So to make awesome designs, you need the right font for the design vibe you want to portray, and choosing

the right font can make or break your design.

In this lesson, you learn where to get free and paid fonts and how to install them.

Now, there are many places where you can get fonts.

Just make sure you only use fonts that have a commercial use license so you don't get reported for violating

the license agreements or worse, get sued.

I'm going to leave you links to everything I recommend down below for your convenience.

The first place where I like to get my fonts is inviter elements.

It's awesome.

You have unlimited downloads of fonts, stock videos, royalty free music, photos, graphics, graphics,

templates, and much more so for fun.

So just go ahead and select the type of font that we're looking for, which is go to orphans.

You just go to fonts and select the type of font that you're looking for.

So let's say we're looking for a script font click on it and you can go through so many fonts, bundles,

whatever your heart desires.

So the difference between the elements and creative market is that inverter elements is a subscription

And with creative market, you buy fonts or bundles.

Individually, we have font bundles.

They have amazing premium fonts and fonts bundles where you buy a bunch of fonts for a cheap price and

they're often do one dollar megadeals where you can buy your favorite fonts or bundles for just one

dollar.

Such a bargain and they specialize in fonts.

So if you're looking for really unique fonts, you'll find them here.

This is where most Etsy sellers purchase their fonts from next, the hungry jpeg similar to fonts bundles.

They have thousands of premium graphic design resources available for instant download.

They're not as big as fonts bundles, but they're not bad.

And a lot of the time that you find in the hunger jpeg, you'll find in font bundles.

Next, we have that fonts, which is the most popular free fonts website.

Just make sure you check fonts, whether they are 100 percent free of personal use only or Creative

Commons.

Make sure you're not using personal use only in your designs unless you buy a commercial license from

the right owner.

And they have so many fonts, guys, as you can see, these are the types of funds they have.

So let's say we're looking for retro fonts.

We just go to retro and click on it.

And he wants to select the type of license that that font offers, whether it is a public domain font

or one hundred percent free or free for personal use.

I personally would like to take public domain and 100 percent free and then submit and all these fonts

guys you can download and use in your designs with no issues whatsoever.

They have a pretty good font identifier.

So if you see a particular font that you like on the Internet, maybe on a particular design on Amazon

or Etsy, you can just take a little screenshot of the text of the font that you're interested in and

It doesn't work on all fonts, but it only works on fonts that identifies.

It can be handy if you like a particular font, but you don't know the name of it.

Next, we have Google fonts.

Here you can get a bunch of free fonts from Google to use in your projects.

They're all open source for commercial use, so no need to worry there.

And again, you can just scroll through the types of fonts that you're looking for.

Click on them, download and you'll have them in your system.

We can download fonts from the Internet, just type three fonts on Google and look for the type of font

that you want to download, like display serifs on serif retro scripts, whatever is checked for the

type of license that fonts offers and make sure it's for commercial use and you're all set.

There are so many other resources out there, but these are the ones that I use and I would recommend

and this is more than enough for you guys.

So now let's talk about how you can install fonts.

It's really easy, guys.

Let's start with Mac Operating Systems, because I'm a little biased.

I use Macs.

So first things first, make sure that the font is either in OTF format, which is open type font or

Teater format, which is true type funds to install the fonts.

You can either double click on it like so and you click on install fonts or the other way is you go

to your folder, go to a library and then search for fonts like so double click.
