All language subtitles for 6. Player Setup P.1

And this video we're going to be setting up our player to get started.

We're going to hop into our sprites here.

We're going to go into our character and we're going to check out our player.

We have a few animations that we're going to have to create throughout this section but what we're going

to start with is just our player and he's going to be in his idol stance.

So in order to actually make use of this we need to first slice all of these sprites.

So what I would like you guys to do is go ahead and start with each individual sprite.

Here we're going to start with the death.

We're going to change the sprite mode to multiple.

We're going to go into the sprite Ed..

Hit apply.

We're going to go to slice make sure it's on automatic this time because it's going to be and they're

spaced out so that the program intelligent enough to get it right go ahead and slice that apply.

And this is going to cut those animations into individual frames.

So we just did the death one together and you'll see here that now we have individual frames.

So in order for us to actually begin creating this game we need to be able to place individual sprite

tiles.

So go ahead and go through each of these and go through the slicing process.

I'm going to speed run through this so that if you are stuck and need help you can watch how I've done

it.

But for the most part Aussie guys in the next video.
