We would shift the vanity
over into the water closet,

move the toilet into
where the shower is now.

That sounds incredible.

But at that option we would
not have any leftover budget

for the master bedroom.

We add a freestanding tub here.
We have a double vanity still.

We cut in about a foot
into the current water closet.

That way we can have
a bigger shower

that also has
a bench for you, Cara,

and you will still have
a private toilet area.

With that budget
you would be able to redo

the master bedroom as well.

They'll still hit plush.

My favorite piece in the house
is the rug in the laundry room

that I trip over

is a standard barn door

does not fit, it leave a gap.

a bit of a delay.

Option three is they frame this

which is still a big opening,

but a barn door will fit.

And I cannot wait
to take a bath.

The tub I can just picture
