You may recognize us. I'm Drew,

this is my brother, Jonathan. He is my twin.

And we are the hosts of HDTV's "Property Brothers."

( cheering )

I'm a huge fan of theirs.

I watch a lot of TV, so...

They're like so hot.

Interpreter: I immediately knew who they were

and also them being twins.

Even though my twin and I have such different looks,

I felt that immediate connection with them.

Now, why are we here? Tyra reached out to us on Twitter.

Actually, I thought she wanted us

to be contestants on the show, one of you.

Drew: You know, we used to be male models.

- Jonathan: Yeah, uh-huh. - Drew: He was a female model.

Jonathan: She actually had a much better idea--

she wanted us to design this year's "Top Model House."

( cheering )

Everyone's excited. We-- we can't contain ourselves.

I mean, I'm looking around, and I was, like... damn.

Jonathan: We have a dream kitchen right here.

Drew: I can picture you guys whipping up some meals

in this space.

Bello: It's like a mini mansion. I loved it because

when I first came to California, I had $100.

Ended up on skid row-- I never want to be there again.

- Drew: We know, though... - Jonathan: You wanna see the runway.

( screaming )

You guys are gonna be working your moves,

you're gonna be strutting your thing.

You wanna be able to have some moves to put on the runway.

- You ready? - Jonathan: Uh, I don't know.

The Property Brothers are so cute!

They're so stylish and fashionable,

and, boy, did they do this house some good.

You have your monitors here where Tyra can talk to you.

One of my favorite things are all the slogans

that we have all over the walls.

Right over here we have the phone room.

Let's get upstairs. I wanna show you guys some--

It's a little different designing a house for models

because you don't normally put in a runway.

Well, also, we have 22 people living in one house.

That's a tough thing.

Tyra's got style. She gave us a lot of input

about exactly what she wants to see,

and I've got some opinions,

Drew knows what looks good in a house like this.

In the end, I think Tyra's our property sister.

The three of us have designed an amazing space.

You guys, this is your casual space, which is great.

I want you to look over your shoulder.

- That's the "Tyra Suite." - ( contestants whooping )

Now, you need to know that that is off-limits right now

because you have to earn it.

Mamé: That Tyra Suite is mine.

I'm a diplomat's daughter.

I've lived the reverse "Cinderella" story.

I went from living the life of having the cook, the maid,

to basically living in "the hood,"

So I'm definitely a force to be reckoned with.

Jonathan: This is a very important level,

because these are the two bedrooms.

There's one right here,

and there's one at the end of the hall.

In those two bedrooms, there are only 14 beds.

Drew: We all know there are 22 of you.

You're gonna have to get cozy.

But, in my opinion,

I wanna be fast and claim a bed now.

( screaming )

- Whoo-hoo! - This is my bed!

There's my bed!

I was here first!

We're gonna have to work something out.

I'm willing to share my bed with a sexy girl.

It doesn't matter what color you are--

small, tall-- I'm going for it.

Mamé is very beautiful.

- I've got mine. - That's okay. We'll work together.

Mikey: Mamé, I'm glad to have you here.

Mamé: Mikey is cute,

but Justin is definitely one of the most striking guys

in this competition.

From what I'm seeing, this may not be accurate,

but Hadassah struck me as someone

that I did not want to be around.

Just because I know she's a pageant girl--

and modeling and the pageant world

are two different things.

My biggest worry about the competition would be

I've never lived with roommates,

but I'm doing this, and I'm here,

and I will be crushed if I go home.

Hadassah: Are there other rooms?

We do have extra blankets and pillows

for the ones that don't fit on the bed.

We're gonna give you guys some fun poses

that you need to interpret.

What we're gonna do is actually call two up at a time.

because not everybody looks like me.

This is a competition, and these are supposed to be

the top models in America, and I want to see them commit.

My name is Dallas Wade.

I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I'm 23 years old.

And I'm crazy.

It inspires me just the fact

that I made it this far off of

what people told me I couldn't do.

Jonathan: All right.

Ava: I really love taking selfies,

for these models to learn from.

Because when you're on a set

but I'm not used to having roommates.

But, you know what, I was bullied all my life. All right?

I get it. But I don't let

any of that stuff break me down.

It seems like every time I look over my shoulder,

I think he's cool, he's edgy,

and he's a runway editorial guy.

She just recently lost some weight,
