In the 19th century,
The Underground Railroad

was a secret network of
people and places that

provided safe passage to
freedom for well over

30,000 enslaved
African Americans.

And here at the Salem Chapel,
one of its most notable

members was the famous
Underground Railroad

conductor,
Harriet Tubman,

who spent more than a decade
guiding freedom seekers

to a new life in Canada.

The legacy of the
Underground Railroad

reminds us of the power of
resistance, resilience,

and solidarity in the
face of oppression.

assemble the 5th generation

of the powerful
V8 engine head.

Here, teams will observe an
ongoing demonstration that

will instruct them on how to
assemble and disassemble an

8-cylinder engine head
in less than

2 minutes and 10 seconds.

Once they assemble and
disassemble the engine head

in the allotted time, Lisa,
the training specialist,

will give them
their next clue.

Once they feel they've

finished work and use the

Quickshare feature to
send the video to

the florist for inspection.

Once every petal is
in the perfect place,

Al will give them

used in the

sport of competitive rowing.

When they're ready,

they'll race the course in
2 minutes or less.

Once they beat the clock,

grape harvesters and
fill it with water.

Then, they'll carefully
maneuver the payload

across the winery where
they'll need to fill

two troughs to
the tippy top.

Once their troughs
are topped up,

Joe will give them
their next clue.

And if the racers need
a little extra help

on this challenge,

they can use the
Assist by Desjardins.

Using only their
sense of smell,

teams must match 6 different
wines with distinct aromas

found at their station.

When they've correctly
sniffed out each

flavour combination,
an instructor will

give them their next clue.
