‫You learned about the differences between leaders and managers and what each brings to the table.

‫You've learned about seven different leadership styles and when each of them are or are not appropriate

‫to use, as well as where your leadership style falls in the mix.

‫You learned about the evolution of leadership theory and how they impact your team.

‫You've learned how to determine your team's overall readiness to follow you, as well as how to assess

‫each individual member of your team, you've learned about managing expectations and conflict and why

‫it's so important to become comfortable with conflict and how to nip it in the bud when necessary.

‫You've learned about lateral leadership, what it is, why it's important, and how to strengthen your

‫own lateral leadership abilities.

‫You've seen the impact of failed leaders and the impact of successful leadership and how each affects

‫the leader, the team and the organization, and along the way you've had a ton of exercises to complete

‫to strengthen your awareness, understanding and skills when it comes to leadership.
