a litany of solutions
for this broken system.

They are straightforward.

Improved healthcare access
for Alaska Natives,

increased trained policing
for rural communities,

investments in a DNA database
to track repeat offenders,

a functioning 911 system.

The report was abandoned.

Yet if any of these solutions
had been implemented,
