The driver of the van and
a woman who was trying to help.

According to one of her friends,
the truck had the green light,

the van blew through
the intersection

and T-boned
the tractor trailer.

The van's driver
was stuck behind the wheel,

but his passenger
was able to get out.

He ran, and then boom.

So, either the bomb
went off accidentally,

or the passenger
triggered it as he ran.

No way of knowing what their
final destination was,
