you can see that this is burning away in the background.

This one here I've just exported and I'm not too worried about the warning it's just talking about the

fact that this falls missing.

But that's okay because I don't know what's going on.

And so when this one finishes here it's going to render this one and it's going to go down the list

and then I go back to Premier pro and I continue working on my blog and I'm like I'm happy with this

one I'm going to export this one as well.

And so you can have a whole list and then when I go to bed you know I used to do this a couple of years

ago is have like 15 20 of the more lined up because I to like video courses and things like that and

I'd have to like rebrand them to different sizes.

So like you know just different different overall file sizes and I'll just go to bed and it's all rendering

in the background and by the time I wake up in the morning everything's finished.

So that's a really efficient way of batch exporting videos.
