1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup cashew nuts

1/4 cup black raisins

1/4 cup yellow raisins

2 Tbsp chopped almonds

2 Tbsp chopped cherries

1/4 cup mixed color Tutti Frutti

2 Tbsp Watermelon seeds

combine well

soak for 2 hours

brush 6x3" cake mould with some oil

place butter paper

caramel syrup preparation

2/3 cup sugar

cook until sugar caramelizes

lower the flame or heat

add 2/3 cup water gradually

cook for a minute, when done keep aside

place steel stand inside pressure cooker

preheat for 10-15 minutes on low flame

cake batter preparation

1/4 cup warm milk

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 tsp vanilla essence

mix well

1 cup(240 grams) flour / maida

3 tsp milk powder(optional)

sieve

add caramel syrup gradually and mix well

add soaked dry fruits to batter and mix well

2-green cardamom, 2-cloves, 1"-cinnamon stick, grind to powder and add

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda and pinch of salt

add 1 tsp milk and mix gently

pour cake batter into the mould

cook for 45-50 minutes on low flame, you can also bake in preheat oven at 180 c for 45-50 minutes

after 20 minutes top it with dry fruits

close the lid and cook for remaining 25-30 minutes

toothpick comes clean means cake is done perfectly

let the cake cool completely
