On the previous audio tracks and on the video, I have focused on doing cheese-souch to help others.
A very important point to keep in mind is that every time you do cheese-souch to help another,
you are helping yourself. It's the law of attraction. When you send out comes back to you.
The more healing energy you share with others, the more healing energy you will be drawing into
yourself. I always emphasize this point in my spring forest chigong classes. While techniques are
very helpful, nothing is more beneficial to you than the unconditional love in your heart.
And conditional love is the most powerful healing energy in the universe. That's the key point
to keep in mind. Cheese-souching yourself is just like cheese-souching others for the most part.
There are some points you cannot reach on yourself. The points along the spine or the other back,
for example. The answer is don't worry about those. Each of the energy points I have selected
for cheese-souch basics were chosen because they help stimulate the flow of energy in a key energy
channel of the body. Each of these energy points helps benefit the entire body.
So just focus on the energy points you can easily cheese-souch on yourself. Now, on some energy
points such as the head, you need to reverse your hand position. For example, on the first head
points, use your right thumb on the right eyebrow point and your left thumb on the left eyebrow point.
It's the pressure on massage that's the key. Not which thumb you use.
The other head points you'll need to make adjustment on are the two points at the base of the
skull just outside the main neck tendons. Instead of using your middle fingers as you do on someone else,
simply move your thumbs if from the point above the ears back to the point at the base of the skull.
The forearm squeeze also requires an adjustment. Obviously, you can't do the squeeze hand
overhand on yourself. So what you do is starting to the elbow squeeze on the forearm and release
and just inch your way down to your wrist moving the energy as you go.
The arm wiggle is actually easier to do for yourself. All you have to do is let your arm hang
and wiggle your wrist and let it wiggle your whole arm. At the same time, use the opposite hand to
pat that shoulder. Those really are all the adjustments you have to make for self-chisach.
The key point remains the same. Connect with the unconditional love energy in your heart
and see it flowing into the area you are chisaging and through your entire body. That's the best.
Join me on the next track where I have some final thoughts.
