and it turned into something else.

About a month before Eddie died, I

who were over from New Zealand. Anyway,
we've had a few drinks in the hotel bar

and we get a couple of bottles to take up to
their room because you could smoke up there.

I must have left about one
in the morning, I reckon.

As I'm coming out of the
room, I hear another door open

further down the corridor and Karen
Chapman and Marcus York come out,

all giggly and flirty,
you know, like kids.

And it doesn't take much
imagination to... did they see you?

These gangs are major players all
across Northern Europe these days,

but there's a lot of
inter-gang rivalry.

So the original investigation
assumed that Eddie Chapman

had been killed by an outfit
called the dartford strays.

If Stephanie parr thinks different, why doesn't
she tell her boyfriend he's after the wrong people?

And even if he believed her, she's
worried that he'd confront Marcus York,

which probably
wouldn't end well for him.
