where Arthur Six has
a penthouse on the top floor

and Shannon's about to open
a flower shop in the lobby.

Well, getting the floor plan

by hosting a charity benefit
at his penthouse.

But he'll be broadcasting
his weekly television show

from there, which he does
on special occasions.

votes on its indictment.
