Hi, everyone, my name is Elisa and I'm co founder and co CEO of seedstars group,

an organization that has for objective to have an impact in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship.

As the first session, I'm here to share with you a bit more about the entrepreneurial mindset and what it is all about.

When we talk about ideation,

I hope through my personal journey, but also through what we have built within the organization,

it will provide some insights and hopefully, even motivate you to launch your own company.

So what are we going to see throughout this session,

first, maybe a quick overview of what the future of work look like looks like

and why entrepreneurial mindset is so important, in my view, and in the view of many experts around the world.

And then, of course, I'll be sharing you my story, my entrepreneurial journey and how I launched the company seedstars.

And then I was reflecting on the best way maybe to share with you the entrepreneur mindset through the seedstars values,

which I think in many ways are great examples of what this mindset is and how it looks looks like

and what are the types of skills that one should train to become proficient in this capability of building and creating.

So through the seedstars values, such as hack the system and in experiments we trust,

I hope to convey this message of what concretely and pragmatically,

it looks like to build an entrepreneurial mindset.

And then finally, maybe I will give you a bit more depth to what to expect in the next sessions.

And you will be meeting with experts, mentors, investors, entrepreneurs from all around the world that are going to share you their story,

but also a bit more insights on specific thematic, that touch the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
