So, we find that these people
are harder to nail down.

If, ultimately,
he's trying to get a bunch
of material to sell,

I could see him
having all of this, like,

in his bag,
so he could send it to people
and be like, "No,

I really go here."
Doing what we do,
I guess, to build trust.

And then he said,
"I'll send you $200

if you send me some nudes."

What 17-year-old
would pay $200

for nudes when there's...

-when he can go on
Pornhub or...
-...very extreme.

I said, "Are you really 17?
It's okay if you're not."

He goes,
"Tell me where you live.

I will come to your house
and I will show you my ID."

That sounds like,

if I wanna go
to the worst-case scenario,

it won't matter how old I am

because once I come
to your house, you're SOL.

What's different about him
is if he is really 17,

which I don't believe he is,

he has offered Flori
$200 for nudes.

It's atypical behavior
for a 17-year-old.

Which makes me wonder

if he's actually
part of a CSAM ring

or something more nefarious.

And the only way I find out is
if I keep talking with him.

So, what I've done

is I've made
Flori's Instagram private.

So, the only way
he could look at it now

is if he requests to follow
and then we have his IG.

So that is strategic

because I want to know more
about him,

and he's being so elusive.

With a username,

we may be able to get
information to determine
Garrett's real age.

If that's the year
he graduated high school,

that would make him around 41.

If it's his birth year,

that this is our guy.

we've positively ID'd him.

with him

to be suspicious

because of the amount of CSAM

we think
he has in his devices.

is relatively new

and I think a lot of people
don't understand it fully.

The goal is to empower
our communities as a whole

to combat online sex abuse
and exploitation.

So, when we think
about the one case

or the one ACM,
it's still upsetting.

But there's more work
to be done.
