the first challenge of the season.

This week, we are donning our pointy hats,

pulling out our broomsticks,
and taking to the skies

for this episode's "Revenge
of the Witch" challenge.

(Titans cheering)

For this floors how, you
must design and create

an original and terrifying look

based on the iconic theme of the witch.

- Yes!
- Thank you.

The idea of witches have pervaded cultures

in every corner of the
globe throughout time.

So there's an infinite
pool of possibilities

where you can draw inspiration
from for this theme.

While we do wanna see
originality in your final look,

we also wanna see your
drag represented as well,

so make sure your
identify as a drag artist

doesn't get lost in your witch's brew.

As a second part to this challenge,

and as an homage to the
Wicked Witch of the West,

you must also create,
craft, decorate, or cobble

a pair of custom made magical shoes

to go along with your
look, and feature them

on the main stage during the floors how.

That being said, you
won't just be modeling

your new look and shoes this week.

Instead, you'll have to serve it up

during a lip sync performance

to a special song we picked
out just for the occasion.

(intense music)

Now, let's get to my favorite part.

This week's Fright Feat.

In order to participate
in the main challenge,

you'll have to play and survive

a game of "Burn the Witch"
back in the boudoir.

What?

You'll be served some of the hottest foods

on planet Earth.

Fuck!

And whoever manages to
consume the hottest items

in the shortest span of time

will win the challenge.

The winner of the Fright
Feat will earn the ability

to cast a curse on an
opponent of their choosing,

and this week's curse is
called "The Curse of Baldness".

(intense music)

(Swanthula laughs)

Casting the Curse of
Baldness on an opponent

will evaporate that
person's wig, or headpiece

for the entire floor show.

(Victoria gasps)

And will force them to
perform completely bald.

(tense music)

you can start planning
your witch-inspired looks.

But remember, if your witch
is anything short of wicked,

I was inspired by necromancers,

so I'm actually blind in one eye

and that specific eyeball is
actually preserved in a jar.

Basically a planchette

that is gonna just help
me talk to the dead.

So, for the shoes, I took some
bones I had laying around,

because I have many of
those just laying around.

And I took twine, and
just wrapped in and out

'cause the witch makes her outfits,

essentially, all herself.

So my witch, in particular, is inspired

by Victorian fashion and
old school big silhouettes.

She has a bit of a collector's bug,

and loves to harvest different body parts.

They're made of practice
tattoo artist skin,

and then some eyeballs, some ears.

It's just a gory delight.

I also finished it with
red Siam rhinestones.

You would say that these
are my ruby slippers.

This is a more modern voodoo witch

that all the rich white ladies call

to hex the next door neighbor,
or they cheating ass husband.

The leotard that I'm gonna wear

is actual authentic African fabric,

and this is my skull.

The headpiece that I
wore in "Resurrection".

That was more of a muted palette
than this one's gonna be,

like pow in your face
with pinks, purples, gold.

I'm a more minimalistic queen.

I'm not, what I call "everything"

"and the kitchen sink" type of bitch,

so you're not gonna see a
whale hanging off of me,

or fuckin' candy flying everywhere.

You're not gonna see that from me.

This is realism.

So for my witch, I decided

to kind of go with the candy theme.

I'm putting some little
peppermints in her hair.

You know, this quarter stacked wig.

A real non-human hair, you guys.

Only the best of the best, you know?

Man, Erika should've casted
the Spell of Baldness on you,

'cause that would've helped you out.

You know, I'm actually very glad Erika won

'cause she did the dirty work for me,

'cause I would've picked Abhora as well.

For this week's challenge,
I am inspired by lyrics

that reference an albino alligator.

This creature in my brain
just basically created itself.

The materials I am using are
embossed white alligator vinyl,

as well as silver buckles,
baubles, and bangles.

All the witchy things of the world.

On today's episode of craftin'
shit I don't know how to make

I'mma take this punchy hole
thingy right here like this,

and stick it there.

The most important thing is you try.

You gotta try your hardest.

Put the strength of god in it,

and just punch it.

Hold your fastener.

This way it forms just a hold
for the fabric to the EVA foam

until you can apply your spray adhesive.

You can take the ghoul out the country,

but you can't take the
country out the ghoul.

I'm very inspired by the animal witches

of "Soul Eater" and "Fairy Tails,"

so I am doing a feline witch
who turns my victims into rats

and sews them into my shoe.

It's a lovely collection.

This is Gertrude, Bethany, Tiffany.

I don't know her name, I forget.

It's a really unusual
color scheme for a witch,

so I thought it would be really fresh.

The fabric itself is all
stitched up, it's really gross,

and the texture of it I
thought was very wicked.

I think I'm gonna be fine.

even though I love the theme,

I was a little disappointed
by some of our competitors.

I felt like this week, we sort of learned

who is actually playing chess,

and who's playing checkers
in this competition.

There's two covens here.

One who are playing for real,

and one who are just kinda playing.

I also think people that don't know

how to vogue, I'm not into it.

Eugh!

- Oh, wow.

Gagged.

I'm like, voguing's for everybody.

Everybody has to start
somewhere, it's all good, but-

[Swanthula] No.

[Dracmorda] You shouldn't
start when you're competing

on a main stage on
international television.

[Swanthula] Yeah.

[Dracmorda] And not to mention, Astrud.

[Swanthula] That was like twos, twos,

twos across the board.

[Dracmorda] Twos across the board,

but the look was creative.

Let's move on to Erika.

She brought some filth, right?

'Cause at first, I was like, don't do it.

Don't come out here with
this candy witch bullshit.

I'm not into it.

(Swanthula laughs)

But then, she choked herself with a sickle

and threw up everywhere.

I'm like, that is "Dragula."

[Swanthula] Literally gave us everything,

showed us everything,

including the contents of her stomach.

You know she glued every single

piece of that candy onto that outfit.

The thought of her on
her knees, up at night,

sitting there for 10 million
hours gluing each little piece

really warms my heart.

She's like, one for me, one for the dress.

One for me, one for the dress.

(both chuckle)

Since we're talking about
voguing and dancing,

let's talk about someone who actually

dances very well, which is Kendra.

Kendra can serve, and does every time.

I definitely was
disappointed with the shoes,

because she just didn't do much to them,

and the whole point of the
challenge was the shoes!

But then she comes out on
the stage, and she kills it.

But then we have Yovska
on the other side of that

who gave us an imaginative witch.

However, when it came to
the movement on the stage,

Tuesday night at a tip
gig level performance.

What about Koco?

All of the things that Koco
brought to their performance,

I thought it was magnetizing.

I kinda loved the show.

Koco's a little messy in the best way.

I love to see people
get their hands dirty,

and make their own stuff.

Let's talk about Abhora.

She took the idea of this baldness curse,

and spun it, and bent it
literally into a spiral.

And the spiral went from
the bottom of her shoes,

around her body, all the
way to the top of her head.

She was spiraling all over the stage,

and tripping over herself.

What did you think of that?

What'd you think of those fierce moves?

Yes, don't act brand new,

because this is exactly the same Abhora

that we had on season two,

when she scared us every
time she stepped on the stage

'cause it's pure chaos.

They were actually my
favorite shoes of the night,

but I felt like Abhora
also almost killed herself

on those shoes because
she couldn't walk in them.

And then you brought her back anyway.

Mm-hmm, we really got 'em good

with that trick or treat, though.

So let's talk about
Melissa, because who knew

that she was our botanical comedy queen.

I think she really took a lot of risks.

We saw prosthetics, which is something

that Melissa Be fierce
is not really known for,

but I feel like we should let her know

that she's at her
strongest when we see her

gorgeous, and striking, and deadly.

That's what we want from Melissa.

I don't want her to start
doing all these things

that she's not known for, that
she's not comfortable with.

Just give us dark beauty, right?

Speaking of dark beauty,

let's talk about some of
our favorites tonight.

Okay.

Let's start with Victoria.

The performance was maybe

not as strong as other people's were.

She tripped around a little bit.

Her shoes were a little lackluster,

but it was still a deadly serve.

I really liked HoSo's look tonight,

because I felt like it was imaginative.

[Swanthula] We were
transported to Final Fantasy world,

and blasted with our bubble baton.

It was cute.

It felt like she nailed
every little pop of the song,

which she's the only one in
my opinion that did that.

And I loved her rat shoes.

Probably one of my favorite
shoes of the night.

- Let's talk about Evah next.
- Yes.

What did you think of Evah?

I thought Evah gave us the
best performance tonight.

- Really?
- Yes, I did.

Watching Evah was thrilling to me.

Each little moment of the song,

she remained in this character.

Everything was meticulous, and
her performance was the best.

Well, either way, I think
we have a couple of Titans

that are clearly in this race.

It's gonna be interesting to
see what they do going forward.

Absolutely.

It's time to get started with judgment.

I couldn't agree more, Dracmorda.

This was a very difficult one for me,

so episode two curse lifted.

The remaining witches on
stage represent the highest,

and lowest scoring spellcasters this week.

So we're going to go down the line

and share some notes on
your looks, and performances

directly from our grimoires.

Let's start with Kendra.

I love your head!

It is magnificent.

I get it a lot.

(judges laughing)

However, I think you could've done more.

The shoes, it doesn't match
up to how great your head is.

Performance I thought was just incredible.

You stomped the stage, you
jumped into the splits.

I was completely mesmerized.

My biggest nitpick with you is the shoes.

You did change them some,

but just maybe not as much
as everybody else did.

You burned the stage to the
ground with your performance.

I love, capital L-O-V-E
love watching you perform.

Thank you.

However, your shoes are the worst.

- Oh!
- The worst of the witches.

They're barely altered.

Other than that, I do think

there are some imaginative elements here,

but a little bit of a miss for me.

Although my critiques
on my shoes were bad,

they loved my look from head to ankle.

Let's talk about HoSo.

- I fuckin' love it!
- Yay!

- She fuckin' loves it.
- I fuckin' love it!

I love that hat, I want that hat.

I love the detail, the shoes,

and it was an incredible performance.

Can we talk about how fun
the bubble wand was, too?

Because that was cute.

Woo!

Yours was absolutely the
most thought-provoking,

and imaginative, unlike
any other witch on stage.

The one detractor for me was
when you lost the witch's hat,

you could lose the idea
that you're a witch.

Right, but it's a sickening hat, no?

[Swanthula] It is a
sickening hat, yes it is.

I felt like you knew the song
the best, maybe, of anyone.

And I love your interpretation.

It was like I fought you in
Final Fantasy or something.

I don't know what the story is exactly,

but I feel like you fit in that universe.

The shoes are incredible.

I mean, they're like something

out of a David Cronenberg movie

with the bones, and the
blood, and the creatures.

I just really love the whole thing.

Moving on to Yovska.

I think that the costume
could have been more.

Okay.

The costume fell in the middle for me,

but the performance
was definitely lacking.

I just think maybe you seemed
a little uncomfortable,

or maybe your performance

just wasn't as strong as it could've been.

If I had to give you any advice
going forward I would say

just spend time going over things

so that by the time you get up
here, it's like second nature

and you're not thinking about it,

and you're not in your head.

But, it is a Titan season,
so it's now or never, right?

I feel like there's two narratives here.

There's the gingerbread,
which I clearly see.

But the skull mask, and skull prop

just throw me way off
in another direction.

I really didn't know what to make of it.

I love the shoes, but I couldn't see them

because there was so much going on.

You had "Day of the Dead,"
there's a bit of Willy Wonka,

there's a bit of "Wizard of Oz."

I didn't get the cohesion
that I wanted to.

I think that Yovska's
in trouble right now,

because this was a performance challenge

and you had to show off your shoes,

and if we can't see the shoes,

that's a pretty big part of it.

I wasn't even looking at Yovska's shoes.

I couldn't even get past

that fuckin' nasty ass
wig she was wearing.

Let's talk about Evah.

I wanna see this witch in a horror film.

Absolutely magnificent.

I love the detail, I
love the whole costume,

and the shoes, and the performance,

I mean, you really delivered.

Thank you.

It's an honor coming from
you, thank you so much.

I mean, the shoes were
my favorite of the night.

Those are like Hell raiser on the runway.

And I love that the broom

played dramatically in your performance.

Good broomography.

some serious broomography going on there.

was thrilled to watch you.

Your costume is filled with
storytelling in details

from red ruby slippers covered in skin,

plucking out their eyeballs
and turning them into earrings.

It was just magnetizing, and scary.

It maybe was a little classic.

I did get a little haunt actor witch,

which is not necessarily a bad thing,

but it was almost maybe
a little too literal.

A little too on the big, crooked nose.

Where have I seen that nose?

Is this your inspiration?

I feel like I'm sitting pretty right now,

but you just can never be too sure.

Let's move on to Victoria.

The shoes are hot.

I mean they're super, is
that a mandible on there?

[Victoria] Yeah.

They're literally jaw-dropping.

(all laughing)

I wish you would've added

the bird movements into your performance.

It would've elevated everything.

I mean, there's so many
things you could've done.

You know, crow, and
then moved like a bird.

Why wasn't all that
added into a performance,

and that's what I think you missed.

Victoria, I think you took
this look and made it fashion.

I think the performance

was a little bit of a challenge for you,

but I really like that you had

the scrying board with the eye missing.

Really thought out.

Victoria, I love your witch.

It lights my imagination on fire.

I do think that some of the props

kind of weighed you down a
little bit around the stage.

However, the image that you
conjured tonight was fantastic.

And, Melissa.

I got so many interesting references

from your performance,

like Anjelica Huston
in "The Witches."

I got some "Hocus Pocus,"

and I felt like you brought

something original to it
as well, performance-wise.

It was a witch that just
seemed to be its own creation.

And Melissa, you are here

because we wanted to give you the chance

to get some direct feedback,

because you took a lot of risks tonight.

This is not the Melissa Be fierce
that we are used to seeing.

When I think of Melissa,

deadly... serving... cunty

which is what I love about Melissa.

Your prosthetics look correct,

but I don't want you to
forget about that edge.

That is one of your superpowers.

So make sure that that's present,

and I think you will always
have really solid ground

to stand on going forward
in the competition.

I don't want you to think

that we want you to come
here and be somebody else.

Definitely want you to
keep it scary and dark,

but we don't want you to feel
like you have to turn into,

you know, fuckin' Knott's
Scary Farm person,

like, you don't.

I kind of feel like I quite
haven't shown myself yet,

but it's something I'm working on,

and it's coming.

You two were clearly the most
powerful witches in the coven.

One from a classic witching world,

and the other an imaginative
witch from another dimension.
