that they are still racing
and will be traveling

north by train more than
400 miles, from England

to Scotland,

home to beautiful architecture

and the port city of Glasgow.

Teams will find their next clue

on the windscreen
of one of these cars.

DUSTY:

was gonna be the Pit Stop
on the big red bus,

and Phil informed us
that we will be heading

to Glasgow, Scotland by train.

across Scotland's largest city
to Glasgow's West End

and find Oran Mór,

where they'll pick up
their next clue.

For the last 15 years,
I haven't driven

on the left-hand side
of the traffic,

so it'll be interesting.

-DUSTY: All right,
we'll follow you guys out.

of the bagpipe.

It's ingrained
in the Scottish culture

and has been played here
for hundreds of years.

In this Roadblock, teams will
join a Scottish pipe band.

They must assemble a bagpipe
using a bag, bag cover, chanter,

mouthpiece, drone pipes
and reeds.

Once assembled,
they must play a note

for the length of a traditional
Scottish anthem.

The pipe major
will hand them a clue.

that being here, we were going
to do something with bagpipes,

but building them
is a whole different animal.

I would say you want to put your

This is nothing like I've done
in the Air Force.

I was a... a medic,
and I work in a pediatric clinic

and, uh, ambulance services,
so I've never had to, uh,

put together a set of bagpipes.

The first part of it was

to assemble this bagpipe,
but it had to make a sound.

So the trick was,
fill that whole thing up

with air, take a deep breath,
and then mash your arm on it.

The Panopticon Theatre first
opened its doors here in Glasgow

in 1857.

This detour requires teams
to put on a show of their own.

Wearing full highland dress,

they must sing and perform
a famous song called...

When their performance
is note-perfect,

a young Scotsman
will give them a clue.

Cooperage is the artful skill
of barrel-making

that's been around
for hundreds of years.

This specialized skill is
still practiced here

at Fishers Cooperage,

where whiskey barrels
are repaired by hand.

In this detour,
teams must work as coopers

by putting a head like this
onto a barrel.

First, they'll need
to remove the top two hoops,

then hammer the head
into the croze to seal it.

Finally, they'll replace the top
with a hoop driver.

When the master cooper says that
their barrels are ready to roll,

he'll hand them a clue.

Yeah. "Perform
a children's song." Done!

We see "song and dance,"
I'm like, "Boom."

-Yeah.
-This is our jam.

Penn and I make goofy
family videos for a living.

countries, and from day one

our number one priority

that all of you are safe.

Right now the world is dealing
with the coronavirus,

and in order to keep you safe,

we believe the best choice

for all of us is
to suspend the race.

In an ideal world,
the planets will align

and we will pick this race
back up again

and hopefully have all of you
starting the race again.

We understand the sacrifices
that all of you have made.

I know
to have you all come back

and start back on this race
again would be challenging.

CAYLA:
I think what's amazing

about, like, traveling the world
is we meet so many people,

and I think we've very quickly
become a family

that we didn't even know
that we needed,

um, in such a short amount
of time.
