creating anything,

and switching from career

Victoria started to be born,

because she was just a way
for me to mash all my likes

and passions into one career.

And look where I am now.

This is amazing.

I can't believe that I'm here.

show that are changing drag

and altering the way
drag is looked at

and it's saying eff
you to the trends

and it's wiping
out the whole idea

that you have to
look a certain way

and act a certain way and
be a certain type of queen.

And seeing queens on this
show who love what they do

and express what they
do with no fears,

no regrets, no remorse,

that's why I wanted
to be on this show.

That's why I auditioned.

I wanted to be the
new face of drag.

I want to change
what drag is about.

I want to change
where drag is going.

And I see Dragula as
the future of drag.

They are making a whole new path

for queer artists, for
the lgbt+ queer movement,

they're changing the
world for our community

and that's what I
wanna be a part of.

- Growing up, I was
obviously effeminate.

And that was the hardest
part about growing up,

was someone labeling
you something that
you didn't even know

or couldn't understand
in that moment.

Like, you get called a
faggot and you're like,

"Why the fuck do I have
to put up with this shit?"

And I would go home and
fucking hate myself.

I hated myself so much on things

that I couldn't even change.

And when I would go
home I would just

disappear in video games.

I'd boot up fighting
games with these gorgeous

Glamazonian women with
thongs and battle axes

and they would just
kick the shit out of

these douchebag guys.

I was able to get
my revenge in these

awesome phenom characters.

And when I first started
getting into drag

I was doing it for fun,

but then I realized I
could actually be those

gorgeous women that
I always idolized.

That's why I do drag and
that's why I love art.

- Where I grew up
and where I came from

I was put into a box and I
was told I couldn't do things

and that I wasn't allowed
to be who I wanted to be.

You know, if you have
dreams and you have,

you have ambitions that
you've always wanted to do,

you have to be the one to do it.

No one's gonna hand you
your dreams on a platter.

You have to fight for it

and it's not gonna
be the easiest thing.

People will criticize
you, people will tell you

you're not doing it right.

They're gonna tell you that
you're not a real queen

or you're not a
real type of person.

But if you...

If you believe in yourself
and if you really love

who you are and
what you want to do,

there's nothing gonna stop you.

You just have to do it.

- I finally feel like I have
all the tools to keep going,

even after this, and
just going full force,

becoming a traveling show.

I just wanna keep going.

From here it's only up

and I'm learning more and more
everyday about what I can do

and I'm challenging myself

and I surprise myself everyday.

I really have a
lot of faith in me

to do really well after this.

When I have the character on.

And it's this beast.

And I feel like that beast
is in each and every one.

Puddin', I can see

that I inspire people to
bring that out within them,

that passion they
kind of put away

because society says fuck

I embrace every facet of that.

you came out of your shell

On any level, do you
think you're better

than the rest of these girls?

- In ways, yes.

that no one has seen before.

you guys have put on

the show to end all shows.

It was so sick.

I was just shook watching you.

One after the other
after the other,

it was just fucking
twisted and gorgeous.

- It seemed like
the Filth Challenge

is the one that you all
came the most alive during.

- It was fun to, you
know, challenge ourselves

not to be just sexual.

obviously been a pleasure

watching you grow
through the competition.

You know, we were so scared
when you first got here

because it seemed like you
were just gonna buckle.

It seemed like everybody
had turned on you,

you weren't really fitting in,

something happened.

Something happened, I think,
during the Ghost Town Challenge

that just...

You came to life and you
have been clawing your way

to the top ever since.

It's just been a
pleasure to watch.

You're an amazing performer,

you bring a really different
element to the competition

it was so immaculate
and so opulent

It was like layers of stories.

first were uneasy about me,

And for you it wasn't so much
about growing in your talents

as it was growing
personally, I think.

You know, you came in and
you were very defensive

and you were snappy
and you were reading

and then, you know, you
did soften up a little bit

and you made friends

and you were actually
really encouraging

to a lot of the other girls,
which was nice, you know?

It was warming to watch you
sort of get to know people

and accept people
in a little closer

during the competition.

I feel like this
competition showed me that

a monster can also
have a heart in a way.

- Even though it's small
and black and shriveled

and barely used, yes, it's true,

we do have a heart, too.

I think you're an
asset to any team

and we're really happy to have
you in the Dragula family.

- The whole reason we
do this competition

is to celebrate
alternative forms of drag.

- And it's also about artistry.

You know, I think we said this
when we first got together,

we do whatever we want.

We wanted to create a
platform that celebrates

the artistry of drag

and just looking
across the stage

and seeing everything
that you guys have done,

not only tonight, but
with this whole season,

it is just so exhilarating.

It's art, it's gorgeous,
it makes you think.

I mean, I think it's
gonna be changing minds

about what people think
about drag and drag queens

and even gay and queer culture.

surprises for you tonight?

After what I saw tonight,
I know that we made

the right choice when it came
to our final three monsters.

- I agree.

- For me we were looking
for powerful beings

to join our queer
army and go forth

and spread our message

and I think we recruited
three lieutenants tonight

in the army.

They are bosses.
- Absolutely.

- Goes to show me that all
of this rigorous torture

that we put them through
actually pays off.

They've all stepped
forward in their own ways

and I'm very proud
of all of them.

- For me, I enjoyed all
of their performances,

but Victoria's Filth
look was the high point

of my night.

I mean, it
borderlined on Horror,

but it was so that cadaver
and the intoxication

with the, whatever
she was breathing in,

those chemicals.

The whole thing was
indulgent and taboo.

It was filthy and disgusting
and I was out of my chair.

I loved it.

What did you think
of her Glamor look?

- I enjoyed it.

I was maybe even
slightly underwhelmed.

I mean, she looked gorgeous.

I thought the dress
was too short.

She's so tall, she needs to...

The dress could fall and
accentuate that height

and it floating there,

- Victoria's horror look was
amazing, of course, right?

- All the details, the aging
of her costume, everything,

that's what she's good at,
that's what she excels at

and she brought it
in spades tonight.

her performance was?

a weakness of hers.

she owned it, you know.

She actually was more than
an amazing costume tonight,

she was a great performer.

James's Horror look.

- I was very surprised
when she turned the corner.

I don't see clown in the
world of James Majesty.

- I know, I was surprised, too.

- Again, there were so
many details that were

immaculate for me, the
highlight were those

converted Frankenstonian
clown high heels.

- Now, that was cool.

- That was amazing.

- That was amazing.

Of course, as always,
she shows her skill.

Her makeup was so well done.
- Sickening.

- Detailed, I mean, she's
an amazing makeup artist,

you know?

His Glamor was beautiful.

- When I saw her come out,
I feel like she was alive,

I feel like she was performing,

I feel like she was serving it.

I loved it, it was
poetic and gorgeous.

details with all the

feathers on the back.

So well done.

I thought he looked beautiful.

His acting maybe
wasn't the best,

look was great.

His runway was also wonderful.

she was the most alive.

look was a little bit

costumey for me.

I don't feel like
he was embracing it

and making his character.

He was almost like dressed
up in a white trash costume,

which, I don't know...

- I know, but the
performance was so there.

I felt like she was living in
the skin of that character,

even if it was a costume.

- Well, if you're
gonna go that way,

look at Biqtch Puddin'.

Biqtch also went with
almost a costumey character,

but she brought the
Dragula Filth to it.

Why?

Because she shocked us.

She sucked that glass.

- Oh my god it was--
- And that mop water.

And drank it.

- I was dead.

- And literally, I saw the crew
literally about to throw up.

- If you were looking at me,
I was about to throw up, too.

- Did you see she picked
that hairball out and ate it?

- So disgusting.

- I mean, of course
it's disgusting,

but it's shocking.

She gave us that John Waters
shock that Dragula's about.

- It was really good.

- I also liked her Glamor look,

which I was afraid I
wasn't gonna like it.

She had short hair,
a short dress,

but she did Glamor her way.
- Yeah.

- Which I appreciated.

She didn't do it
with a big ball gown

and all kinds of diamonds.

- No, it was great, it was
a slutty punk rock princess.

She was nasty, she found a way,

even in a glamorous way,
to take those cakes out.

Which she's been very
consistent with and it's fun.

- Also, Biqtch's Horror look.

I thought that was
really interesting.

It was not what I expected,

but when the smoke
cleared and you saw those

red, beady eyes sticking through

and that hair and
then the teeth?

It was like uh...

Electro Nosferatu.

- Yeah, totally.

It was very hypnotic
in so many ways.

- I liked it.

Well, my favorite Glamor
look was Biqtch's.

- Mm-hmm, me too.

Yeah.

- Which says a lot.

when it came to the Horror?

- I understand why, I just
thought Biqtch's concept

was a little more original.

- My favorite Filth
had to be Victoria.

- As much as I'm
haunted with the image

of Biqtch Puddin'
sucking on her toes,

I'm going to agree, Victoria
absolutely took it for me,

as I've said already.

That performance was my favorite

of the entire lot of all
nine performances and looks,

Victoria Elizabeth Black's
Filth look was it for me.

- I would say she performed
the best of everyone.

- (sighs) But Biqtch was
right there for me, too.

- Yeah.

These girls are exceptional.
