>There are some Bible
prophecies that you may

actually live to see.

Now that's an exciting

thought and we're going to have
a lot of discussion today with
our good

friend s Bill Salus and Tom
Hughes. Guys it's great to have

you here. >>It's great to be
here with you Gary, it's
fantastic.

>>>Hi Gary. Especially to be
here with Tom.

>You know the idea of living to
see Bible prophecy fulfilled,

very exciting, a lot of
Christians are talking about
the rapture of the church,

of course there's always that
conversation but you go a
little deeper,

right? >>>We do. It's
interesting, we saw Bible
prophecy

fulfilled in 1948 with the
rebirth of the nation of Israel

but that's been over 70+ years
now so

the ?? of the states right now,
in fact all the end-time signs
Tom and I have

had this discussion, they're
converging. There's no weapon
that's not fashioned, no

national relationship that's
not formed, no technology
that's not developed that
couldn't

spiral all the biblical
prophecies of the end times
happening soon and sequentially

and when they start to happen I
don't believe there's going ot
be another 70 year interval

between the prophecies to come
like we've

seen with the rebirth of
Israel. >Now Bill I know you
and Tom have had

long conversations about these
things but let's just drop a
name

Iran. Iran. And by the way you
see a lot

about Iran on television today
and there could

be a fulfillment of Bible
prophecy in Iran in the near
future, right?

>>Right. Iran is a subject of
dual prophecies

one, they're most commonly
understood in Ezekiel

38:5 under the banner of
Persia, that Ezekiel 38
invasion

I know Tom has taught on this
quite a bit on his teachings

and his shows. The other one is
in Jeremiah 49

Jeremiah wrote about in 596 BC
about Elam,

when you look at a map of
modern-day Iran Elam hugs

the Persian Gulf, and then
Persia covers the rest

of central and northern part of
Iran. So you've got two
end-tomes

prophecies both Ezekiel and
Jeremiah talk about in the
latter days,

so they've both got prophecies
dealing with these latter days
and they're not the same
prophecies.

So Iran has a double jeopardy.
>Now you have put together a

study and I'm going to hold
this up,

"The Pretribulation Prophecies"
and by the way both Tom

and you have your names on this
and you've worked together on
it

but there are some crazy things
happening guys in the Middle
East,

right now. And for the past
four or five years

or so things have kind of
stabilized over there and
everybody thought,

well no problem. But now we're
seeing some destabilization

and let's et into a discussion
of what's happening in the
Middle East.

>>Yeah well I look at it Gary
and I think this is one of the
reasons why

Bill and is project together.

I called him, he doesn't live
too far from me, and I said
Bill how about

some lunch and let's do this
work together.

>Yeah. >>And I look at Bill as
being an expert on these
prophecies

and also having a really good
understanding of the
geopolitical

situation in the mideast
especially when we look

you said the last four or five
years it was relatively, the
lid was kept

on things, but that whole thing
has changed, the situation has
changed.

So Bill and I did this project
together. It's

exciting and I think it's just
a great tool for people to have
in their hands too.

>All right Bill. What prophecy
might we see

fulfilled in the near future?
>>>You brought up Iran,

on my radar I think that's the
elephant in the room, that's
the next

biblical prophecy to find
fulfillment. I would suggest
Jeremiah

49:34-39.

Six verses dealing with a
nuclear disaster in

Elam that's of course right on
the west by the Persian Gulf
there,

they've got the Bushehr nuclear
reactor there, they've got
Bushehr 1 there,

Bushehr 2 and 3 are coming,
Russia is helping them with
them,

and there's also, that's where
the closest place where they
can launch

missiles into Israel, they've
got underground silos in there
and that sort of thing,

so it's, I'm watching very
closely because it looks like

when the details of that
prophecy that there's a nuclear
disaster creating

humanitarian crisis, indigenous
population become

exiles and it says they go out
into all the nations which is
going to be globally impacting

and you know if something like
that happens a disaster in

Iran at this present time
Iran's got its tentacles

spread out throughout the whole
Middle East with Hezbollah to
the north of Israel,

150,000 missiles pointed at
Israel, Syria's mentioned
chemical weapons,

over 300 times they estimate
Syria used chemical weapons
during the

revolution. Hamas proxy of
Iran, missiles that they're
flaring

up all the time with Israel.
Now you've got Jihad militias
in Iraq,

that Iran has control over and
you've go the Houthies down in
Yemen. Israel is

surrounded by dangerous
belligerence.

So I think we need to keep our
eye on Iran and especially
Jeremiah 49.

>You know just across the
Jordan River there is

Jordan and Israel I think has
had a kind of stable
relationship

with Jordan but you're
suggesting that might drop too.

>>>Yeah a lot of people believe
that Israel has

its peace treaty with Jordan,
which they do since 1994,

and they'll always get along
now but the point is there's
biblical prophecies

in Jeremiah 49 also, we just
talked about Jeremiah 49

Elam well Jeremiah 49:1-6 talks
about Ammon, Jordan

Ammon and it's going to be a
desolate mound. Israel is going
to take possession of its

inheritance so it sounds like a
war is going to happen so

Jordan is a subject of
end-times prophecies. these
prophecies have not found
fulfillment yet.

So I tell people those peace
treaties between Israel and
Jordan

are paper thin according to
these prophecies. >Much, much

is happening, and in a hurry it
seems to me. In fact

since the last US election
things seem to have

speeded up everywhere, right
Tom? >>Uh, yeah. I would

say they have speeded up
everywhere. So when we look at
the dynamic of all the different

events of the last days, I
think it was

David Reagan who said there's
106 signs regarding the first
coming of

Christ that were fulfilled.
There's some teachers that say
there were over

300 but Reagan has it on a
conservative number

because some of the signs are
duplicated, 106. Joel
Rosenburg's

says there's 8 times as many
signs of the second coming of

Christ as his first. So that
would put us at well over 800
signs

of the second coming of Christ
and things are developing

everywhere worldwide exactly as
the Bible says. Signs of the
Old Testament, signs of the New
Testament. But the biggest

sign of all is what's taking
place in Israel. The
convergence of

all things but here's the key
is with all the signs
converging

you can have 800 different
signs taking place but if
Israel wasn't a nation again

if they didn't have Jerusalem,
if they didn't have these
events going on

in in the Mideast with Iran and
the threatening that's taking
place

wit the various wars then these
other signs wouldn't have

a placeholder for our day but
they are all happing and the
key the things

that Bill and I are talking
about is the key that

this must take place in the
last days while all the other

events are taking place. Israel
has to be a nation and they
have to be facing

the geopolitical situation that
they are facing right now.

And that's why we look at this
and we go, wow we are very
close

to the return of the Lord Jesus
Christ. >The pre-tribulation

prophecies and that

really that's a good title
because we talk bout the
pre-tribulation

rapture of the church, but we
rarely

kind of say, wait a minute
there is a quickening period or

there is

an area to watch according to
Bible prophecy as we get closer

and closer to the rapture of
the church. >>>Right. >And
that's what you're doing.

>>>A lot of the Christians
today fall into a couple
different

camps. one is the rapture is
going to happen, I'm a pretrib
rapture believer

whatever happens after that I
don't care about I won't be
here.

Well your loved ones will be so
we want to bring that out right
front and center.

This is something you can leave
for your loved ones if you're
concerned a

about them. So you get
raptured, you've got something
tangible for them in these days
of censorship.

I want you to talk about that
too because you're experiencing
all kinds of censorship

but one last thing too, the
other audience is, well I've
been talking to my

kids and loved ones about the
prophecies but they're falling
on deaf ears,

I get the straight arm, I don't
care, that sort of thing. Well

listen, like Gary said in the
beginning when he opened this
show

up, he said 'you might live to
see these prophecies'

these are prophecies that our
viewers, the Christians today
in the church age might view

and actually see and live
through because the rapture we
don't know when that's going to
happen.

We can see the Iran prophecies
and the Jordan prophecies and
things

like that in the Middle East
happen, you see what's going on
in the news right now,
something's about to break wide

open over there in the Middle
East. But then again in the

rapture is going to happen and
there's two different periods
in the tribulation that we need
to

talk about, there's a church
age which we're in right now
but after the rapture the

church age ends then you have
the gap age. In other words
there's a gap

because it's not the rapture
that starts the tribulation.
There's an unspecified period
of time called

a gap, I call it the post
rapture (after the rapture)
pre-tribulation (pre-trib)

because it's before the
tribulation gap in there.
Because it's a

confirmation of the false
covenant in Daniel 9:27 and
Isaiah 28:15,

that starts the tribulation
period. So I've said a mouthful

but talk about the reason we
wanted a tangible product.

>To me Tom it's kind of like a
transition. The period that
Bill's talking about

seems like a transition after
the rapture. >>Yeah. >And of
course

we won't be here, others will
be and they will

be I think in a state of some
tumult.

And I think it's part of your
purpose, just

to lay this out for people that
may be left behind. >>Yeah

well let me put together two
different things. The rapture
for

understanding, the rapture will
take place. then some time
after the

rapture will be the covenant of
Antichrist, Daniel chapter 9

we might get into that later,
the covenant that's going to
take place

that covenant begins the
tribulation period. The problem

is how long of a gap is there
from the rapture until

this covenant is confirmed? I
don't believe it's going to
happen the next day.

I don't believe the rapture,
the next day is the covenant.
What's going to

transpire? So this gives people
who are left behind the
opportunity to be able

to look at the DVD that they're
not going to be able to get
online. Censorship will

be off the charts. >True.
>>They'll be able to see it and
go, oh my.

This is, they told us that
these things were going to
happen.

It will help them to understand
that this is true, that the
Bible is true, everything in

it is true. So it gives them
that understand. And the other
thing that it

does Gary, even with some of
the prophecies as you mentioned

what are going to see fulfilled
before the rapture even takes

place when we look at it that
way, I get questions as a
pastor all the time,

from people or even accusations
telling me

we're in the tribulation, why
don't you tell people we're-we
are not in the

tribulation. But we may see
some very interesting things
develop

even before the rapture of the
church. So you have things we
may

see happen before the rapture
of the church and then things
after the rapture of the

church that will definitely
start to take place.

So we look at this DVD series

guys, kind of challenging
because you're

talking and I'm sitting here
trying to visualize, okay I'm
left

behind. The world has radically
changed,

and my hope now having

gone past the rapture, is to
get with a group

of the saints and start praying
and start

preparing and is

that part of the reason you put
this together? >>>Yeah, you know

more and more we're starting to
realize it's survival now and
especially after the rapture

is going to depend on a
person's ability to understand
Bible prophecy

anticipate they're coming and
prepare for those events when
they happen.

Especially when you get into
the tribulation. The rivers all
turn to

blood, and the vegetation's all
burned up. You need to know in
advance what's going

on, and that's what Bible
prophecy is about. The secular

worldview is not the only news
out there right now, the fake
news. You've got the biblical
narrative,

and the prophetic perspective.
And we're trying to give those
three different

perspectives, understand them
all but understand that God has
given us information

so we can prepare for it and
evangelize through it. And the
thing

about the gap, what's
interesting

is that our colleagues would
say yeah we believe there's a
gap but they don't really spend
a lot of time talking

about it. So right now in this
DVD we've got probably about

15-20 potential pre-tribulation
prophecies, we'll talk about a
few of them

in these shows. But the bottom
line is once the rapture happens

the church age ends and
everything that wasn't
fulfilled in the
pre-tribualtion prophecies

goes into the gap. That gap
could be filled with bilbicies,
Ezekiel 38

might even fall in that gap,
that's a big prophecy.

So we're trying to sequence the
events as we think they might
happen.

We try to do it in a sequential
order so people could see this
coming

prepare for these events,
witness through these events.
and the other thing

too I want to say, I know not
every person out there is an
evangelist

but they want to share with
their family, this is their

friend in need, this DVD is
important to them because Tom
is very good at

evangelizing inside the DVD. We
talk about the prophecies, we
talk about how they can

affect you. These are globally
impacting events. So for
instance in Iran,

Iran has strong relationship to
build with Russia and China
right now so if Iran

starts getting Elam prophecy

you know Russia and China will
have something to meddle with
that. America's got an interest
in the Middle East

now with the Abraham Accord.
This is globally impacting.

Just because something happens
in the Middle East doesn't mean
Americans are going to be
insulated

from it. Once this stuff starts
to happen it's going to affect
everybody. >You know when I
said

a minute ago if you find
yourself left behind you've got
to find a saint

and I thought to

myself, wait a minute the
saints are all gone. But

Bibles are everywhere, every
house has a Bible and

I believe there will be
something of a revival

Bill and I think you probably
want to play a part in that.
>>>It's those saints,

right Tom? >>Yes,

you have people that are saved
during the tribulation period a
few different types,

don't you Bill? >>That's right
three different periods of
Christian

-and they're persecuted heavily
by one, the Harlot World
Religion we're told that'll
come on the scene

after the rapture, this global
religion we're told that will
come on the scene after the
rapture,

this global religion Revelation
17:6 as she's drunk with the
blood of the saints and the

martyrs of Jesus. Ultimately
after her the Antichrist will
have her

dethroned the ten kings will
desolate her in Revelation 17:6

and the Antichrist comes on the
scene and of course that

Revelation 13 no one will buy
or sell unless they take the
Mark of the Beast and

he's beheading Christians who
are refusing to take the Mark
of the Beast. >So there are
saints.

>>>Yeah and that happens in the
great tribulation, the saints.
>And there are people out there
who will

be looking for the answer and
looking for Christ and they'll

remember what their aunts and
uncles used to say and how they
scoffed at

it but now they're not scoffing
anymore. >>Right I look at it
like this, you

mentioned Bibles being left
behind, we've-Bill earlier you

mentioned about censorship so I
firmly believe that you get into

the tribulation period there's
not going to be such a thing as
a Bible app.

>yeah, yeah. >>You aren't going
to find things online anymore
like that,

but Bibles are going to be left
behind and I believe the Bible

is still the best-selling book
int he world year after year
after year.

So there's going to be-Bibles
are going to be left behind,
people are going to be saved,

I believe the greatest

revival or whatever you want to
call it, that takes place,
people turning to faith in the
Lord Jesus

Christ, ever will take place
during the tribulation period.
You have the

144,000 Jews in the beginning
and then you do read

out of every tribe nation
tongue and peoples, that
Gentiles,

they are being saved during the
tribulation period. Why

are they being saved? Because
of what you just said and Bill
just said. They've hard

the truth they've watched this
DVD or another

one they have a message that's
not censored because it's not

on -still online or something
like that. This

is something that they've got
and they've heard it

from their sister, their
friend. >You could call it
maybe another great

awakening. >>I would call that,
yeah. >I'd love to call it
that!

>>I would call it THE great
awakening! (chuckles) >>>And
they'll know

the cost because there'll be
martyrdom

and it won't be the popular
choice because there will be
alternative deception out
there.

After the rapture Satan is
freed with no

restraint to unleash
supernatural deception, all
powers signs and lying wonders.

So someone could pick up this
DVD would go, look.

The things on this DVD
happened, the destruction of
Damascus, the Iran prophecy,
etc.

The rapture of the church.
There's other pervasive lie out
there that that

wasn't the disappearance the
rapture of the church, that was
something else, right?

And that will be the popular
choice. Someone who accepts
Christ

on the merits of

that was the proof Jesus was
the way the truth and the life
is going to be in the minority

of although there will be many
of them but it will come at
quite a cost for them.

>Yeah and Bill I want to ask
you a question, this is not
necessarily

in the list of things I was
going to talk about but it just
occurred to me,

after the rapture Israel is
going to experience something

entirely different. They're
going to become a strong

nation. Talk about that just
for a minute, because if
somebody's

left behind they want to be
looking toward Israel.
>>>That's right, and Israel

is a subject like Tom said of
the centerpiece of end times
Bible prophecy.

The little tiny Israel that we
know now the size of New Jersey
pretty much,

the little Jewish state is
going to expand territorially,
we get into the prophecies that

talk about a territorial
expansion. We talk about the

exceedingly great army that
Israel is prophesied to become,
Israeli defense forces

are in Bible prophecy, we get
into several of them on this
DVD. I believe they will

take out their Arab enemies, we
show the prophecies that relate
to that. They will

expand territorially into some
of those. Then Russia comes

down from the North with its
hordes, Turkey and Iran, and
God stops

that supernaturally, that
Ezekiel 38 invasion and Israel
at that

point in time they're cleaning
up in the aftermath and say in
the beginning

world renown they're burning
weapons for seven years,

they're burying the dead for
seven months and they get world
renown. So

the Israel of tomorrow which is
not too far away through a
sequence of

the Arab wars, Ezekiel 38, is
not the Israel of

today, Gary. And the rapture
will happen in the midst of
that somehow. >Wow! Well as you
can

see Bill has done a lot of
thinking about

this, and some of that thinking
