When we were researching the available
tutorials on fashion and beauty

photography.

We really didn't find things that hit
the mark for us.

There was nothing really hyperfocused
on the entire production process.

They may look at different components,
like how to use light modifiers or how

to craft your lighting, or even the
post production process with Photoshop,

but they're not looking at the entire
photo shoot and how you, as a

photographer, need to be really solid
with your business skills in order to

have a long range career.

We decided we wanted to make a tutorial
that encompassed everything from the

team building process to composition
and lighting, and then everything

involved in post processing and file
delivery.

We wanted to put together a really
comprehensive tutorial in fashion and

beauty that had all the essential
elements for which a photographer needs

to be well versed.

One of the things that we've enjoyed
the most is connecting with

photographers who are incredible

what they do, but are also great
instructors.

The very first photographer that came
to mind was Michael volshinovich, out

of Toronto

from our beauty shoot.

This is some of the gear we're going to
be using.

We'll start off with some of the
cameras and accessories and then work

our way towards the lights.

So michael's a pretty red talent in
that he's developed skills in not only

lighting and composition, but in post
processing as well.

And we're going to go into our color
picker, and we're just guys see what

that difference is.

So if we click on the arm, we can kind
of see that we're ending up somewhere

in and around this area in terms of
saturation.

So when saturation, we're going left
and right.

We spent just under three months with
Michael and the planning stages so that

we could cover every teaching point we
wanted to convey to you that you'd be

able to implement into your business
plan.

So the photo is looking really good.

I do find that they're still a little
bit bright.

So I'm going to turn down the pack
another 5th of a stop, and we're going

to go a little bit tighter to a couple
of title shots.

And then we're going to try a large
parabolic.

We've structured our tutorials that

agencies, selecting models, pricing
yourself in the market camera

selection, which lenses to use studio
gear, capture workflow with shooting

tethered, tozing border up selection,
how to direct hair makeup and

rounded series of best practices in the
form of self directed learning at your

own pace.

This tutorial includes five days of
filming with three full days of models

recovering the fundamental differences
in four main types of fashion

photography, which are beauty,
editorial, portrait and test looks, all

four of which have very fundamental
differences in wardrobe makeup, posing

and post processing.

And you need to know the difference in
all four when approaching a talent

agency or bidding on a job.

One of the unique things about our
tutorials is the way we've organized

the material for you.

We've broken up all this content into
over fifty videos that are all

logically presented in a pattern
