Let's stop here and do an exercise from the information presented, would you consider yourself a leader

or a manager?

Why do you believe that?

Do you have both management and leadership skills?

Give some examples of your management skills and your leadership skills, look at them as a whole picture

of what you bring to the table.

What can you do to enhance your leadership skills, really spend some time on this, be absolutely honest

with yourself, even if you're assigned to a top leadership position, are you incorporating some of

the leadership skills into your work or are you truly only functioning as a manager?

And if you're a manager, is it possible for you to begin incorporating some of the leadership skills

into your work, use the leadership exercise that goes with this session to write your answers down?

You'll find it very useful to redo this exercise in a few weeks to see if you can find improvement.
