J. Alexander: And in fact, one of the designers

Betsey: The girls, you're powerful, you're proud.

But Miss J. came in, gave us a little bit of tips, so I felt confident.

Shei: Watching Mirjana walk,

just knowing that her personality can be a bit bitchiness,

her walk is very soft, so it's kinda contradicting.

Will: I'm a lot more confident

in my runway walk than I was before.

We are a menswear company, but today we'll be casting a male and a female to walk.

We are looking for a female model who has a lot of energy.

We are putting male clothes on her,

so we want there to be a strong, masculine edge to that.

Will: Since I got second best photo, coming into this challenge

I have this huge boost of confidence,

and if you have confidence, it's gonna show in your walk.

Denzel: As I'm walking, I'm thinking,

"Keep your core tight, look straight, walk fierce."

And I think I got it.

When I cast models for my show, to me,

it's more about vibe and then fit.

Keith: Seeing these designers, everyone running everywhere,

getting changed, I've never been in a huge runway show like this.

and never done one before, so it's like,

"This is gonna be a brand-new experience."

It's definitely a confidence booster that I booked two shows today.

Some people didn't book any.

I think it'll definitely affect your time in the competition.

Mirjana: I feel really bad that Denzel didn't book anything.

Now he's gonna sit there and watch us

and he's probably gonna have the lowest challenge score.

Will: The first week of the competition

Alexis and Miss J. both told me that my walk was a little bit too feminine.

And so I have to prove to them

I've worked really hard to make it better.

- But in the end-- - Alexis: One particular person booked the most shows

and I think overall nailed it.

My very first season, I studied all the fashion designers

and changed my walk for every single go-see and broke history

- and booked 25 shows. - Kelly: Oh, my God.

Which means you are on your way.

- You booked zero? - I wasn't what the designers had in mind.

You know, the thing with Denzel--

Denzel is quite large for clothes.

We told him about his arms from the first day that he's been on the show.

So we're, like, four or five weeks in and he could've been a lot more cut.

He could've dropped, like, 15 in cardio easily,

as an athlete, by then.

Tyra: You see how your muscles are costing you money?

You gotta slim down, but don't be starving.

Don't be doing that anorexic-ness.

Just stay healthy. Less weights, more cardio.
