Now that we have worked on the upper body, we turn our focus to the lower body,

beginning first with a very important energy point on the hips.

Then we will work on four points on the legs before we finish with the feet.

With each of these points, you press and massage in a circular way seven times before moving on

to the next point. If you have more time, of course, you can massage longer. Again, visualize the

healing energy from your heart is flowing through your hands into each point. As always,

you begin with the left side and then go to the right side. The first point is on the side of the

hip behind the top of the leg bone and below the pelvic girdle. It is in the area where you will

find a dimple or impression on the side of the buttocks. This hip point is a very important energy

point connecting the upper torso and the legs. Any hip problems, cartilage problems,

see in the hips, in the joints or in the knees, all have something to do with this energy point.

To massage, this energy point can help with all of those problems. It also strengthens the energy

in the legs, helps to relieve the sciatic nerve and benefits all the reproductive organs and digestive

system. This point is a very very powerful energy point and when you massage it, you help to give

more energy to all these systems. It is very helpful for the strength in your knees, in your joints

and in the back. Again, this point is on the side of the hip behind the top of the leg bone

and below the pelvic girdle. It is in the area where you will find a dimple or impression on the

side of the buttocks. When you press on this point, it can feel a little like when you hit your

funny bone. It often creates a tingly sensation. Press in deeply on this point and massage in a

circular way at least seven times. You can do it longer if you have more time. Talk with the

person to make sure they are comfortable with the pressure but you will need to press a little more

deeply on this point because you are moving through so much tissue and muscle in the hips.

Always visualize healing energy and light is flowing into the hip point as you massage.

The next chisach point is on the lower leg just below the top of the shin bone.

Run your fingers up the outside edge of the shin bone and you will find this point just below the

big knop at the top of the shin bone. Find the top of the shin bone and this energy point is just

below it on the outside edge of the shin bone. Again, you start with the left leg.

You press at massage this point in a circular way seven times. When you massage this point,

the energy goes to the middle of the joint in the knee. If you have a knee replacement or

in tritutiny or you need to strengthen the muscles and tendons around the knee, this is the point

you need to massage. It also activates and balances the energy inside the knee. You can use your

fingers or you can use your thumbs to massage this point. If you have been standing or walking

for a long time, massage this point and it can help to restore your energy very quickly. After you

massage it, when you walk, you will feel much lighter. Once you have completed massaging this point,

you move to the next point which is just a little lower on the leg.

To find the next point, place your hand with your fingers together along the outside of the knee

with the index finger in the gap of the knee joint. The point will be where your little finger

reaches the outside of the shin bone. The knee needs to be bent to find this point.

Press on this point and massage in a circular way at least seven times, more if you have more time.

When you massage this point, it gives you good energy and helps you to recover from any stress,

any tightness, any aches and pains in the legs or in the stomach.

The next point is down to the bottom of the leg on the inside of the leg. It's about three

inches or three fingers width above the nape of the ankle on the inside of the leg. This is the

three-in point and it is right next to the shin bone. Again, you press on this point and massage

in a circular way at least seven times, more if you have more time. This point is a very important

point because three key energy channels run through this point. Massaging this point is a very

beneficial for the stomach, for the liver and for the kidneys, which hold your life's full energy.

Chisaging this point is also very beneficial for the bladder, the digestive system,

and if you have poor circulation in the feet or any aches and pains in the feet.

Many massage therapists know the importance of this point. Once you have finished working on this

point, the final leg point is on the back of the leg. This point is on the calf muscle,

right at the bottom of the calf muscle and right in the middle of the leg.

On many people, the calf muscle forms a little V at the point. A good way to find this point is to

go along the middle part of the calf and then move down to the bottom of the calf muscle.

As with the other leg points, you press and massage in a circular way at least seven times,

more if you have more time. Chisaging this point is very good for the legs and is also very good

for stimulating the energy in all of the tendons in a body and not just the legs.

Again, when you massage, visualize sending healing energy and light into this area through your thumb

and fingers and see all this area is brighten up by the light.

Now that you have finished working on all the points on the left leg, do the same for the right leg,

starting with the hip point and moving down to the two points below the knee, the point above the

angle on the inside of the leg and finally the point at the bottom of the calf muscle.

Join me on the next track where I'll talk about chisaging the feet.
