Welcome back.
So in this video, I'm going to teach you how to create and edit your document for the Kindle direct
publishing platform for Kindle devices.
So over here, I have a sample work that I will upload onto the Amazon platform.
It's just a mock up lorem ipsum file.
So for Kindle, your published work has to be around three thousand words and above.
So over here I have around three thousand three hundred and seventy five words.
So once that's done, you need to format it for Kindle devices and you can do that by downloading this
application for free.
It's called Kindle Create and I'll show you how to format.
So now that I already have my manuscript, I'm going to go on to Kindle eight.
Go to choose.
Go to choose file or to put it in my.
Desktop, upload your work, OK, and there you have it, this is how your book is going to look like
on a Kindle or mobile device.
Now, let's save this as our Kindle.
Great filer, a AKB file click on Publish.
And that's that, so if you are going to upload this onto the Amazon platform, this is the file that
you want to upload.
OK, so I'll see you in the next video.
