Entrepreneurs are not managers.

The motivation for the entrepreneur is achievement and growth but the manager the motivation is power.

always looking for an informal way to ask and to be asked.

But the managers looking goals for formal meetings and anything they can do is based on formal actions.

The next one is the status the entrepreneur is an owner and the manager is still an employee.

The rewards for the entrepreneur is to be profitable and the startup would be profitable.

This is why I want to take with you a comparison between a manager and the leader.

The manager is always concerned with the present.

The leaders looks to the future which means the leaders and entrepreneurs leaders look for where is

the growth and where is the business going.

But managers are looking for the operation.

The second thing managers make sure details are taking care of.

But leaders set broad purpose and directions.

Managers exercise control to make sure that things work well.

But leaders entrepreneurs while leaders create commitment that things may work better.

Managers solve today's problem by addressing difficulties caused by changing events.

But leaders create a better future by seizing opportunity stimulated by changing events.

Leaders full managers focus on the process but leaders focus on the product.

Focus on the quality managers focus on the problem behavior and try to improve it.

Through counseling coaching and neutering the leaders focus on what is right and praise it manager make

sure people put in an honest day's work for their pay.

Leaders inspire people and team to do their best.

Managers organize and plan to meet their years objective but leaders create a vision of the years down

Managers focus on efficiency but in enterprise nurse leaders focus on effectiveness.

Entrepreneurs are people who want and seek growth for themselves and for others are people seeking to
