but he's been telling me that

So, I think he's up for a fight.

My nomination is Karla.

Karla is a threat to my chances

of winning this game

because she's a survival expert.

This is her domain.

So, I think if it came down to it
in a Survival Challenge,

she could outdo me.

and then counterbalancing
from each side.

fishing, building, and self-defence.

So, what we're going to do

for today's Survival Challenge
is go back to our primitive roots.

The Survival Challenge is simple.

You will have one hour
to use these supplies

and any natural resources around

to make a weapon capable
of hitting a target 10m away.

After the hour is up, one at a time,

you will aim to take out
each other's target.

Last player standing
wins this Survival Challenge

and wins back their bracelets.

I'm not super attached
to my bracelets,

but looking at my bare wrist now

I could be going home.

I'm feeling pretty confident
to have to make a spear.

I've never made one before.

But I've seen enough weapons
in my time.

I'm confident using a machete.
I think I can do this.

So, this is a lovely challenge
for us.

So, you girls are crafty.

Yeah, but honestly, like,
my whole time in my backyard,

I'm telling my kids

When building a spear,
finding a straight stick

is key for aerodynamics.

I've managed to get
a straight stick,

but I don't feel very confident
at all throwing it.

like that's what I'm thinking.

It's a huge distance.

A good spear like a good javelin
should be perfectly weighted

with a sharp point.
