So in this video we are going to remove formatting option.

OK so what I want you to do is when you go to compose a message

you just click this right.

Here you go.

So first thing you do.

Let me start over here.

So in this video we're going to talk about remove formatting option and let me ask you a question.

How annoying is it when you pay some tax from a web page in your e-mail and it brings all the formatting

with it.

So let's say that we wanted to grab something and I'll just go to a random site.

Let me go to my Web site.

Let's go to 4G media dot com and I want to grab random stuff.

So I'm going to go to featured courses and I'm going to grab this and some of that.

Right.

And I'm going to copy this and bring it over.

I'm going to compose and I'm going to paste it in here and it's gonna go all haywire on me right.

So what you can do is you can remove the formatting option so the way to do that is you go down here

to the toolbar inside the composed e-mail and you click on this little slash to the T.

You click that control a and then delete and then replace this.

OK.

Now it's still going to format it that way because

there we go.

Now work you have to select it and then do that and then it will on format what you had.

Because when I copied this over.

So let me give an example when I copy this over.

Let me delete this for a second and bring this on.

So you see here how I have bullet points.

Right.

So if I hit control a and I come up here and I click that t remove for formatting it goes away.

Now here's the other thing you can do.

I mean it controls you to undo that control a control backslash.

I believe it's back backslash Virgo if you hit control backslash.

That will also do it.

Instead of having to go to that menu so you get control to select all control backslash and that eliminates

the formatting.

So pretty simple pretty straightforward right to the point and helpful.
