Now let's discuss Facebook marketing, one of the best places where you can target people who might

be interested in much in your niche is none other than the biggest social media platform, Facebook.

We're going to leverage Facebook groups for this marketing strategy.

It's so simple.

You just go into the search box on Facebook and type your niche, then click on groups tab to get the

group's Indonesia to join as many groups as you can in your niche, especially groups that have a lot

of members, at least a thousand members, and that have good engagements, at least 10 posts per day.

Most groups would be private and will require you to answer some questions before you are allowed in.

Make sure you respect the rules so you don't get kicked out.

The best thing to do once you're in is to contribute to the discussion and add value.

This way you'll be seen as an active, trustworthy member who brings in value.

And if they know you make designs for sale, they might even approach you to make designs for them.

As you start building your profile in the groups, you can bet she can ask the admins if they would

mind you posting your merch links.

I'd say if you're seen as someone who adds value, the members would be fine with you posting your links.

On the other hand.

The worst thing you could do is spam your designs as soon as you get in.

This is the easiest way to get yourself dumped from the group.

Now, if you don't want to play the long game of being active in those groups and you want straight

out promotion of your merch, then go to the members tab of the group and contact admin, add them as

a friend and approach them for a promotion.

A lot of group owners would want to monetize their group, so give it a go.

You can either offer them a fee for promoting your merch or offer them a percentage of your royalties

from the sales of the merch they promote.

The only downside is that you cannot track where the sales came from.

Somewhat initially come from the group and some from organic traffic.

As you start ranking organically, but eliminate guesswork, you can give them a private link by making

your listing more searchable.

You might lose out on organic traffic, but this way you can keep track of exactly how much the design

makes.

Also, give the group owner either a half or higher percentage of royalty than yours.

So they feel they are getting a good deal, but ultimately work out the best arrangement that works

out for both parties and crack on with it.

When your design is posted to the group, make sure you get involved in the comments to engage and answer

questions so that you come across as a real, genuine person and allow people to put a face to the brand.

This way, people are much more likely to buy.

Definitely not.

You will get rejected a lot and that's fine.

Just move on.

But remember, it's a numbers game.

The more admins you contact, the higher the chance you have at closing deals and getting your merch

promoted to their groups.

Yes, you would get admins that would want to copy your idea and make much to promote in their group.

But don't let it stop.

You have a positive mindset and keep going.

And trust me, you'll nail it down.

Now let's talk about Facebook events.

Another great way to sell merch is to make merch specific to people having an event.

I did touch on this topic in a previous lesson, but if anything, I'll refresh your memory.

So the premise of this method is you go to Facebook, public events and you contacts organizers of those

events.

Let's say you find the family reunion events.

You contact the organizer and ask to make t shirts or any type of merch for them.

Propose that you can make the design for free and that you'll take care of everything.

Also, make sure you sell Amazon's prime benefits and the convenience of them paying through Amazon

without any complications.

You can try different types of events, including Bachelor and the bachelorette parties, weddings,

baby showers, local bands, local concerts, etc. There are many to choose from.

Now let's talk about Facebook ads.

All the Facebook ads are so powerful I don't suggest you run Facebook as any Amazon products.

This is because most of the power of Facebook ads comes through targeting with a Facebook pixel.

Since we have no ability to install a Facebook pixel on Amazon, Facebook ads that promote Amazon products

are not likely to be profitable.

This is because most people who get sense from Facebook and Amazon are more likely to end up browsing

from one product to another and may not even make a purchase because they were not in a buying mood

to begin with unless they really fall in love with the design they saw on Facebook ad.

But that's not the case.

In most cases, people don't have their credit cards saved on Facebook ready to buy like on Amazon.

People go to Facebook to socialize and people go to Amazon to buy it.

That's just the reality.

However, if you're using a platform that supports a Facebook pixel, that's perfect.

Use Facebook as by all means, fill your boots.

Another great Facebook marketing strategy is actually creating theme pages for different niches.

Anyone can create a Facebook page, right?

So create different Facebook pages, specialize in different niches and start adding content to them.

So, for example, you can create Facebook pages for camping, hiking dogs, cats, etc. ad funny pictures,

memes, tutorials and start inviting people to join your pages.

The key here is consistency.

So make sure you upload so much content this way.

People start inviting each other to these pages and your page grows.

As you start seeing your pages grow, they get more engagement, they get more comments, more likes,

more shares, etc..
