As always, your look can be
terrifying, campy, modern,

or retro-futuristic, but
we wanna see your brand

and who you are as a drag artist

reflected in your final look.

literally one of my worst fears,

and I'm in it.

- So we have to
go in this locker,

and we're gonna be spinning

- So my inspiration for
the challenge this week

is Ghidorah, which is a
three-headed space Hydra.

This is actually a
decorative wall mount

that I busted a hole through,

and it got a little damaged
on the way over here,

but we're just kinda pivoting,

and turning it
into battle damage.

So I'm going in with an
adhesive caulk to just fill in

some of the gaps here, and
just start filling it in

with this "Suspiria" red
paint to really create

that brightness
that you would see

in Godzilla films from
the '60s and '70s.

(ethereal introspective music)

- My inspiration for this week
is deep space cosmic horror.

I want it to look
super biological,

like I've been
infected by this alien,

until it's just like a
parasite or something.

And so, I've created
this texture out of
cobwebs and latex.

For the base of this
garment, I've created it

out of this material that
they use for screen doors.

It's sort of spirals a
little bit as it hangs.

It creates this
really voluminous,

high amount of movement
in the garment.

I want them to
move with my body,

and to complement
the performance.

Beep-boop, bop-boop,
moo-beep-boop,

dee-dat-doo-dee, dat-doo, doo.

(ethereal introspective music)

- I've taken inspiration from
the ophanim and the seraphim,

and I sort of combined them
together into this angel eater.

I'm using a lot of
chains in my look

to build this story
that this is a creature

that can't be held back.

That's the truly horrific
thing about cosmic horror,

is that you're powerless
to this higher entity.

I'm gonna use some of this
chain to obscure the wiring

to make it look less
like hokey, I hope.

(bright introspective music)

- Beep-bop, beep-bop. (snarl)

(group laughs)

My inspiration this
week is "The Thing."

So I really wanted to showcase

the special effects in this one.

I'm just trying to get the
morphing of the humanoid

into the alien. Very slimy
and gross, and just blegh.

I will be adding two pairs
of lashes to this look.

- It will never be enough!

(ethereal introspective music)

- My inspiration this week
is sex work from the future.

So I was gonna use this aluminum
foil to kinda like bring

an an element of
trash/filth to this look,

'cause it's kinda
clean for my taste,

but it just didn't seem
to mesh well for me,

so now all I got is this whole
roll of funky-ass tinfoil.

- Ooh, we should
make tinfoil hats.

- I'm here for it.
- Yeah?

- A little cracky, but you know.

- This is stupid,
but I kinda love it,

'cause everyone's having fun.

but it has to be one

So my inspiration
for my tinfoil hat

is a Teletubby toilet bowl.
- Period!

So as you can see, it
hooks up in the back,

and pop that thing in the
front, you know what I'm saying,

and I'm using aluminum foil
to bring this into existence.

- I'm using a mix of
mediums of tinfoil

and tinfoil, shiny
and non-shiny mediums.

- My inspiration is tinfoil.

- Um, my inspiration
is lazy craftsmanship,

and also tinfoil.

the best tinfoil hat?

I loved Astrud's look.

it was horrifying
and fashionable.

This was probably the best
Astrud has looked this season.

- I do think her presentation
and her performance

is still wild as hell.

Last time, she was doing
those crazy vogues,

and this time, she was
just going like bezerk.

and that's what you do

when you are a primordial
agent of chaos.

- I think she just needs
to memorize like two

or three moves, though,
before the floorshows,

'cause I almost see her
like cross-eyed in her head

and just start going crazy.

Astrud has really
come into her own,

but the presentation, I
think, suffered tonight.

- I think Melissa really
listened to us last week.

- And you know, that
bodysuit, this was not like

a mail order bodysuit.

This was something she
had custom printed,

and then she hand-stoned
millions of stones
on that outfit.

That's Melissa Befierce.

- If Melissa Befierce
is gonna hunt

the galaxy for
extraterrestrials,
she's gonna do it

in her most glamorous
way possible.

It was glamour,
glamour, glamour.

- That's what she does.

- I wanna talk about
Erika, because for me,

Erika was unrecognizable.

She came out and showed us
a look that I did not think

she was capable of.

- This is the kinda drag
that I've been wanting

Erika to do since her season.

Her look was lacking a certain
level of craftsmanship.

The pants were
like a drop crotch,

but they were high waisted,

and it didn't really
blend with the shirt,

so I just think there
were some issues there.

All right, so let's
talk about Evah.

Evah won last week.
- Mm-hmm.

- And tonight, she showed
up, and I feel like

she was sort of weak.

What do you think?

- I think winning one
week and then showing up

not at your best the next
week is a deadly trap

that many competitors
have fallen into before.

because we were talking

about Biblical angels, but
it just missed the mark.

I think it's
extremely fashionable,

but when you compare
it to everybody else,

it could've been
any theme, really.

- How can you put

someone like that in
the bottom, though?

It's like, okay, your
look could end up

on a Paris runway,
but on the other hand,

it doesn't really
fit the challenge.

So what do you do with that?

- It's hard to punish
that level of beautiful.

- This is a competition,
and you have to figure out

how you can express your art
but still meet the criteria

of what's being asked of you.

I loved when you
rode it like a bull.

It was really, really visual.

You're really, really
pretty and bodacious,

relate to needing

to do a little face check

before you're about
to commit mass murder.

You gave everything
that was needed,

and it was brilliant.

- Whatever planet it is
that you're come from,

I want to spend some time there.

I gotta say, you look like
you stepped off the cover

of a Heavy Metal magazine.

It was incredible.

- You gave the sexiest,
most sultry performance

of the entire show so far.

- She definitely mistook
sci-fi horror for sci-fi whore.

that gun in like three hours

out of random
things, I love that.

I love that kind of drag.

- Abhora, I feel like
there's a great idea

that was just held
in a little too much.

By the time you dug into
just gnawing on that dove,

I was like, starting
to really get it.

Sadly, for me, that was at
the end of the performance.

- I thought the story of
this was really quite clear.

It was like a clown
that was at the circus,

and it was her
turn to get dinner,

so she went and
trapped a pheasant.

- I'm so glad that
that came through.

It was clear.

- I think I did it again.

I overcomplicated
this challenge.

My head is spinning,
and I feel like

I'm bad at the Vomitorium.

- Narrowing your scope so
that you hit the target

should be your number one goal,

because I think firing out
with all that creativity

is amazing, but if you
don't hit the target

at a bullseye, then did
you even really fire?

You're not even in the running.

- Abhora, I really hope that
you go into fashion design

after this competition,
because some of the stuff

I've seen so far, while it
might not have hit the mark

on the challenge,
it's incredible.

You're such an
incredible artist.

How can you take
that and reign it in,

and focus like a laser beam
on what the challenge is?

But I don't want you
to take these critiques

as anything to diminish
your artistic ability

or your sense of style,
because it's very up there.

- Once again, I don't
really know what Abhora is.

it's her creativity

table is always eye-popping

strangely pretty.

but pulled forward

It's just so powerful,

and it tells a really
intriguing story.

- Your silhouette
was so horrifying,

so even before we saw the look,

we knew it was gonna be special,

and I couldn't tell when
you were so inverted

if the head was a prosthetic,

where you were gonna come
out of the chest cavity.

I mean, literally, when I'm
walking a Victoria Black show,

I don't know what's
going to happen.

The rules of physics
bend around you,

and this look was no exception.

It was really special
to watch, sick,

and grotesque in all
the best ways possible.

- Oh come on.

So we're supposed to compete
with Universal Studios?

- On your season, I felt
like we would give you

these challenges and you would
knock them out of the park,

but what we kept missing
was Victoria, right?

So it'd be like, be a
witch, and you'd be like

a literal witch.
(Victoria laughs)

But I'm happy to say
I am seeing Victoria

in everything so far, and I
think you did a fantastic job.

Like when I'm in drag,
this is as far as I can go.

on the internet,

The artistry here is,
you know, it makes sense,

your explanation as to why
you're not wearing heels.
