If we can show him the

Legally, we have an
unfortunate situation existing.

Transvestism is considered a perversion,

and perversion is punishable by law.

To say that this is ridiculous
is putting it mildly.

Because rulers in other
countries and their peoples

wear robes at all times.

Envoys and emissaries to the United Nations

wear robes and tunics.

Priests say mass in robes
and wear cassocks daily.

Women wear shorts, tights,

riding breeches, slacks and jackets.

Is this not transvestism?

It certainly is.

But to enforce the law
would be very ludicrous,

because the jails would be overflowing.
