I can't, but the notes in Benny's book

tell me that this is the same guy.

Well, we interviewed all
the neighbors in the building,

and not one of them raised a red flag.

Harkey matches the physical description

given by one of the victims
of Benny's white whale.

So do half the men in Chicago.

It's a pretty vague description.

But Harkey also served a prison sentence

that nearly accounts for the whole time

the arsonist was dormant.
